Perfect for our family ski/snow vacation! Great access to the shuttle to take folks to/from Breck and still within 10-30min of town and neighboring ski resorts. Spacious and comfortable home fitted with most amenities you may need for a family gathering (hot tub, game room, big kitchen and cookware, etc).

This place is fantastic. There are two gigantic suites, nice sized rooms, and two separate lounging areas. With the pool table, fooz, and shuffleboard we never even tried out any of the TV's. Great dining area with tons of seating and plenty of dishes. We ate or prepared all meals there. The hot tub was great and heated garage. We had a family of 10 and there was plenty of space. Nice and clean, plenty of TP and dish soap. My only note at all is that Flatlanders like me may suffer from the elevation, I guess we usually sleep in a valley when visiting. But we were okay after a few days. Also the bus comes by regularly and is free. We didn't use it but saw it. Great view of Breckenridge and not far from keystone or Vail.

Great Views Very Clean

The house was fantastic. Amazing views of Breck. Very clean. Everything a group could ask for with a game room in the basement and a hot tub. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The driveway had about 6-10 of ice built up on it and made it a little difficult to get in but other that that would absolutely recommend staying here.

Amazing Breckenridge home!!!

We loved our stay at this beautiful & spacious home. Our family converged on Breckenridge from Colorado & Texas. There was plenty of room for all of us. The basement game area was great for the kids. The master suite was amazing. Everyone loved the hot tub. We will definitely be booking this awesome property again...

please be aware that this property is in a state of disrepair as of my visit, including but not limited to: -water damage visible on ceilings of 2 bedrooms -loose tiles throughout living room -rotten sections of decking, particularly near the hot tub this property has potential, but as is it's not fit for habitation (let alone rental)

Spacious House in Beautiful Setting!

This was a perfect house for our family reunion of 6 adults and 6 children. Pool, shuffle board, movies and Wii kept the kids occupied. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and the entire family went on some great hikes. The views from the many windows in the house were amazing! Take note of the high altitude and prepare ahead of time by giving yourself a few days to adjust before driving up to Breckenridge. We had a great time here and can highly recommend this stay.

Breckenridge Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Breckenridge. We were a group of 15 and the house fit us all very comfortably. The house was beautiful and had an amazing view of the mountains. It was exactly as pictured and only a 10 minute drive to Main Street. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful throughout our time. I would definitely come back again and recommend this spot to others!

Has everything that my family requires

We vacation in Breck every winter, and my extended family requires lots of bedrooms and baths, plenty of parking, a pool table, and a hot tub. This beautiful VRBO provided all of that, and more. This house impressed everyone with its grandeur and decor. The incredibly long dining table gave us plenty of space to gather at meals. Everyone appreciated the views on sunny mornings when the opposite mountains were lit by the rising sun, and at night when we could see the groomers moving on the slopes. The only real downside was the sparsely supplied kitchen. We had to buy black pepper, olive oil, and dishwasher rinse aid. (The dishes did NOT come out clean without rinse aid.) There were no roasting pans, but luckily a previous guest left some aluminum foil. And I would have expected at least six laundry soap pods for a six bedroom house, though we were fine since I always bring extra laundry soap. Also, some of the measuring spoons must have disappeared over time, and the largest one I found was 1/2 teaspoon. That made measuring two tablespoons of oil for pancakes more challenging. We loved the new double ovens. That made meal prep so much easier since we could simultaneously cook at two temperatures. We also utilized the ski shuttle bus that stopped only one house away. It only ran once per hour, coming at about 10:20, 11:20, etc, but it was very convenient. Uber/Lyft was a great way to come back to the house. We would definitely stay here for another family ski vacation.

Anderson's in Breckenridge

Large family gathering for the Christmas holidays that was hosted in Breckenridge by Daniel. The home was spectacular and better than advertised. We had an amazing experience and the experience was just perfect. Highly recommend this property and its management.

Amazing home!

Like others review state, this home is amazing! The view is spectacular and the house was immaculate. There was a slight issue with the hot tub (hornets!) but was quickly addressed by management. We had four families stay and we never felt crowded at all. The game room kept the kids entertained and it was about a 10-15 minute drive into town (depending on where you wanted to go). Nothing beats the view of the mountains and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Breck Family Fun - June 2023

A place can really make your stay something special on vacation and this place did just that. We had a family group of 15, including our kids and grandkids. Such a spacious home that we could all spread out in and relax or play games! The basement was indeed the "fun zone" for the kids and they equally enjoyed the hot tub. As the grandma, my favorite memory of this place will be how we gathered every evening for our meals at the most beautiful table and how after we cleaned up we would play cards well into the evening. This place has everything you could need and we had a great week in Breckinridge.

Excellent home base for family trip!

Our group of 15 (7 adults, 8 kids under 8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and spacious and we appreciated all of the separate sleeping spaces, quantity of bathrooms and large common areas including an amazing large dining table that fit our entire group! Daniel was an excellent host, promptly replying to all communication and even left a thoughtful welcome gift. I would highly recommend this property as a perfect home base for Breckenridge visit.

Beautiful property and views!

Wonderful property. Daniel friendly and responsive through stay. Prepare for 10,600 foot elevation…beware of altitude sickness and take steps to avoid it!! Outside of altitude issues there is nothing to complain about at the property, it is great!!!

The perfect spot in Breck

I don’t think this house can get any better. Truly better in person and more than enough space for the whole family. What a privilege it was to stay at this house during our family trip. We will be back. Daniel the host is top notch and a pleasure to work with!

Gorgeous location, excellent house

Daniel's house is gorgeous, clean, and located within 5 minutes (driving) of the Breck gondola and main street. We had an amazing time and tons of space. With the amount of beds, rooms, and bathrooms, we were able to comfortably host a big group of friends with beds to spare. The view is bar none, the hot tub is clean and hot, the home is well appointed with everything you need to be warm, comfy, and cook everything you want. There's also a ton of board games and some cards for entertaining, as well as a pool table and shuffle board table downstairs.

Amazing place for a trip with friends!

We stayed at Daniel's home for a large girls trip and I couldn't have imagined a better place! The house is huge and absolutely beautiful with incredible mountain views that you can see through two-story floor to ceiling windows. There is also a great hot tub on the deck that also allow you to enjoy the view. The common space has a huge dining table that could seat our entire group. We had 15 people and everyone could sleep very comfortably and there was plenty of bathroom space for getting ready. Getting to town is easy with a nearby bus stop, though there's a garage if you'd like to bring a car. On top of the house itself, Daniel could not have been more amazing. We received check in instructions early and the process was smooth and easy. He was very responsive when we had questions before and during our stay. I was really blown away at how amazing this property was, especially considering how much more reasonable the price is than other similar properties in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone!
