Hi Juan. This property is professionally managed. As such, I can assure you it is a permitted rental. I’m sorry if you felt that a neighbor was unwelcoming. We’ve never experienced any complaints of this nature from renters or neighbors during the the 5+ years of rental history. As for “too many doors”, each bedroom and bathroom does have its own door. Most people appreciate that privacy. Aside from that, there is one door that can be used to separate the basement living room from the main floor living room. This arrangement is great for parents who want to let their kids play or watch movies, sans any noise or interruptions to the grown ups. I’m sorry the layout wasn’t a good fit for your party. Lastly, the water and ice machine on the fridge have been fixed. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
