Great property, inaccurate listing

The property is amazing, well located and in good condition. The only thing is that the listing has a big woody-room picture that says is a sauna. Long story short, the pictures are of a different room. There is no sauna, there are steamy rooms integrated in both master bedrooms. I called the property manager at the check in and he swore there was no sauna picture in the listing, they should check again the listing, I have a screenshot for reference. It bothered me because that amenity was the motive we chose the property. I expect more from a Vrbo experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty and comfort of this home and the views are truly magical. It provided all the comforts of home. The house was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed for our week there except groceries. We highly recommend this home for anyone seeking a high end experience.

Great location. This house was very clean and well stocked perfect for our senior sibling. Get together of nine people. A couple of questions we had were dealt with promptly. Great views and a wonderful vacation spot.

Perfect house and location!

This house comes with anything you could dream of and was perfectly cozy. The location was ideal to gwt to any activities. Communication with the property manager was very easy also.

Great House

We had a large family group with kids, teens, adults and grandparents. Everyone enjoyed their stay and there were rooms and beds fit for everyone. We loved the large kitchen and had no problems getting everyone fed and out the door for skiing in the mornings.This is a great house for a large family ski trip.

Ski trip 2025

We stayed 7 nights for an annual ski trip. This our second time stating at this beautiful house. It is perfect in every way. Walkable to town and easy to take the free bus to the mountain. The house is very comfortable for five adults and 2 teens and one tween.

Two Great Weeks in Breck

Beautiful and spacious house for a group of 9 family and friends. Loved the large and well-stocked kitchen. Especially liked the humidifiers in each room for us East Coasters not used to the very dry Colorado air. Property management was very responsive and quickly addressed issues we had with heating and hot tub. Highly recommend this house and location.

New Years in the Snow!

My family enjoyed a New Years Week in the snow at this Property! The house was comfortable for a group of 10 with ages ranging from 69 to 5 year old. This was most of the most fully equipped VRBO homes i have ever stayed in with ample kitchen supplies, linens, and a very responsive host!We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and beautiful views

Location is unbeatable for walking right out the door onto a hiking trail that takes you to lovely views or to Carter Park & Pickleball. Also location is perfect for walking or riding bus into Breckenridge for restaurants & shopping. Fabulous views of the ski mountains from the kitchen, living room & dining room. Layout of bedrooms & bathrooms, all en-suite, was perfect for our 4 couples. Kitchen is large & well equipped.

Breck Heaven

Our family of 10 gathered at this fabulous home for a five night reunion. My husband and I, along with our two grown children, their spouses and children had a most relaxing time together. The grand kids stayed entertained with the pool table, games and hot tub while the adults relaxed in the large living room in front of the fireplace while gazing at the panoramic view of the mountain. My son and I like to cook and were blown away at the kitchen set up and how well equipped it was. We only ate out one night. A bonus was each couple having their own king bed and private bath. Our teen grand even got her own room while the others shared the bunk room. The house is perfect for a family or group of friends.

Great for big family vacay

The views are stunning! This was a great house for our family vacation, more than enough room for all of us. We stayed middle of June, and there were lots of activities for the kiddos. The location was great. It’s a quiet street and only 10-15 min walk to trails and the Breckenridge Troll. You can also walk to anything in town, but the walk back is uphill, so it’s a bit harder. We all loved it - and hope to go back again soon!

Breck Love!

What to say about this gorgeous home, and our wonderful vacation? This beautiful home met all our expectations, and then some. The views, from (and inside) this home are nothing short of stunning! This perfect home was a few short blocks from Main Street, with a walking path right next to this home. We all walked into town numerous times. The home itself was well stocked, had 2 large living rooms, an extra large dining room table (perfect for meals and family games) and a hot tub, with same beautiful views. As far as the management company? They were spot on with reaching out, staying in touch and communicating any, and all needs. I highly recommend this home to anyone planning a vacation to Breckenridge!

Great Stay

Wonderful stay but some of the amenities had issues (treadmill). Also, there was a "sauna" listed but there is no sauna in the house. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

Beautiful Home and Perfect for our Group!

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week with 5 couples + our young kids (3 and under). Two of the closets were able to fit pack n plays for the kids to sleep and one of the kids comfortably slept in a pack n play in the exercise room. Although we brought our own, the house did have 2 pack n plays and there also was a high chair for use. The main living/kitchen area is super spacious and the view is amazing! We ended up walking into town a couple times on the hiking trail. It was a little tricky to walk through right after a lot of snow, but became easier as the snow got packed down, and was so nice to be so close to town! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we also really enjoyed using the hot tub! I would highly recommend this place for a group of friends or families!

Beautiful home is Breckenridge!

This place was absolutely stunning. Plenty of beds including a massive master bedroom upstairs, a huge kitchen with multiple dishwashers and great stove, wine fridge, absolutely beautiful views, an awesome hot tub, saunas, multiple laundry machines, great TV and sound systems.... everything in great condition and clean. It was well stocked with spices, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, appliances, plus paper towels, soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. The host was very easy to contact for anything we needed. We had an amazing time here and would love to come back next year!

Family ski vacation

The house was perfect! Plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children 10,11,13. Great location. We were able to walk to town or take the Free ride bus. The kitchen has everything one would need. We all enjoyed our stay. The only glitch were the TV’s but the management company came right out and explained how they worked.
