Fantastic location for slope fiends

The property provided a true dream skiing vacation. Quiet, spacious and clean, and spitting distance to the Quicksilver chair. Definite recommend.

A step away from the slopes

Our group really enjoyed our stay here. The lifts were literally right outside the condo and maybe a 2 min walk away (including going down elevator). The convenience of being able to walk everywhere around Breck Village was amazing. The check-in process was super easy too. You just need to download an app and that’s what you use to unlock everything. We were also pleasantly surprised to see there is a closet right inside the condo for storing your gear. They also have three hot tubs just a short walk away which were heated to perfection. That being said, the biggest issue we had was parking. It’s an additional cost/night and limited to only one vehicle. We found parking just fine the first day, but the second evening we circled around for probably close to 15 min waiting for someone to leave. So just keep that in mind when planning your stay. The listing also says it sleeps 10 people (which is how large our group was) but maybe not 10 grown adults. It has two queens, two double beds, and a pullout couch. Luckily, we found two air mattresses in the closet (one was missing a cap so it was defective) but we thankfully brought one of our own + extra sheets so everyone had a bed. Not a big deal, but just something to keep in mind. Also the toilets flush at an extremely glacial pace. Not a big issue but was little odd. Overall, we had an amazing time and loved the location. You really can’t beat it. Even though the parking is super inconvenient I would 100% stay here again!

Nice property, best location

This property was perfect for our family. The location can’t be beat. You are at the quicksilver lift within 3 minutes of closing the door. Check in/out was simple. The only issues we had were the toilets and the lack of enough towels. Both toilets took forever to flush and flushed with very little power. The condo had 10 towels, but it’s $10 a load to wash/dry. For the price of the condo there should be more towels instead of having to wash towels and $10 a load several times. Parking is also expensive at $45 a night and limited to 1 car. We had to park another car offsite. All that said, I would highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed our stay

Great trip, very easy check in and check out process, the unit was clean, however I would say a little dated. We requested a couple of box fans and they were quickly provided. I would stay there again, great location. I would prefer the curtains in the bedrooms to be more blackout style to reduce light early in the morning.

Nice place BUT…..

The condo itself is lovely, and as described by previous reviewers. The furniture could use a little updating as well as the bedding. The kitchen is great and it’s perfect for several couples or a family. The woodburning fireplace is great! And there was plenty of wood in the unit. Here are some negatives that I think are very much worth mentioning. There is no on site Parking. Therefore, if you drive like we did from Denver we had to park a half a mile away and walk back-and-forth to the resort. If you are coming from out of state and taking transportation from the airport you don’t need a car everything is in walking distance and therefore you won’t need to worry about parking. The resort itself is definitely dated. While we were there, the elevator broke for two hours also, the hot tub and sauna and pool are quite a ways away from this unit about a 15 minute walk outside. The views from the unit are beautiful and you can walk right to the Quicksilver lift. The skiing was amazing so it makes up for all of these little inconveniences, except for the parking that was a huge problem.

I have a mixed review. Picking up keys offsite after hours was good. Parking and finding your unit are really difficult. Pool area is really small. That was disappointing. Unit is in a good location. Unit needs new carpet since there are a lot of stains. Furniture on back deck needs to be replaced. Shouldn’t have to return your keys to another location. That is a hassle. Living room furniture is tired looking. Beds were okay but needs new comforters. The bathroom door was missing so a curtain was hung. That was kind of strange. Kitchen was great. Overall I would recommend this but you need to be aware of extra cleaning fees and issues with unit.

Great location

Great ski-in, ski-out location. The kitchen is missing some basic utensils, for example pizza cutter. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Great location

Condo was very nice and in a great location. It was a little difficult to get baggage from vehicles to condo due to parking location without a parking pass for the garage. The only complaint I have about the condo was the carpet next to the master bedroom smells like urine. Other than that the place was very nice.

Location is perfect and has a incredible view . The condo itself is very dated . Beds and pillows very uncomfortable. The shower pressure is horrible . Shower in Master is extremely small . Hot Tub and Gym were under construction. We were under the impression it would be operational during our visit . Will definitely stay in area again just not this Condo .

Great property, clean, excellent location, gorgeous views. Check in process was a bit confusing as the email addressing check-in went to junk mail (which we had no way of knowing). Property needs a can opener, swimming pool was closed for renovations which was a bummer for the kids), laundry is not coin operated-requires an App to use washer/dryer, and only 1 parking spot per family (we traveled with another family and had to find them free parking nearby once in town). All around great property in a wonderful location and management was very responsive.

Great living room and dining room and location

Our family of seven enjoyed our time here. Great family area. Only critiques would be to upgrade the mattresses and bedding (hard mattresses and there was uncomfortable rubber around the trim of the comfoter. Sheets were rough). Also, the kitchen knives need sharpened. Otherwise, a great stay!

The location was perfect. The views were great, the proximity to town was great. I was disappointed that when we tried to use the oven it was so dirty it smoked up the entire condo. I literally had to clean burnt food from inside of the oven in order to use it. The coffee make also did not work well and overflowed twice. So, i just tried to clean it and did not use it.

Beautiful Property

This condo has everything you could need for a great ski trip. It’s location is fantastic and the view of the mountains is awesome. The staff is very helpful/responsive. I would highly recommend.

Excellent location!!!!

Condo was clean, well organized and very comfortable. Starter set of toiletries, paper products and towels. Well equipped kitchen. On site laundry right outside of condo door. Absolutely loved the location. EASY access to lift, ski school and equipment rental. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

If only the elevator was working! Dragging luggage up three flights of stairs when you are trying to adjust to the altitude was tough. But once we walked in and saw the view, it was worth it!
