Management company was very responsive. However, labeling home as a "ski in ski out" residence was a far fetch. You have the choice of climbing up an approximate 20 foot embankment to the ski run OR you could walk down the down road to a trail that would lead you to the run that would take you down to the Snowflake lift. Coming back to the house required a tremendous amount of polling. While there is not much snow this season, I would imagine the more snow the harder it would be to access the home from the ski trail. We had to resort to having one of our guests who was not skiing drive us down to the lift. The home, while comfortable, had some challenges which could have been avoided with proper check in information. It took over 8 hours to heat the home due to radiant heat; management company should turn up the heat anticipating arrival. One of the dryers was not working, multiple remote units made it a challenge to work the TV's, no information was provided on how to use the sound system, stream showers and outdoor jacuzzi. We had issues with the garage door not closing and the kitchen faucet freezing. There is no formal dining room/table which was disappointing considering he size of the home. Not to mention there are so many stairs that the home should have at least have a service elevator to accommodate the luggage and groceries. While the home is beautiful, due to multiple challenges we would not feel comfortable recommending it to other renters.
