  • This wonderful home is just the place your family has been hoping to find for your next trip to Breckenridge! Inside, the living space is bright and open with comfortable furnishings and a stacked-stone gas fireplace in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite appliances, and amenities such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. The unit does not have air conditioning.

    Enjoy a family game night over the dining table then go for a long soak in the shared hot tub. The shared pool is a great way to cool off after a good workout in the community fitness center. When you aren't swimming, challenge a friend to a game of Ping-Pong in the shared gaming room. When it is time to hit the hay, the bedrooms are equally comfortable and the sofa bed in the living room extends the sleeping arrangements.

    Nearby, you'll be just steps from the Snowflake Lift and just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with shops, restaurants, and lots of family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.

    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

    The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa of Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.

    Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.

Very accessible to ski lift. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the sink drain in the master bath and maintenance was there within an hour or two to fix it. Appreciated the body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower.

Loved the general location/complex - pool and three hot tubs were big bonus, super convenient location and well stocked kitchen. Rooms a bit on the small side - would say ideal for max party of 4.

Great property, Great experience

Excellent set-up through Vacasa & VRBO. This condo complex is setup very similar to a hotel with 24/7 reception, free shuttle anywhere in town, cleaning service, etc. The best part is Charter Ski/Board rentals is located in the building! We would definitely stay here again.

Easy way to go

The location is perfect to get to town. The free shuttle was very helpful. Everyone on staff was super friendly and helpful. Would chose this again !

Great Location Great Place

We have stayed at this same location a few times and it’s always been great. Clean and location is great. One suggestion would be to upgrade the TV’s so work Beyer’s with streaming Netflix, etc. thanks again for a great stay!

Fantastic week in the mountains

Property was fantastic. Great location, pool area and the staff at the front desk and shuttle service we amazing! T at the front desk was so helpful in helping us extend our stay and Nate our shuttle driver was so friendly and gave amazing restaurant recommendations. Will defiantly be back again!

Loved the location and the entire Blue Sky complex! Steps to the Snowflake lift was so nice! Nate was a fantastic shuttle driver and resource for downtown and the area. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Condo was very comfy! Thanks for a wonderful long weekend ski vacation!

Perfect location next to ski rental and lift

Perfect corner unit, one floor above ski rental and lift. Rented from Charter and was able to leave skis on their racks overnight. In morning skis were back outside of the shop. Boots could be stored in Blue Sky’s locker room on heated racks. Had everything kitchen-wise we needed to prepare all our meals in the condo. Shuttle service was incredible-they drop you off at any shuttle stop in town, when ready to return “home”, call the number on the key card and let them know which shuttle stop to pick you up from. Easy check-in and out. Front desk staff was extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect for families

Perfect size for our family of 5. Very clean and had everything needed. Quick response from housekeeping for restock needs. Loved the full size kitchen and in unit washer/dryer. Very comfortable living room space for evening movie time—my kids loved the movie rentals in the lobby! Great location. Easy downhill walk to Main Street, and the free shuttle drops off right out front. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Ski in Ski out!

We loved staying here and skiing easter weekend. We couldn't figure out how to turn the heat down, so we just slept with the windows cracked and it was lovely. One thing to note, there is only one parking space available per room!

Perfect ski-in ski-out

This condo checked all boxes! Plenty of room for a family of 4 to spread out, stocked kitchen, W/D, ski rental and storage directly underneath this end unit and only one floor down (stairs are right beside this unit but no loud ski boots banging up and down the stairs bc no ski equipment is allowed in the building past the ski storage). Snowflake lift is literally right outside the door! Three very large hot tubs so they never felt crowded. Extremely nice front desk staff. Close to town (we always drove to town but Blue Sky offers an on-demand shuttle). We would definitely stay in this unit next time we ski Breck.

Excellent location and amenities

I stayed at this property with my two teenage sons. The availability of charter sports to rent skis on property and the walk out to the snowflake lift was key. The hot tubs and game room were great, and the particular unit was extremely well equipped with humidifiers, anything you could think of in the kitchen, Bose radio, games etc. would definitely stay again!

Great location. Nice unit!

Excellent location. Nice unit. Very clean. Master BR a bit tight. Only small downside was that we had to keep requesting small, insignificant items like laundry detergent, toilet paper and shampoo as we were there for 5 days. Staff seemed a bit stretched - but that’ll happen in the current economy. But overall a wonderful stay with prime location.

Perfect location

This was our best rental yet in breck! Easy location for kids, eating in your room, and close to town. And of course Mitch would pick us up wherever - and we never had to wait more than five minutes. We will definitely be back!

Awesome location

We had a great stay here over spring break. The Snowflake lift is right outside the door of the building giving you easy access to the mountain. Rental equipment location and service could not have been more convenient or easy! Storage of equipment overnight was slick! The staff at the rental place were very helpful and accomodating. The unit itself was very nice. Some of the dishes did not feel clean upon arrival which was a bit of a turn off but we ran everything through the dishwasher and problem was solved. The pool and hot tubs are great! Hope to be back!

ski vacation

This place is awesome. The reason I gave 4/5 stars for is because there are actually great features that weren't even mentioned on the listing - at least not that I saw, namely a ski valet/locker room one floor below the unit and a rental store offering a nice discount. I gave 4/5 for communication because I emailed twice to check on the availability of grocery delivery and was twice told that delivery could not be made until we occupied the unit. This was not true and if I could have spoken directly the Bluesky staff, I might have saved some stress. This unit is nicely appointed, you can tell it's new. The kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee filters and a small laundry detergent but the coffee pot didn't work well. The outdoor space was nice. This unit is and end unit with a staircase right next to the door that takes you one flight down to the ski locker, ticket office and right out that door to the lift. It is a true ski in/out unit. The walk to Main St is under 10 minutes and you can walk to the local grocery store.

Great condo & location!

Condo, entire facility, staff and location were all great. Staff was very easy friendly and the ski equipment locker room was an added bonus. Unit was very clean and comfortable.
