The heater to the right side bedroom did not work while we were there. It was frustrating when in attic temperatures for the bathroom and the bedroom to be so hot. Certainly past 85 to 90 degrees. We did not sleep well at the place at all.

We stayed at this beautiful luxury home in Breckenridge during the spring season with a group of around 15 people, including kids and elderly family members — and it was absolutely perfect for everyone.From the moment we arrived, the house impressed us with its spacious layout, high-end finishes, and cozy yet elegant mountain vibes. Every room was thoughtfully designed, the common areas were perfect for gathering, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The kids had a blast, and the elderly members of our group appreciated the easy accessibility and peaceful surroundings.The location was ideal — close enough to town to enjoy everything Breckenridge has to offer, but tucked away just enough to give us privacy and quiet mountain charm.We genuinely loved every minute of our stay and wouldn’t change a thing. If you're traveling with a large group and want a memorable, luxurious, and comfortable stay in the mountains, I’d highly recommend this home. We'd love to come back again...

Breckenridge house near Airport Skier Parking Lot

View of the mountains is great, sunset is particularly nice while in the hot tub. Plenty of rooms to accommodate multi-generation or multi-family vacations. Had a fantastic stay with 10 family members & friends, house is large and dining room table was perfect size for group dinners and game nights.Only recommendation for this property is to have spa shock available for the hot tub. Upon arrival, we noted the hot tub appeared not to have been shocked after previous guest usage & PH was out of balance, foamed up when turned on. The property management company gets high rating for responding immediately to our concern, they sent pool maintenance company out to resolve the issue within an hour of it being reported (notable as it was a Sunday late afternoon). If your group plans to be heavy après-ski hot tub users & staying for more than 3 or 4 days, I recommend bring some shock to keep the water in check during your stay.

Dream house!

Wow - this house was a dream. We booked for our annual ski trip and it accommodated our large group very comfortably. It had so many thoughtful details (racks for hanging gear in garage, boot dryers, hot tub, well-stocked kitchen). It was also just a short drive from Frisco (great grocery options) as well as downtown Breckenridge.Tip: Make sure you have a 4WD/AWD vehicle if you're coming in the winter, as the neighborhood can get slippery (it does get plowed though). The property manager was super communicative, helpful, and friendly. We could not recommend this property more!

Winter Wonderland at Silverview

Beautiful home, very cozy, super clean, very well insulated, jacuzzi was a great experience with the snow, beautiful view could wake up to it every morning. Very spacious rooms and steam shower was incredible.

Huge, gorgeous home

Our extended family (8 adults and 4 kids) had a blast at this house for fall break. It is HUGE with tons of room and bathrooms for people of all ages. It is clean and well taken care of, and feels like a real home, not a rental. We loved it!

Amazing multi family property

This property was stunning. The location is perfect. Centrally located within 10 minutes of Frisco and Breck, it is up the hillside a little bit so it's tucked back into the trees and has gorgeous views and privacy. The house itself was perfect for our 3 families all meeting up for the holidays- there were different living quarters/sides of the house for each family to have privacy or we could all join in the main living area/kitchen for family time. This house fit all of our 3 families' needs who traveled in from different states for a family Christmas and we plan to stay here again.

Great stay for a group

This property was a great place to stay for a large group. Lots of space, comfortable bedrooms, spacious kitchen and living spaces. Location is great: quiet and removed but only 7 minutes to town. Looks just like the pictures!
