Breck Ski Vacation
House was very nice and certainly spacious enough for our family of 8. Had a couple of small mushaps and owner had them fixed within an hour! Best service we have had with rentals. Def recommend!!

Perfect 4th of July Getaway
Everything about our stay was perfect. The house is close enough to walk into town and close to a handful of trailheads. The house was spaced out perfectly for a handful of couples--giving us all space but also providing large spaces to hangout together. I would definitely book this house again next time we decided to head to Breck for a long weekend. The goldens absolutely loved being able to tag along with us, so definitely a big plus for being dog friendly! Speaking of dog friendly--the property manager/company left some nice natural dog treats for them!

Cooper, Breckinridge, and Keystone
Hot tub was amazing after a long day of skiing/boarding. Place is very nice and has plenty of sleeping areas. You will have to drive to either the Breckinridge shuttle or do what we did and drive to the gondola parking lot (for Breck skiing/boarding only). There are a lot of light switches, but they are all labeled.

Nice property - 4WD a must
We stayed in February during some particularly frigid temps (-6 degrees for a start one morning). As such, the roads were a bit problematic getting to the property. Highpoint was plowed but was not nearly in good of shape as the roads below. So our front wheel drive SUVs were not really the best choice for this property location. To give credit to the property manager, this was disclosed. Beyond the struggle to get to the property, the home was very clean and well maintained. The property owner has a vehicle in the garage so we did have one vehicle in the elements each day, requiring scraping of ice and snow each morning before we headed out. The trip into Breck is very straightforward 10-15 min to parking at the base. The hot tub was clean and maintained temp during usage. The kitchen was well appointed in terms of cookware, utensils, etc. Living room space and dining room comfortably held our party of 8. We did have a few of our party that said mattresses were uncomfortable. I would concur in terms of the master bedroom mattress. Overall a very good property. But given the road it's located on, I would say 4WD is a must.

Great location, great staff, great place
Stayed over Thanksgiving 2022. Great location close to trail heads a two minute walk to miles of hiking trails and a very quick drive to downtown Breck. High enough altitude we had snow. Things like humidifiers for the dry mountain air made it even better. Hot tub was perfect and private enough. Lots of parking space. Pool table and games filled in the very little downtime we had. A great place easily fits 8 to 10.

I would rent again
I wish I could give 4.5 stars. I would rent it again. The property is nice but it is decor and lighting dated and five star listings are usually a little better internal quality. The refrigerator is old and has to be pressed close, the screens have holes, the bathroom fixtures are mid level remodeling and rods are loose. The fees are much higher than the nightly rate with booking fees for the manager and VRBO, a cleaning fee, and a high dog fee, so the final price was 50% higher. It is a car ride or long walk to town. But the property managers are very responsive and it is clean.

Excellent stay, as usual.
This was our second time at Antler's Ridge and it's a great house. No complaints, all positive. We have now done one stay in Summer and one in Winter and I recommend either. Just wonderful.

Nice Home
Convenient location to the gondola parking lot and downtown. Lovely and comfortable home, needs some updating but great place to stay. Mud room off the garage was large enough to accommodate 5 people getting ready to ski and it was nice to have the laundry room upstairs on the main floor. Pool table was nice to have, as well as, a great hot tub.

Beautiful Private Home
Very cozy and well appointed. Great for walking. My only suggestion would be to put a King bed in the main floor bedroom and bunk beds in the downstairs twin bedroom.

The house was nice, the only thing that I can say is about the beds, The mattress is too soft,!!
I really liked the house, but as I said I can go back because the mattress of all the beds are super soft and nobody sleep well. The rest the house was very nice. Thank you.

Family Fun Time
This home was perfect for reunion with our adult kids. Plenty of room to spread out and very comfortable when all together. Kitchen had everything we needed! Pool table and hot tube were added bonus! And so much tot do in Breck….great time had by all!! Thanks so much for delightful mountain time⛰

Wonderful property in great location
We stayed here with four teens and had a great time. Our stay was in mid-Summer and the house stayed pretty cool (closing blinds during day and opening windows at night was key), especially the basement. The photos don't show that the basement has another TV set-up that is a perfect place for gaming and watching movies, "super comfy" according to one of the teens. There is an easy hiking trail right across the street (going up the hill on the other side), which was cool. We went river rafting in Buena Vista with The Adventure Company, amazing! Did a mountain bike tour over Vail Pass, and our favorite find was the tiny Sawtooth Reservoir right outside of town, we took our paddle boards there and the teens could have just done that the whole trip. The house is huge, well-appointed and very comfortable. We didn't have any problems with getting in and out of the driveway, you just take it slow and go at it at an angle. We would happily stay here again, it was great.

