We had such a wonderful stay in Breckenridge! This trip was especially memorable as our three kids skied for the very first time and absolutely loved it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful townhouse with us. It was well kept and stocked. The location to downtown, the shuttle and ski slopes was perfect. Communication was top notch as well. We made so many special family memories here and hope to be back again soon!

The townhouse was perfect for our vacation week. The amazing location splits the difference between walking to town and to the snowflake lift. The comfortable and spacious living room, the comfortable beds and the well stocked kitchen were all excellent. One nice perk was the boot rack in the garage over the heater. Nothing better than putting on warm boots in the morning. I would highly recommend this townhouse for your vacation. Thanks Michelle and Tim.

A very nice place to stay - very clean, well stocked, nice beds and linens, wonderful fireplace and nice living room. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The location is very convenient to the slopes and town. We hjope to come soon!

Very clean and accommodating home for a family, especially with children! Our host was very friendly, and provided us with all the essential information we needed for our stay. The home was set up with toys for our children, washer/dryer, nice appliances, and was very clean which is important to my family. Not really ski in/out but the shuttle is super close and takes you to the gondola to go up the mountain. Highly recommend this rental for your vacation!!

Beautiful, updated property! It was very clean and comfortable in every way. They have included thoughtful extras in the kitchen and bathroom to make it more like home. The kids enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. We especially enjoyed drinking coffee on the deck in the morning. The complex is quiet and family oriented, and just a short walk to Main. We’ve stayed in several Winterpoint units and this is a fav! Communication was excellent and the whole experience was exceptional.

We absolutely loved our home away from home!

We absolutely loved our townhome in Breckenridge! The location is fantastic, only 4-5min walk to downtown. The home was extremely clean and exactly as pictured. I can’t say enough about how well equipped the kitchen was. It had absolutely everything you may need and more! The bedrooms were so nicely decorated and so comfortable as well! We were a family of 4 but this home can definitely host 2 families. We loved the calm and quiet, the balconies with green view, the board games, the fact that we could do laundry after our kids went to mountain biking camp and finally the fact that we could park in the garage. This is by far the best vacation home we’ve been to on our trip to Colorado and one of the best we’ve been during the years of traveling in the US and Europe!

Fantastic Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is set up so well to accommodate a family and is in a great location (we walked everywhere and didn’t need to use our car once during our entire stay). We look forward to staying there again soon.

Perfect location and cozy space

This was a great location in Breck within walking distance to everything in town and trails. The condo was nicely updated and cozy for our family of 4. There was even space if we would have had 6 with additional twins we didn't use.

Great Place to stay

The condo was great for our family of 5. One of the best places we've styed in Breck. Everything was as advertised. Walked to lift and town each day. Could basically ski off from 4 O'clock run with a short walk. The indoor garage was convenient. Check in process was smooth. Michelle was a great host, friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

I can't say enough positive things about our stay. The location is great : you can walk to the lift you can walk to downtown you are in the center of it all. I was able to enjoy a midday break back at the condo and hop right back on the lift after I warmed up. At the end of a long full day of skiing, I was very comfortable lounging out in the living room with my family. The master bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable and the rooms were large enough to accommodate my extended family and all the luggage they brought with them. I would absolutely stay there again. I reached out to the owner several times during my stay and she responded very quickly

Comfortable Accommodations in a Great Location

The condo is clean, comfortable and in a great location. It was a great space for our family of five (adult/teen kids). The condo is truly a five minute walk up to the Snowflake lift so morning ski starts were easy. If you use the 4 O’Clock run you can literally ski down to across the street and only a few steps back. The private entrance and garage made storing gear super easy and comfortable to don and kick off your gear in relative warmth. It’s so close and convenient we ate lunch in the condo and were still in and out in faster than if we’d stood in line for food on the slopes. We used the provided crock pot and the grill which lit using the igniter (I see that as an attention to detail thing) for most of our meals. It was no more than a 10 minute walk to the heart of main street if you want to dine or shop. No need to drive and fight parking. Beds are comfortable enough (our boys are 6’5” and up so they have size issues) and there’s plenty of them if you’re willing to share rooms. The family room is cozy with a wood fireplace that heat up nicely once you get the fire going. Unrelated to the condo, pick up some wood early. The owners were easy to work with, responsive to questions and the one minor issue we had with a running toilet (offered to get maintenance the same day). Their only ask is to take ski gear off in the garage and not wear shoes inside to keep carpets and floors clean (completely reasonable ask).

Beautiful holiday

This was among the best rentals we have ever stayed in. Location is walking distance to downtown and convenient to skiing, and well-stocked, clean and so cozy with the fireplace. My whole family just loved it!! Michelle was also so helpful with recommendations for our teens! Would definitely rent again!

Easy to find. Glad there was a garage. Easy to walk into town to grab a bite. Great central location to head to hikes, trail rides and more. We appreciated all the board games for us to play.
