The home was fairly nice. However, the handle on the back door was broken, the toilet paper holder and toilet were both broken in the downstairs bathroom,and the heat upstairs was programmed to reset to 64 every night which caused us to freeze and even start to get sick (runny nose and sore throat) due to the cold temps during the night.

We enjoyed our stay while skiing. The house was very comfortable and has a great view of Breckenridge. Our only complaint was one of the showers was too hot whenever any tried to use it. They executed a work order to fix it in response to a request from us but we ended up having to schedule showers across our party in the master bathroom.

Home was nicer than expected and exceptionally clean. The location was fantastic- just a few minutes up the mountain with a fabulous view of the town, the valley and the Ten Mile Range with the Breckenridge ski runs on the opposite side of the valley.The host/management team were great and always accessible. The house had adequate supplies and everything a renter could need. The hot tub was clean, 104, and perfectly maintained with a great view of the sky & stars. We loved the Ten Peaks Lookout Home, and will plan to return!

GREAT Place, amazing view

The house was fantastic. Clean, fully stocked, great amenities. Would stay again for sure. Be advised that third party property manager oversees the booking and they have additional requirements. They were great, but added several extra hoops.

Amazing!!

Stayed here for my first family ski trip. The entire experience was unbelievable. The view from the house was surreal. Not only was the house amazing, it is just minutes away from Main Street. Couldn’t ask for a better first family ski trip.

Best trip ever

Loved the property, so spacious and comfortable. Had every amenity, especially loved the hot tub. One problem was continually adjusting thermostats as it was particularly cold, but we eventually solved the problem.

Great place

Great location, very comfy. If you're looking for a nice place to stay in Breckenridge this place is highly recommended. There is a series of steps to run through with the rental company, but they were easy to contact and were available if you have concerns.

This professionally managed property is probably exactly what you’re looking for in your next family vacation. There’s space for everybody to spread out, views from every window, privacy, quick access to Breckenridge - it has everything! You’ll be very happy with communication from the property management company and when you’re back home, will hope future Vrbo rentals are managed like this one.

FANTASTIC HOME

We have stayed in many VRBO's over the last couple of decades and this one tops them all. The views, the space, the location, there is absolutely nothing about this place that wasn't top notch. This will be a first for our family to repeat a stay at a particular home but I do believe we will be heading back here next time we're in Breck!

Spacious Home With Beautiful View

Spacious, well appointed, comfortable house. Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Loved the gorgeous view and deck. Kitchen was very well stocked. We made several meals and had everything we needed to prepare them. We used the hot tub quite a bit and there were plenty of clean towels. Beds were very comfortable. Easy trip to downtown. We loved it here!
