Perfect for family

This location was perfect, Not too far from town. And the house Perfectly accommodated our family. The deck space was amazing and was perfect for afternoons & cool evenings. The kitchen area is great for big families with two large tables and an island to support additional seating if needed. In addition, a small game table in the living room area turned out to be just what we needed for card and boardgames. Would stay here again!

Relaxing week with adult children and their plus ones. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space. Big kitchen and plenty of seating for nights we stayed in and cooked.

Excellent house and location

Stayed for a ski trip. Close to all summit county mountains. Hose was clean, comfortable and spacious. Well equiped. Only minor issues were instructions in the house indicated that hot tub towels were in the linen closet but there were not any. We had enough extra bath towels to get by with our group size. Also drivway plowing could have been better during our stay to keep it clean following snow. We had all wheel drive which was fine, but the driveway was snowpacked and a pretty good slope. All in all a great choice.

Great Place in Summit County

Stayed as part of a guys trip. Big kitchen/eating area which was great. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Great location - close to Breck but also easy enough to get to Keystone and Vail. Would stay again!

Great Space for our Vacation

We enjoyed our stay greatly! This property worked well for our group. One complaint - the dishwasher didn't work. When we called and property management they came to look. (They already knew that it needed to be replaced.) We were not offered any discount for having to manually wash our dishes all week. I expected to have a working dishwasher, so bring your Palmolive.

What an amazing vacation for a family from Miami that’s never experienced a true winter. This property and its fantastic amenities helped everyone become comfortable, cozy, and fall in love with the environment, allowing us to comfortably prepare for a few days on the mountains, which was only minutes away. I highly recommend!

Great House!

This is the 2nd time our family of 8 has stayed at this property for our summer vacation- we love it! Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 grandchildren at a very convenient location to Breckenridge, Frisco, Dillon Lake, Copper Mountain and Vail! Loved the convenience of the hot tub right out the door on the deck with a view of Ten Mountain Range! We plan to stay here again!

Summit County at its finest!!

Amazing property in a great location! Spacious, clean, cozy. A great property if traveling in a large group! Location is close enough to everything but yet far enough to get a true mountain experience. Andrea was fantastic to work with and helped make our long weekend in Summit County that much better!!!

Great Family House!

We stayed here with our big family, ages ranging from 9-65. This is a great home for a big family who appreciates having their own space to hang out. It was also great that everyone had their own beds, bathrooms and sleeping areas. The location was perfect; close to Breck, but also to I-70. Andrea was super responsive with any issue we had. We also saw a moose in the backyard! We had everything we needed and had a great family vacation!

Perfect Ladies Getaway

We had a large group (8-9 ladies) joining us for a sophisticated weekend away in the mountains, and the level of comfort in this house was on-point! We all greatly enjoyed the massive living and dining room space in which we had the opportunity to spend time together before going back into our own bedrooms, which were also very comfortable. Overall, we had the best time here… oh, and the hot tub is AMAZING! Highly recommend!

Best Vacation House

The house fit us all perfectly. We loved the 3 levels so kids & adults all had their own spaces. Kitchen was outstanding. I appreciated all the "tools" I needed for 5 days of cooking. Thank you.

Family vacation July 22

Great property. Very nicely stocked which is greatly appreciated for air travel. Plenty of toiletries, towels, and kitchen spices. My family enjoyed the hot tub. Plenty of seating for everyone for meals. One small complaint…the master bathroom shower door is extremely difficult to open and close. Otherwise top notch!!

Wonderful property, so quiet

Loved the house and the views. Location was great, close to town but removed and quiet. Lot of space in the interior, so my wife and I could get quiet space to work even when the family was all around.

Very nice place! Recommend!

The property is very nice and just as described. Everything was in order and it's just a short drive from downtown Breckenridge. THe worst thing I could note is that a couple of light bulbs were burnt or missing, which is a positive in my opinion. Everything functioned and our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable. We had 6 adults with room to spare. I recommend the property and the owner communicated quickly when needed prior to check in.