Beautiful Home
Invited Home personnel were very responsive to questions and any issues that came up. Renters should be aware that the well water was as advertised but does affect water pressure for showers and using the dishwasher.

Perfect House for a Winter Getaway
Love the house; good size and layout. Bedrooms are on separate floors... perfect for a family ski trip. Location is only 5 minutes from Main Street. Clearly the owners have taken good care of it over the years. Thank you so much! Only feedback: the well-water is quite hard (iron) which not everyone is into so would be nice to alert renters prior to stay to bring plenty of water for drinking and making coffee.

Nice Mountain Getaway!
Antler's Ridge Lodge was a perfect place for our family to enjoy a weekend mountain getaway. The layout of the home was perfect, with good gathering areas, but also plenty of privacy between bedrooms. The location was great. Just a short drive down to main street. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio at the Canteen Pub in town. Down the street from the house was access to great hiking paths. We really enjoyed this proximity. The hot tub was nice and clean and hot and we appreciated the basket of clean fluffy towels next to the door. A few of our complaints... The main TV remote was missing batteries- which we had to go purchase to use. The TV/Cable was a bit outdates and the cable in the main room was complete static. We were able to connect to Netflix which was nice. It could have been cleaned better before our arrival. We noticed lots of dust, cobwebs and we noticed empty beer/soda cans under the coffee table and dirty socks in the downstairs entertainment center. The large soup pot in the cabinets was dirty covered in old marinara sauce, that was pretty gross. The kitchen was low on handsoap and there were no plastic cups to be found. It is mentioned several places that no glass is allowed in the hot tub-and plastic cubs are provided. We ended up purchases some and left the remaining cups there for the next people. Overall, we really enjoyed our mountain getaway.

Great family vacation
We loved our stay. The house is very spacious with a well outfitted kitchen. We walked to town daily. The walk is roughly 1 mile using a combination of roads and walking paths. It is mostly uphill on the way home, which provided nice exercise after dinner. One suggestion is Some work on the driveway, which has a deep gutter at the entrance. Low riding cars can bottom out.

Beautiful location
The house located about 5 minutes uphill from town, and set within a beautiful forested area. Enough space for 6 of us and our dog to relax. The only challenge was the driveway and a very deep gully that was impossible to navigate and resulted in lots of scraping of the underside of both our SUV and prius. We ultimately wound up having to park on the street (which is explicitly not allowed) to avoid damage to our car and the bikes on the rack).

Best House I've ever rented
My family and I went to Breckenridge this year and stayed here. The house is enormous and there is plenty of private and public space for everyone. Though it is a bit of a walk to town (1 mile) there are plenty of trails and great walking / hiking nearby. My family has been traveling to various areas of Colorado for several years now and this is by far the best property we have every stayed at. The management company is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Amazing Beautiful Vacation Home!
This house is wonderful, from the views from the front windows to the comfort of the furnishings, plus the location of being nearby popular area attractions. It accommodated a family of 7 with dogs perfectly. We loved the hot tub in the cool evenings and Breckenridge is a charming town and the July 4th parade was just incredible! I highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to vacation in Breckenridge.

Destination wedding
We had a wonderful time with my family of 9 adults and 2 infants. Was pleasantly surprised with having a high chair. Only negative things worth mentioning were that there wasn’t a good place to walk our small dog and the driveway was difficult to get a standard vehicle in and out due to a big dip where the driveway ends and the dirt road meet.

Great place
This was a good place for 6 of us to stay, pretty close to town. Overall it was really a very nice stay. That being said, there were a few hidden fees I was surprised to learn about after I booked. We had two small pets and after I booked this place learned there was a $300 pet fee. I was fine with this but wished it was stated up front as it’s an entire nights worth.

Amazing location, 5 min from downtown Breck and 5 minutes to the Breck gondola with plenty of space.
Nice cabin with great location. It was very convenient to have their starter pack of essentials. The kitchen was well equipped and the management team was extremely responsive via text and phone before and during our stay. The beds are due for mattresss upgrades and the kitchen needs new knives or a sharpener, but other than that quite an enchanting cabin.

