Our friends choose this home for our stay for Oktoberfest and we had an amazing time! From the start communication was great and they were able to give us a later check out time which helped immensely. Beautiful home with several beds, and an amazing large hot tub! Will definitely book again.

Nice house with well equipped kitchen

My family of 9 adults and 2 children ages 1 and 2 stayed here. The kitchen has everything equipment wise we needed to cook our own meals which was perfect for our group. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the back yard. The location was excellent for going hiking and getting to downtown Breckenridge. We had a great time. If you do have small children, we did bring our own high chair and a pack n play for sleeping as that was not provided, just FYI.

Great house, great location

Close to town, but felt like we were in the middle of the woods. House was clean, nice, and we really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and relaxing with the fire in the evenings. Would stay here again!

Good customer service

Lovely home. Walkable into town. Had a great customer service experience. We got there and the gas fireplace wasn't working. The staff tried to troubleshoot it with us and when we couldn't get it working, they sent someone out to fix it that same day.

Good space. Lots of bedrooms and space to spread out. The jets, lights, and buttons in the panel of the hot ton did not work. The fireplace doesn’t work. The driveway is VERY steep and hard to get up if there is any snow pack or ice on the driveway.

Wonderful Family Home

My entire family stayed in this beautiful home for our holiday and it did not disappoint. The home is split level with all the necessities for your getaway. The location is great and right across from the Brown South bus stop for easy access to town and the slopes. Price was high but we definitely felt it was worth it!

Stayed for a week with the fam and friends before school. Great location to be able to walk to downtown and in the middle of all kinds of activities. Multiple leveled house was great to separate age groups. Great stay

Great Location, Perfect Getaway

This property was exactly as advertised - beautiful, spacious, clean, and convenient. Free shuttle stop right across the street, two car garage that fit our vehicles perfectly, and a washer/dryer so we could cut down on packing. My group loved the large selection of beds and all the amenities like the dishwasher and fireplace, but especially the hot tub. Would stay here again in an instant.

Great stay in Breck!

We had a great stay at this location - the house was just as billed - modern inside, plenty of room for my family, great hot tub! It was also right across the street from the shuttle stop which made coming and going to the slopes super easy and accessible. We loved it!

Annual Family Ski Trip

Would highly recommend. Very nice place, accommodated our large group comfortably. Love the location…free ride bus stop to slopes and downtown shopping/restaurants at the end of the driveway was so fast/convenient…never had to drive anywhere. Our first night we noticed the hot tub hadn’t been serviced but they sent someone out right away to fix the problem …so we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay.

Breckenridge Ski Trip

Heard from the neighbor that this property was recently renovated and whatever upgrades were made I certainly approve of. Tons of open space in the common area perfect for family and group friend time. The knives in the kitchen could be sharper and be suppied with a few more papertowels and other consumables but other than that this property is 10/10. Access to the shuttle stop across the street is perfect.

Perfect For Large Group!

This was perfect for our group of 12 friends visiting Breckenridge for a ski trip! With such a large group, everyone had plenty of space in each bedroom and in the living area. House was stocked with everything we needed to make our meals at home. Hot tub was also hot and ready to go when we arrived! Great location directly across from the Grey bus stop which looped into town and resort areas. The team at Summit Mountain rentals was very responsive with any questions we had. We all agreed we’d like to stay here again for our ski trip next year. Thank you very much!

We had a great family vacation. We had plenty of room for everyone. The free ride bus was just across the street which was super convenient. Everyone loved the house. It had everything we wanted. We would definitely stay there for another vacation.

Great getaway for friends

Within a reasonable walking distance to town and trails though also spacious and cozy enough to stay in, use the hot tub, and relax for our group of six friends. The property is well maintained and rooms are good-sized with nice bathroom access for all. Check-in and check-out were very easy. A great place to make many great memories— we even had moose walk through the back yard our last morning!
