The check in process was smooth and well detailed. Communication with the management property was good; quick responses. The general cleanliness of the condo was very good. The furniture is outdated and the couch felt like it needed to be replaced or the upholstery cleaned. The WiFi was very weak to where it was unusable the whole week. The cable did not work. Management brought a Roku stick but with the WiFi not working it did not work. The tv’s were not much bigger than an iPad anyway. The condo should be listed as a 2 person not 4 as the sofa bed was so old and lumpy that it was unusable. My husband and I had to squeeze our two kids in the King bed with us. The kitchen is bare minimum but functional. The location of the condo is excellent. The lodge in which the condo is located is nice. We would stay in River Mountain lodge again but a different condo.