Perfect size and layout for our family of seven
We absolutely loved the house. The layout was perfect for our family. We would like to rent again, however, there are some issues with the place. The house itself is beautiful, however it definitely needs some attention from the owner. I have quite a list of things I would address if it were my home. I also have a vacation rental in Breckenridge that sleeps 40 people, so I am very familiar with what guests are looking for in a vacation home. Our first problem was finding kitchen supplies to make dinner for Thanksgiving. There were barely any pots and pans, skillets, etc. to cook with. I called the management company and they were wonderful about taking care of the problem. A lovely lady, whose name I forget, brought new pots and pans, dish towels, and everything we could possibly need to make a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner. She stayed and peeled off labels and washed the new cookware on Thanksgiving morning. So I give 5 stars to the mgmt co for being so accommodating.The numerous other issues would be the responsibility of the owner. It is in desperate need of upgrading furniture. The mattresses are old, and you can’t even sit on the bed because there is a hard wire in the trim on the mattresses that cuts into your legs.The box springs are also very old and not covered. Not a good impression, as it is the first thing to catch your eye when you enter the master bedroom. The queen bed my in-laws slept in was like sinking into a bottomless box of foam or cotton. Entirely too soft, and my father-in-law woke up with a backache every morning. Not like him, as he is a strong and healthy man who travels a lot and is not real picky about the bed he sleeps in.The living room couch is broken down and hits the floor in the middle. Pool table was fun, but needs new que sticks. 3 sticks in bad shape. Loved the garage to park in and unload directly in to the mudroom. Quite convenient. My dogs give the place a 5+. It was convenient to let them out the sliding doors in the living room to go potty, and the woods were thick and nice for them to romp in the snow without worrying about going out in the street.Also extra space outside master bedroom for their beds and crates was perfect for them to sleep.They didn’t get in our way in the master because they were close enough to us to feel they were with us.Great house, needs upgrades, great for dogs, and steep short driveway was challenging to get in with snow. Price to high for condition,but reasonable if upgraded

Clean, quiet, enough room for large group to spread out
The property as a whole was clean, the beds were comfy, the areas are split into three levels allowing everyone to spread out. The hot top was incredibly clean and hot on arrival, nice and privately tucked away. TVs in every room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything from a cheese grater to a rolling pin, coffee pot, crock pot, toaster...even lots of spices, etc... everything except a large soup pot which was disappointing because it was cold and snowy, but we made it work. The beds were comfy and there were a lot of extra towels and linens. There is a large pink stain on the stairs going up to the third floor, and the downstairs bathtub had significant hard water stains, but it was definitely clean. My biggest two complaints were: the dining room chairs tipped over easily, and not with misuse, just seemed like a top heavy design or something. They tipped on us about 12 times in 4 days, with multiple different users. Luckily no one was hurt. Second, the fireplace, which was nice and easy to use, has a glass plate on the front of it that gets VERY hot. There is a little sign on it but I didn’t see it until after my son burned his hand bad enough to leave a mark. (He is not quite 2, it just happened too fast.) Nothing that couldn’t have been avoided, just make sure to watch your kids if they’re little. I did not see or smell anything to make me think wet dog as other reviewers stated. Lots of room to hang coats and snow gear. Enough room for the kids to play outside, but not so much out in nature attached to hiking trails or anything (although they’re close by). Close to town with easy access. Large dip at end of driveway, all three of our trucks/SUV’s scraped the bottom of pulling in, so be careful. It was full of water so hard to tell depth, but it could’ve been avoided by pulling to the side a bit. (We all arrived at different times so hadn’t seen the others do it.) All in all, great property for a large group/family, very worth it for the price. Would recommend to friends. My negative comments are only so you know what to expect, and not to imply the overall experience was bad because of these things. It was great, stay as long as you can!

We love this place!
We thoroughly enjoyed our family trip to Breckenridge. This home has lots of room and a well furnished kitchen. Very clean and extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is close to town, about 5 minutes, and yet located in a very quiet and secluded area. Beds are comfortable and we couldn't have been happier. As for activities, highly suggest fly fishing with Mountain Anglers and horseback riding with American Safari Ranch. Spruce tree trail is a beautiful hike. Suggest getting a jeep and drive the road to the end. It's a 3 mile hike at the end of the road to reach the last lake.

