  • ¡Ya disponible! Esta increíble casa de esquí de 4 dormitorios y 4 1/2 baños. La casa está en el vecindario ultra exclusivo de Shock Hill con su propia parada de Góndola. Está a 75 pasos del garaje con calefacción a la góndola de la estación Shock Hill Mid. Puedes tomar la góndola hasta la base del Pico 7 o Pico 8 o bajar a la ciudad para ir a restaurantes y tiendas. ¡Los senderos nórdicos de Breckenridge están fuera de tu puerta trasera!

    Construimos esta casa con dos dormitorios principales. Las habitaciones principales tienen camas king size con tocadores dobles y vestidores. Además hay un dormitorio con una cama queen size con baño privado. El último dormitorio tiene 2 juegos de literas incorporadas a medida y un baño. Además, hay otro conjunto de literas integradas personalizadas ocultas detrás de una puerta de granero.

    La casa fue decorada profesionalmente y es completamente nueva. La casa cuenta con bañera de hidromasaje y área de gas de fuego en el nivel del suelo.

Excellent family ski house

We really enjoyed our stay! The views were beautiful. The listing was very accurate and the house was well maintained and clean! We’ll be definitely staying again in the future.

4th of July

House was the perfect location. Easy walk to gondola connect or even to hike down to Main Street was close. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.Oh and got to see a moose one evening!

Our family had a good time in this home! We appreciated the cook's kitchen, laundry facilities, spaciousness, bathrooms for all and close proximity to gondola. The little ones loved the gondola rides! The view from the deck was gorgeous!

A Gem in the Mountains

This house is fabulous!! The location is right by the gondola so getting to Peak 8 or into town was super easy. Our kids loved waking up and being able to take a scenic walk near by. The kitchen was fully stocked and beautiful! The hot tub and fire pit were a huge hit. We had the best week and hope to be back again next year!!

Family Ski Trip!

Wonderful stay! We had 4 families staying and there was plenty of room for everyone. The location was steps away from the gondola so it was an easy walk each day (even in ski boots!). We were pleasantly surprised by how stocked everything was (there were plenty of paper goods, toiletries, towels, kitchen staples etc). The home had lots of high end touches that really made it even more special! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this home and location to friends and family!

Our annual family/friends ski trip

Absolutely wonderful property! Steps from Gondola. The house has everything and more.. from plenty of soft toilet paper, soap, laundry detergent, spices and more.. Everyone enjoyed theirselves. Easy access to peak 7 or 8! Easy access to town! Heated garage to put your ski gear on.. it was perfect.

This house was amazing. It was exactly as represented online. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook several meals. The Miele coffee pot was a highlight. The steam shower was a lifesaver. Dean was very communicative.

Beautiful home in Breck

We had the best time at this beautiful home in Breckinridge! Close to everything. Gondola was so fun to ride back and forth to town, as well as up mountain to all the fun activities. I usually don’t care to cook on vacation, but this house was so well stocked and upscale (Wolf appliances), we ended up cooking a lot and just going to town for drinks. Spent an afternoon on the deck reading a good book. Hot tub and fire pit were awesome too. Super quiet area with trails all around. Host was wonderful as well!

Perfect Stay!

Going to Breck? Stay here. Period. It was truly ski in/out with such a short walk to the gondola and a short ride on it to the mountain. So easy. The house was comfortable and a great layout for our 3 adults and 3 kids. Heated garage was a bonus. It was also nice to have food staples already at the house. It made cooking so easy. We had groceries delivered on our way from the airport. The association took good care of us as well, even cleaning off the deck of snow (and it snowed a bunch when we were just there). Hot tub was great and it was nice to have a fire pit, but we did not use it. Easy drive to town where we liked to walk around and grab food. Homestead was great! One of the best places we have stayed. Thank you!!If we go back, I will stay here again.
