This house worked out great for our family. The kitchen had a lot of space. The location was good and has that direct road over to peak 8. The view from the hot tub was lovely. Occasionally we didn't have hot water in the showers but that was not always the case. We would definitely stay there agin.

Family Wedding

Property was amazing. Rooms were large, beds were comfortable, kitchen was beautiful, and everything was clean. Five couples stayed very comfortably, socialized, and enjoyed the hot tub.

Wonderful, peaceful mountain retreat

Breathtaking views and sunsets visible from the deck. A moose wandered through the yard one morning. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Property management was very responsive to problems we had with the hot tub and one of the bunk beds.

Big Home, good location, needs some upkeep

The home and location were nice, although we usually stay closer to 4 o'clock road - and now find we prefer being in a more walkable distance to the downtown scene. The house is HUGE and the living/bedroom setup was great for our group of combined families/kids - they loved the pool table, hot tub, and dart board! The house itself seems to be in a bit of a need of repair and a good cleaning. Almost every dish/pot/pan was dirty and we had to wash before we could use, there are 25+ knives in the kitchen (none of which could actually cut anything), the kitchen was disheveled as far as organization - would highly recommend updating cooking pans. You can tell the home is a rental as the furniture and walls shows lots of wear and tear, and there were many insects/critters in the home, not sure if location specific or home itself as we were a bit up the mountain in a more secluded/wooded area. Overall a nice stay, but likely would not stay here again.

Wonderful home for a group

My husband son and his friends had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Great location and the property was in awesome condition and the person who met us there was extremely friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who has a large group especially teenage boys!

Great House

Property was great for our group of 12. The downstairs area was awesome for the kids and their own little getaway. Definitely need 4wd for the driveway and nice that it was only minutes from city market and the ski lifts.

Great for the family

Rented this house for my family, my brother and his family, and my mom for the week. We had 11 people at the house. We all fit comfortably with out any complaints. The house is very nice and we really enjoyed the fireplaces!

AC confusion

The pictures of the place are amazing as well as the view. The hot tub tripped a breaker while we were in the tub and looks like it has been repaired (badly). No dish towels but they want u to wipe everything down when you cook. The cooktop middle burner didn’t work. The broiler in the oven didn’t work. The front porch had stones and a tile tool on it when we arrived and the slate was all broken up, we almost tripped over it Very buggy, could use exterminator The handrail was sticky. I wiped it down and the washcloth was black. We did call about no AC and they said no units have it… however if u opened the windows it was quite pleasant, good air flow throughout All in all not a bad place but seems run down. We did see a moose in the back yard so that was terrific!!!!

Excellent overall!

Pros: -Plenty of room and activites at he house -Supplies ( toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, bath towels) provided were appropriate and generous for length of stay -Well maintained -Nice location : close to everything! - the view was amazing! -good size kitchen -was cozy & clean -driveway was good to sled/tube down. Cons- - the balcony doors upstairs that were sealed so you couldn't open them -Not being made aware of automatic water shut off -super thin walls: can hear everything in any room

Amazing Stay

Loved our stay at this cabin! It was huge with plenty of space for my friends and I with a big kitchen for cooking and hanging out. The view from the deck was amazing and we really enjoyed sitting in the hot tub looking out over the valley after a long day of skiing. Being only 10 minutes from Breckinridge was a huge plus as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Breathtaking property with everything we needed and more.

Good for the most part

The stay was great until the final day. A roofing company came and started working on the roof at 7am,even though we had until 10 to check out. We weren't able to utilize the deck or hot tub due to the debris. We ended up leaving early because of the disturbance. For paying as much as we did,it was disappointing that we couldn't have an enjoyable final morning at the property. Only other things to note, some of the railing spokes outside and one inside on the upper landing were lose and concerning for our small children. The fireplace on the main floor living room also didn't work. There was also no chalk for the pool table sticks, which isn't a huge deal for us.
