Amazing location and comfortable rooms.
The first and most important thing about this place is that it really is about 200 feet from garage exit to the lift! And there is a fire road/trail that leads back to the lift and condo which requires two short level runs where you will have pole your way through, but they are short and easily traversed (I am 63 and it was not an issue) then its a 200 ft walk back to the condo. Just awesome. . The condo is 2 BR and is older with circa 1990 black GE appliances that all work just fine. It is roomy for a slopeside condo with a very nice patio overlooking the woods and the lift. Also, and this may only be important to an old skier like me, it has two really comfortable leather reclining chairs and a big comfortable leather couch (most of the big hotel chain condos are furnished with functional but not really comfortable furniture). The furniture is old but really comfortable which made for nice evenings watching movies and enjoying post-ski beverages. Lastly, the bed mattresses are in very good shape, which is another personal issue I have problems with at other resorts. In terms of going to town. It is about 1/2 mile from and above downtown Breckenridge. We enjoyed the walk, but you can take bus that runs till 11 pm. My only complaint is that while there was plenty of cookware, plates, spices, there were only a few glasses and mostly stemware. Despite several calls we never got additional glasses. A minor issue. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

great place - would stay there again
well equipped kitchen, clean, close to snowflake lift, garage parking and ski lockers are extremely convenient, easy trip to town for restaurants and shopping. Hope to stay there again.

Riverbend
Slightly farther away from town than expected, which meant we needed to drive everywhere, and slightly more difficult to ski back to than expected, which meant a longer ski trek home at the end of the day, but overall a very nice unit. Excellent hosts.

FAMILY SKI VACAY
We really enjoyed our stay. Great location , 20 feet to nearest ski lift to start our day. Condo was well stocked and very clean. Easy walk to downtown. We will definitely be back.

Great Summer Spot!
The property was on the base of the mountain, with a couple of small/easy trails surrounding it within the mountain trees. The convenience to Main St for restaurants or shopping was PERFECT! Also a very short drive to Peak 9, and the Peak 8 gondola.

We're ruined now as far as proximity to the nearest Ski Lift. The only lacking aspect of the place is the poor Dish and Utensil selection.

Homey, great location
Loved coming back at the end of the day to this homey apartment. Perfect for our family with large master, kids' bedroom, two baths (with amazing water pressure!), deck looking right at the Snowflake lift, well-outfitted kitchen, hot tub 2 doors down and easy access to underground parking (included). Also near hiking trails for summertime, and walking distance to downtown Breck. Would stay here again!

Terrific Condo in Great Location
We had a wonderful stay in this unit, which is right next to the base of the Snowflake chairlift. The unit was clean, spacious and perfect for our family. Great Western was extremely helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend for your next ski vacation.

Awesome Condo
We came for a family ski vacation and had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and a great location for ski-in ski-out. Main Street is less than 1 mile and had many great restaurants. Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend this condo!

Cannot beat the location and proximity to the Snowflake lift
This property is a true definition of ski in/ski out. Unit is beautiful and perfect for a low-key getaway. Ski lockers are great. Did not get a chance to use the shared facilities but they looked nice from the outside.

Clean and comfortable condo
We were there for work and needed a quiet, safe, and comfortable place to stay. This place suited our needs. Our only suggestion is for the owner is to do an inventory in the kitchen and to replace chipped/broken dishes (there are more than a few).

Beautiful Breckenridge
Convenient online rental process. Easy check-in and check-out. Helpful folks on the phone. Good location, with plenty of family space and overall positive experience. The unit needs refurbishing as some furniture inside, and out, in disrepair or needs cleaning, chipped plates, and window closures not working properly.

Great location
We had a super stay in the summer. The location was perfect for a short hike right out the door. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Would also be a great location during the ski season. The garage made parking easy and convenient.

Great place!
My boyfriend, my brother, my brother's friend, and I stayed here the last week of January 2020. We loved the covered parking and the ski lockers in the garage. Check-in was on Main Street but took 2 minutes and was simple. The first night, we couldn't open the door from the living room to the balcony because the mechanism seemed to be stripped, and the refrigerator filter was beeping constantly. The next morning we called the office about those two items and by the time we finished skiing for the day, both issues had been corrected. We were pleased with the swift response. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed, and we were very close to the elevator and hot tubs. The twin beds are very small but adequate. The location to the Snowflake lift is ideal and about the best location of all the condominiums in the area. We would consider staying here again!

Great ski in / ski out
Great unit conveniently located near the elevator and stairwell. Super convenient, just steps from the base of Snowflake lift. Great Western lodging management co was very easy to work with after the reservation was made. Unit was clean and comfortable, garage parking, hot tub in the building, laundry in the unit. Was perfect. My only issue with the building is the units take some time to heat up because they use radiant heating, but once warmed up, they are fine. Would definitely stay in this building/unit again.

Great condo-parking a problem
Condo was fine. Good location. The description stated parking in garage and driveway. Interpreted that as 2 spots. Condo only has one space allowed and there’s absolutely no where for guests to park. Had to shuttle back and forth to town and have family pay to park.

Quiet, close to trail and ski lift
Quiet along side of hiking trail. Close to bus stop. Underground parking (only one space per unit, keep in mind). Great spa and exercise right down the hall. Would stay here again!

The condo was away from the craziness of town, but close enough to go enjoy it. There is shuttle stop just a short walk away or you can walk to town if you choose. The condo had everything we needed for our stay.

Nice place, good location
Nice condominium, no complaints. Good manager, location, heated garage. Convenient to bus. Condo is close to elevator, tubs, sauna, ski storage downstairs. Snowflake lift is close, but it's slow and does not really go anywhere.

Awesome Condo with a few glitches
Convenient access to Snowflake lift which is nicely viewable from the condo. Spacious living room for our family of 6. Nice kitchen fairly well equipped for our needs. Seriously needs fold out sofa bed upgraded given we paid $800 for each of two of our nights but that bed was un level, with frame bent and we had to put our family members on the floor for a decent night's sleep. Other beds were fine but pillows in this condo were very average. Where the carpet joins the kitchen tile, we had to put a rug down so our feet would be protected from jagged edges. Other than these concerns, we LOVED the location, indoor parking, and ski locker!
