I appreciate your review. There are 4 -6 variations of a studio at Beaver Run. This unit has a balcony but the next door does not but has 50 square feet of living room. The full kitchen option is nice if you like to cook while on vacation. A regular one bedroom has the full size kitchen and more room. It is hard to compare units as the price nearly doubles for the nicer kitchen. I would guess if they were the same price for both studios, the full size kitchen is nice unless that is what you wanted to avoid on vacation!

Thank you for yours review. We have looked at properties with hard floors. We do replace the carpet every 7 years but the transition areas between the tile and carpet are not treated kindly by boots and shoes. The checkin time is a constant fight with management to maintain a reasonable checkin time. I will contact management to see what they can do. We have been pushing for the phone operated doors.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I have two 13 year old girls and the unit is just OK for us. For two adults and two small children, the 462 feet is perfect for shorter 4 -5 day stays. On longer stays, I would go to the one bedroom. If you want to stumble out of bed and hit the slopes, this is the place!! Thank you for the review. Cheers, Tim Rogan

We appreciate you taking the time to comment on your visit. We are proud of the Beaver Run Resort facility and while being over 30 years old is well maintained and is continually being updated. The room is a studio but has a full King size bed and a Queen size Futon sofa. For sleeping purposes the 13 inch futon is more comfortable than the 6 inch sofa bed it replaced. Lastly, whether you stay one day or a month, having uncomfortable tp, is something a quick phone call to the owner could have easily been resolved. Granted, I do not keep tabs on the brand of tp that is used or use the same brand consistently, my phone number and email address information is readily available. From time to time, guests have called for additional towels, soap, new sheets, or a leak from the upstairs unit. If you have a problem with your unit, contact vrbo or the owner immediately. We do our utmost to help our guests and clients enjoy their vacations. And we have coffee makers that fail or drains that are clogged, we make our best effort to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. I will make note of your comments and do hope that you return to vrbo in the future. Without comments, we cannot make improvements and do appreciate your concerns. Thank you again for your review.
