not satisfied

The bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress slumped in the middle. It should really be replaced because it made for some uncomfortable sleeping. The comforter had stains. The only view was in the living room and was of the walkway by the hot tub. There were no windows in the bedroom and the unit provided no views of the landscape. I would not recommend the unit to anyone. On the positive side, the jetted tup was a relaxing.

The condo was very beautiful but very hot without air conditioning. It was hard to sleep at night. I requested a 2nd fan and it was brought a day later so on our 3rd/last night it was a little cooler. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Comfortable and Clean for 3

This unit offered a nice amount of space. We stayed here with our 2 yr old grandson. The unit was clean with a nice size refrigerator. The bathroom was large with plenty of towels. Our unit was very warm almost unbearable. I did open up the windows at night and setup two fans, one to pull in cool air by the window and the second by the kitchen to push that cool air into the bedroom. It was still to warm but better.

Very nice location

Only 50 yards from the lift. No view from the room - that was a bit disappointing - so if that is important to you - make sure you ask. Great Kitchen supplies - they had everything!! Awesome heated garage!! Nice big bathroom as well.

Cozy accommodations for two.

This room was exactly as it was represented. It was clean and comfortable and equipped as described. My only complaint was difficulty managing the temperature. With in floor heating (plus warmer than normal temps outside during our long weekend) we had the windows open and found it tricky to maintain a comfortable temp. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Great place, Great price

We arrived after the normal check in hours which turned out to be no issue at all. Everything we needed was in a lock box outside the office and we checked in the next morning quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean and in an excellent location all for a great deal. Takes only 5 minutes to walk to Main Street and there's a trail to a pretty reservoir right next to the property. The hot tubs were both nice and clean and the underground parking was a nice extra amenity. We had a great time in Breck and will likely try to book this same place again in the future.

Great Vacation!

This hotel was great. It was clean, and the staff was super friendly. When I come back to Breck this is where i will stay. It is close to main street, there are tons of shops and food options withing walking distance and the views are spectacular. There was a mountain hiking trail just outside the door. Very dog friendly town also.

The perfect honeymoon!

The condo we stayed in was the Riverbend Lodge in room 212. The room was so clean, cozy, and just perfect. Really close to everything and great ammentities like a steam room, dry sauna, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and a very secure heating parking garage. We plan on visiting again and when we do we will request this same unit!!

Walking distance to Main Street Breckenridge.

With an easy half mile walk to the shops and restaurants Riverbend's ski-in ski-out lodge is a prime location whether you're a skier or just looking to get away for a long summer weekend. The towns free shuttle stops just outside the front door for easy access to all of what Breckenridge has to offer. Parking at the lodge is awesome with an indoor parking garage that is very secure. The facility is very well maintained and clean. There were two negative things that my wife and I found with staying here. First was that some of the owners feel that they do not have to abide by the 10 pm curfew and were out at the outdoor spa until well after midnight. Second, there's no front desk that you can call to complain about issues such as the aforementioned rude owners as this complex is managed from across town.

This was a privately owned condo - only complaint is about the strict parking and difficulty getting into the spa style bathtub/shower.

Convenient but lacked a full kitchen

What the description and pictures showed were different than what one actually gets. Didn't mind that the room was really outdated; however, the description and pictures showed a full kitchen. It was not a full kitchen. There was a very small area with two burners, a mini fridge, a very small sink, a small dishwasher and a microwave. There was no oven and no room to really prepare any food. The room remained hot and we had to leave the windows open. It was very convenient to the snowflake lift, which was really nice. There are other resorts very close by that I would probably try next time.

Great place.. Great location

We stayed for a long weekend and got in really late thursday night. My only complaint is that I didnt not orginally know I was supposed to check in at an alternate location. Once we figured that out it was smooth sailing!

The room was very hard to cool down in the evening. I called four different numbers that I found in the room and no one answered. It was during regular buisiness hours. All we wanted was an extra fan. When we checked out on Sunday morning, the gal at the desk didn't seem to care one way or the other that we couldn't get ahold of anyone. She acted like this happens all the time. We had three nights of not much sleep.

Hot room and Children of the Corn - Not a 4.3

We were on the 3rd (top) floor. Staff said open the windows and it will cool right down (no AC in unit). I did that and could cool down the living room, but Kitchenette and Bedroom were suffocating. I noticed the tile floors were really warm, you might say radiating heat. Well guess what, the floors are heat radiators and the facility never shut off the heat. Roasted in the room, too flipping hot period. I had to figure it out for myself. Wasn’t until we were done with our stay that the room actually cooled down. Also, there were three families staying there with a total of 9 kids from like 10 down to 2. Guess what, Moms and Dads went out for breakfast, leaving the children of the corn to rain terror down on the rest of the guests. Thanks to this irresponsible group of owners, we didn’t get to sleep in. Don’t plan on sleeping in… All in all, not worth it, especially at the absorbent taxes and resort fees attached to that $120.00 a night rate. Rental company staff was a bit be-at-chie also. All in all, a bad experience, this is nowhere near a 4.3 resort.

A little mis-leading

We booked this place specifically because it had a balcony and was within walking distance to downtown. We arrived after check-in time, so we followed the easy after hours check in directions. We got to our room and were pretty happy with it until we checked out the 'balcony', it was a sliding glass door that opened up to a cement walkway with condos across the way. So much for relaxing out on a balcony enjoying the view! The next morning we headed into town to officially check in. We noticed that it was within walking distance, if you were willing to climb back up a very steep, long hill. We ended up driving everywhere we had to go, because the last thing we wanted to do was hike back to our room on a full stomach after a nice meal. The altitude up here is no joke! Upon check in, we had to hand over our credit card and sign a policy saying we understood the charges we could incur. Most of them were pretty standard, but a few things stuck out to me- $10 per missing key card, a $300 fine if you don't do your dishes and take out your own trash and a half a day fee if you do not check out at 10 am on the dot (keep in mind the office is across town)! Seriously?? We paid to relax and enjoy not to do the maid's job. Plus if everyone is handwashing the dishes, how sanitary are they really? We made sure to clean up after ourselves and not lose a key and check out well before 10 am, but we certainly won't be staying here again.