What a nightmare during our wedding time!
Wow what a absolute nightmare. My now husband and I were planning on staying here during our wedding time with some friends and family. Where do I even begine? We walked in the house and it was extremely hot.. we opened all the windows but noticed the fireplace was on.. we went downstairs and smelt this odor like dog but also a moldy smell. There were stains as well and not what we pictured. I did not want my dress or his suit smelling like that so we put it back in the car. We called and they were closed so called emergency hours. Some lady in another state answered and said she is contacting someone there and will call us. We waited around for 30 minutes or so and nothing. We called again and the lady was extremely rude and said she’s doing what she can and there is nothing she can do. One hour went by and we had to leave a figure out and have people pay now to stay elsewhere. We called one more time and the lady said she can’t get though to anyone. At that point we found somewhere else to stay and unloaded everything. The next day close to the afternoon we get a call from someone saying they can send someone over. We told her it’s to late and we have no time since we were setting up our venue, getting flowers, rehearsal and, rehearsal dinner. I just wanted my money back at this point. We had a call back that someone was at the cabin and the smell could have been from getting the carpets cleaned and how we can come back. I told him we seriously did not have the time and how we waited there for a call back from emergency hours. He basically said that was not going to happen. The day before the wedding we had to deal with this. They were not understanding and could only give us the night we missed out on and cleaning fees back. We spent a lot of money and that’s all they could do for their mess up! Especially during our wedding we had to deal with this. We have friends and family who visit breck at least once a year. We will NOT be recommending them. Worst experience of our lives. Advertisment is false and just a joke to deal with. Thanks invited homes for completely putting a damper on our wedding time !

Thank you for your review and feedback. We're so sorry you experienced some issues upon your stay. The fireplace has a particularly bright pilot light, so we expect that is what you saw upon arrival. Unfortunately, to ensure security, we cannot open up the home windows prior to your arrival, so during the summer - it can be a bit stuffy when you first arrive. Typically, opening up the windows will help very quickly. We have 3 separate employees walk through the home, and no one was able to smell a dog - nor has any guest surrounding your stay mentioned pet odor. We believe that the combination of the smell of chemical from the freshly cleaned carpet and the heat from the home could have contributed to the odor you smelled. Our guest experience team was also quick to respond the next morning to explain these items, and when you didn't want to return we did process a 50% refund for your stay.

Great home for family - good location
Antler's Ridge was a good choice for our family - plenty of space to spread out and amenities were good.

Great layout for a family
The house layout was great for our group of eight. We we able to get in on time and had easy access to Breckenridge. We would suggest upgrading the mattress on the main level, it is showing it age and note the master bedroom mattress is very soft.

Beautiful home and very spacious!
This house was great for our 2 family getaway (we had 8 people). The house had great amenities and the property was beautiful. The hot tub was really nice and is well taken care of, and the setup of everything was great. It snowed while we were there and the backyard was great for sledding for the kids, they loved it! Only a few minutes drive to downtown Breck which was nice, and the gondola passes were a nice touch to be able to use as well. Would definitely recommend, and would love to stay again in the summertime!

Spacious, Convenient, Lovely Home - Close to all of Breck!
My husband, friends, and I were all very happy with our stay and the house (5 people)! We each had our own level essentially. It was more than enough room. We were able to stay together in a house yet maintain privacy when you need it such as taking a nap after a long day on the mountain before heading into town. It was nice that we each had our own bathroom. The home was very private, though there were neighbors. We loved the decor and the hot tub is essential. The kitchen was nice. We were able to cook a hearty breakfast each morning. We enjoyed the pool table, and playing cards at the dining room table by the fireplace. It was a nice touch to have Gondola parking passes. There are notices that there is iron in the water, but it is not as bad as some of the reviews previously posted. We thought the house was very nice and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Property for my Family
We stayed in this property for a family ski trip. We took our two children and their families. This house was perfect! The bottom floor has two bedrooms and a living area which was great for my son, his wife and 2 kids. My daughter and her husband stayed on the top floor and enjoyed the pool table. We all had our private space but plenty of room for when we wanted to be together. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook our meals and the table was plenty big for all of us. We thought the location was great. A very quiet area but close to town and skiing. The rental company was always available to answer any of my questions. When we return to Breckenridge, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
