Puntos a Mejorar

El mantenimiento del lugar puede mejorar. Habia muchos focos fundidos y baños a los que no les llegaba agua o tenian fugas. Se mando mensaje a la host y nunca se reportó hasta que tuvimos que comunicarnos y despues de varios menus y grabadoras fue posible hablar. Se solicitó que se arreglaran las fallas y se hizo. Encontramos los cubiertos de la cocina muy sucios. Los lavamos otra ves. Los sartenes con mucho aceite impregnado, se lavaron antes de poderse usar. La comunicación con la Host fue dificil.

Host was great, house was great. Was advertised as ski in ski out and that was not the case. Would have been impossible to ski in ski out. Overall it was good. Was very disappointed in how it was represented in the ad.

The house is large and accomodates big groups. There are a ton of stairs to reach the two queen rooms, the 4 twins, and the 3 twins. They are all bunched on the top floor. The location is great, you are surrounded by permanent residents. There is not a lot of parking for large groups with multiple cars. All in all would rent again. The jacuzzis needs chemicals big time and towels would be nice. There were not many extra bath towels under the sinks.

Great Stay in Breck!

Home is very clean and well stocked (bedding, linens, kitchen, and baths). It’s comfortable and the layout is perfect for multiple guests. Beds are very comfortable and the hot tub was ready to go. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood, easy to find, with tremendous views. I would like to comment that ski in/out is a little tricky. Skiing to resort is very pleasant and easy. You walk down the stairs and go through the woods to get to the Beaver lift. If you need to pick up passes, there’s an office right there. The trail starts out steep, but it’s doable. Some in our group walked the first steep part and then put skis on for the rest. Note there were people walking up the wooded trail on foot so stay alert so as not to collide with anyone. Most levels would be fine. Skiing back to the home is more difficult. You need to ski down two black trails. So mention of an average blue skier isn’t exactly accurate. If timid or intermediate, you’d be better off with shuttle or Uber from the resort. The shuttle service is a bit confusing. Shuttle stop is super convenient at the top of the street. Back to the home you need to take Warriors Mark shuttle. The Brown South doesn’t go all the way up. Signage at the resort and on the shuttles is pretty clear and easy to follow. Just make sure you catch Warriors Mark on the way back.

Guys Ski Trip

8 of us stayed here for our annual guys trip. This property had ample space and all of the amenities you need. The sauna was great after a long day skiing. Thanks!

Great ski house for large group

5 bedrooms plus loft was great for our large group. Spa, sauna, and game room made for good times after the slopes. Definitely bring the 4wd. If it snows, it’s a bit steep getting in and out.

Colorado family adventure

Breckenridge was great. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. This was an attached townhouse style home with many, many stairs... not good for old folks. Elevation was 9,500'+ and we had to acclimate.

Summer Retreat

We left the 100 degree temperature in Oklahoma for a much cooler stay in Breck at the end of June. The neighborhood was very nice, 5 minutes to town and there were hiking trails close to the townhouse. The house was very accommodating for our group and the family and friends were able to spread out throughout the space. Everyone loved the hot tub and sauna. The kitchen was spacious for all the chefs and the table was large enough to fit the family and friends. The grill is on the patio with a great view of the mountains. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning next year.

Nice property in the fabulous Breck

Everything was great for our family of 9. Our favorite was the hot tub and the sauna room. The only drawback was that the parking for the third car was a little challenging as there's no on street parking and the third car had to park along the garage door, blocking the two parked in the garage. Should have read the description and driven two cars. One tiny suggestion would be for the landlord to provide laundry detergent and saran wrap. Overall, a great stay!

Nice stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice, and had plenty of room for our group of 10. However the hot tub was broken when we arrived and we messaged that it was not heating. Communication with host was slow and it took 3 days to resolve the issue (so we only were able to use the hot tub for half of our stay). The ski out was good (although challenging for some of our group). The ski in was ok but very challenging for the snowboarders in the group, as it’s partially uphill. We ended up needing to hike back or take the shuttle to get back to the house.

Ski-in/Ski-out Details

This is a great place to stay, lots of room for people with the many bedrooms/bunk-beds, and close to the slopes. I wanted to address the ski-in/ski-out situation very directly. I had a hard time understanding the topology before getting there, so I thought I'd describe it so people can make an intelligent choice. Ski-In (from Condo-to-Resort): The ski-in is down a stairs and hill across the street, then you have a ski down a path (and cross a river) which leads to the Quicksilver and/or Beaver lifts. There is a bit of pushing involved. The path starts out a bit steep, but an average blue skier could side slip it. If you are advanced, you will have zero problem. All this is to say that it's a bit of an adventure, vs. just "ski out your door". This was fine with me, but just want it to be clear with people. If you are a decent blue skier, you can do this and will not need to take a shuttle. Ski-Out (from Resort-to-Condo). This is much more complicated, but very doable. The comment of "it's impossible" is clearly wrong. So, to get back... you need to take the Falcon lift, ski down Cimaron-to-Flapjack. At the bottom of Flapjack you will get to a path, which leads to an access gate. You will go out the gate (the out-of-bounds gate) and follow the path (other skiers are also taking this), to the right. You'll eventually lead to a field, which lets you ski back to your condo. To see this, go to Youtube and search "Breckenridge ski burro trail". You can do it.

Large space great views close to slopes

Our group of couples really enjoyed our stay. The property had great views of peak 9 and quick access to the shuttle (which took us straight to peak 9) Our group found the ski out to be a bit too challenging but the shuttle was very convenient. We also used the shuttle to get to town which was nice. Our group loved using the hot tub and sauna after long days of skiing. We also enjoyed seeing some wildlife near the house. A fox and a moose both made appearances. This property has MANY flights of stairs, so consider that when booking. Our group would stay at this property again.

Great Spot

Great location. Aggressive blue level ski out trail. No ski in. Free shuttle to and from condo was easy to use and stop is close to the front door. The condo is a little dated but perfect for the price. We had a great family reunion trip!

Wonderful Family Visit

Eight of us from the East and four from Colorado gathering together; all ages: grandparents (80s), parents (40-50s), 6 teenagers ages 13 to 18. Everyone enjoyed their visit, plenty to do. Some of the teens took the bus line to town and enjoyed that. Rented a pontoon boat on Dillon Lake, boys went fishing on Green Mt. Reservoir with a guide. Did hiking, etc. etc.

Good choice

Good property. Clean, accessible, well kept. Kitchen well stocked to prep and serve meals for our large group. Responsive property manager. Caution to older guests who may not manage stairs well: this property requires 6 flights to climb from the lower garage level to the upper bedroom loft. Would stay there again.

Beautiful Breckenridge

Property has all amenities promised, is well maintained, and in a quiet neighborhood. Only thing we regretted was not realizing that there are 7 flights of stairs to climb to get anywhere in the condo. As a lowlander I found myself running out of breath often. We also had a hot tub maintenance worker arrive with no warning and let himself inside the house. A few items on property need some attention, a sunrise shutter needs repair, found a hole in one set of sheets, doors seem to stick and required extra effort to open/close.

Great place for a large group.

Overall the property was great. It wasn’t true ski in ski out - you had to walk a bit down to the trail and to the lift. There was a plumbing issue and the property manager sent a plumber very quickly. Would rent this again
