Summer Trip

My son and I came to Breck for some golfing and mounting biking. We enjoyed our stay at this condo and found the location very convenient. The condo was well kept and very clean.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of space and SO clean! It was so close to downtown Breckenridge and great hiking nearby! Could not have been a better place for us! The property was beautiful and everything we needed was walking distance. We would love to return to see this area in the winter!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sundowner II was a wonderful house with all the amenities you’ll need. It was a great location just off the main strip and a few blocks from the Gondola. I’d love to travel back here again soon.

This condo was great!

It was in a great location! We loved that we could walk to town. It was very clean, comfortable beds, and I loved that the washer/dryer was in the unit. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property and wonderful location!

This property is super nice as shown in the pictures and the location is wonderful. You can walk to town, walk to the lift or take the bus. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break

The property was excellent! The location was perfect because it was close to the ski resort and main street. Having a garage space was invaluable! The property pictures and descriptions were accurate. Check in and check out were very easy and great instructions. We would definitely stay here again with our kids!

Great Location

This property was perfect for our family. The location in Breckenridge was perfect - an easy 5 minute walk down the hill to city center. The updated features made it very nice as well. I would definitely recommend to friends and family to stay there.

We went summer time and walked to town for all meals & most activities. Great location to get to town. The complex pool & hot tubs were also nice (the individual hot tub was not open).

Wonderful time

We had such a wonderful time the condo was super clean and we loved the location. About a 4 min walk to snowflake lift and an easy walk into town. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The pool was pretty cold but the hot tubs were wonderful.

This was a perfect location for enjoying nearby trails and downtown area. We were able to walk to almost everything we did while we were there. We cooked almost every meal here and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit as well. We were very happy with our stay here. Also, there was hardly anyone else parked in the parking garage so parking was never an issue. We used the pool on evening and it was okay but we didn’t find ourselves going back the rest of the trip.

Condo maintenance issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The master bath sink was totally clogged the whole time we were there and we reported it but it and it was never fixed. There was pet hair everywhere. Cole said he would refund a small percentage for the issue of the bathroom but never did after a few follow ups.

Lots of room and well equipped

Good location lovely inside condo. Outside needs updating. Dog crap just outside door of neighbors unit. Had everything needed in condo. Could use a place for suitcases in bedrooms.
