The townhome was spotless and felt just like being at home. Very comfortable, beautifully furnished, well stocked kitchen with everything one would need, and comfortable beds. Loved the variety of games for fun evenings in - made for very fun family time for our family of 6 adults. Perfect location - easy walk to town and easy walk to the chair lift and multiple shuttle stops. Loved having the garage and storage for ski equipment. The property manager Stephanie was very responsive and incredibly helpful.

We stayed at this place for 2 weeks and was very comfortable in every way. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need and is well stocked with quality pots and pans. It is very clean and communication is easy if you have any questions. All the appliances are top of the line. It's walking distance to town or you can use the Free Ride bus system, which is very convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we were in Breckenridge.

The condo was very nice. It was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in, including sharp knives! Also there were plenty of staples such as toilet paper and paper towels. We did have trouble with all the stairs as we are older and live at sea level. We did not find the couch very comfortable. The beds were great.

Granddaughter Trip

This was a grandparents/granddaughter trip. I don't give 5 star ratings lightly, but this property deserves a 5 plus! From the start of the booking the host, Shannette, was quick to respond and very helpful. The information on the property was accurate and well suited our needs. The property is the cleanest and best kept property I have stayed at. I soon heard from the property manager, Stephanie, about all the information we would need for our visit. The information needed for our stay was provided in a link that was broken down into sections. All of it from checking in to directions, activities, local recommendations, and much more including checkout, was extremely helpful. Because of the information provided up front, I didn't have any issues upon arrival. I contacted Stephanie a couple of times during our stay and her response was always accurate and timely (within minutes). The property was ready well in advance of our arrival and we were actually able to check in a couple of hours early. Upon checking out, I had an issue where I needed to return a piece of equipment I had rented, but wanted to leave before the scheduled pickup of that equipment. Stephanie to the rescue. I can't say enough great things about this host and property manager. Book this property for your stay! You won't regret it!!!

Great Location! Really Well-Appointed

The location of this condo is great to walk to dinner or shopping on Main St. This may be one of the most well-stocked rentals we’ve ever used. There is nothing you could need for cooking that this kitchen didn’t have. Lots of games available too. The manager, Stephanie, was very responsive. We stayed at the end of June and the area is quiet. Hot tub/pool is fine and a short walk, the condo had beach towels we used when we went. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Updated condo in short walking distance to Shops and Restaurants. Great beds, well stocked Kitchen, nice heated garage with Ski storage. Will definitely stay here again next time in Breckinridge!

Fantastic Stay in a Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay at this Breckenridge townhome! The property was exactly as described—comfortable, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location. The proximity to the Snowflake lift made getting on the mountain easy, and it was also a short walk to Main Street, even with a five-year-old in tow. The heated garage was a huge perk—no scraping snow off the car or dealing with cold seats in the morning!Inside, the home was cozy and well-appointed. The beds were very comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was great, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals after a day on the slopes. The walk to the pool and hot tub area was quick and easy, even for our little one.We had a small hiccup with check-in due to a scheduling mix-up on the owner’s end, but as soon as we reached out, they were quick to resolve the issue. The only other minor issue was a garage door sensor on our final night, but it wasn’t a big deal.Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely consider returning for a future trip. Highly recommend this property for a comfortable and convenient Breckenridge getaway!

Amazing first trip to Breck!

This was our family’s first trip to Breckenridge. The condo was perfect for us, great location walking distance to Beaver Run and the village, beds were super comfortable, no neighbor noise, and owner was very responsive to any questions. Kids loved the community hot tub. Would book again!

Wonderful ski in/out condo

The property was perfect! Clean, comfortable, spacious, and the most well stocked place I’ve ever stayed in. Seriously, all the comforts of home! The walk to the lift is a bit uphill, but really not that far. And you can ski down to the property right across the street! Only problem was the hot tubs were not hot while we were there. Obviously an issue the homeowner can’t totally control. But otherwise it was perfect! Would definitely stay there again

Excellent Ski Getaway

This townhome was very clean and had everything you would need for your vacation. It was also newly remodeled and in great shape. The location was very close to snowflake lift and the ski out location was right across the street. It’s also very close to Main Street and all the restaurants. We were very happy with this place and would highly recommend it!

Ideal layout and location for family

This was our third ski trip to Breck and best home away from home yet! We traveled with our 10 and 7 year old and found both the home and location to be ideal. The rental is very central, with the Snoflake lift just one block uphill and Beaver Run a 5-10 min walk in ski boots or 2 min dropoff in the car. We rented ski gear from a Charter Sports right below the Snowflake lift, mere hundreds of feet from the rental. So convenient, and ski valet was an option thought we didn’t need it. Downtown and Main St are just down the hill - a 5 min walk over the pedestrian bridge. We didn’t need to drive anywhere downtown and enjoyed exploring on foot. As for the condo, it’s actually 4 mini levels, which breaks up activity nicely. You have the garage and ski storage, then the main family room, then the kitchen and dining area, then upstairs bedrooms. There are 2.5 baths. Our favorite things about the home were the cozy gas fireplace that produced a nice amount of heat, perfect for the whole fam cozying with books, and the bunk beds for the kids. They had a blast. The condo was very quiet, just the right temp, and nicely appointed. We found the laundry very convenient and went home with clean clothes. Stephanie was very responsive when we had a couple of questions, so we felt well taken care of. We can’t wait to return to Four O’Clock for the summer season.
