This house was amazing to stay at. Short drive to Breckenridge. The views from the living room were amazing. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I've ever stayed in when staying at a rental home.

Memorable, Magical Mountain Weekend

We had such a beautiful weekend in Breckenridge. I would go back anytime! This house was absolutely magical and I loved every minute of staying there. It fit all 12 of our guests cozily and the views were spectacular.

Beautifully crafted home

Beautifully finished home. Every bedroom is as nice as the master and plenty of bathrooms for all guests. Large tv’s and two living areas are great for families with teens! Beautiful views and trees from the house.

Gorgeous

The property and to home are just gorgeous! The cleanliness was amazing, with heated floors and a ping pong table in the heated garage. The windows beautifully framed the scenic views and the location was so close to town and the slopes in Breckenridge. We had such an amazing experience!

A wonderful stay!

What a beautiful home in a wonderful location just outside of Breckenridge. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The home is beautifully decorated, exactly as described and was very clean. Easy check in and communication with management company was prompt and thorough. I highly recommend and we are already planning a return visit.

Quandry Estate home is absolutely gorgeous! It's a luxurious home with quality finishes and everything you would need to feel at home and pampered. And the view!! Sitting by the fire and seeing the snow-capped mountains was breathtaking.

Excellent Property!

We selected this property to have our annual business meeting and everything was excellent. The views were great and the house was perfect for us - everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom which we needed for our situation. The house was exactly as described and the pictures are accurate as well. It gave everyone privacy while having a great open space for us to gather. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this kind of space!

Outstanding!

We had the absolute best long weekend at this beautiful home. Great location, stunning mountain views especially from the living room, clean, and the perfect amount of space. The property managers were easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure everything was up to par. We will be back!!!!

family reunion

A spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated house in a gorgeous setting. We were eight adult seniors for whom the layout worked well, particularly the open plan living/kitchen area on the main level. We appreciated the luxurious amenities and the responsiveness of the Summit staff (i.e., in one of the bathrooms a toilet seat that broke the first night was amenably replaced the next day). In short, we loved our stay and highly recommend the property.

Amazing House

Ski trip with 3 couples and we truly enjoyed this house. Would definitely come back. Only suggestion: There is no cell service at the house and they only provide a QR code for the house book. Get the wifi details before going to the house so you can connect when you arrive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this house for five days for my family The house was very nice, with a great location, not too far from the city and ski area.We prefer not to eat out, and the kitchen had all the necessary appliances. We cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, and the heater in the house was very easy to set. There were extra electric heaters in each room. The balcony had a great view, and my grandkids enjoyed playing with the snow. Also, there was a grill where we made steak and burgers. The outdoor jacuzzi was very nice for our older kids to enjoyWe had a wonderful vacation, and I will definitely recommend this house

Summit rentals is awful. They will text you back but won’t fix anything. The house has a lot of small things that need worked on. Internet was never consistent. missed two day of work. Microwave doesn’t fit the dishes. Beds upstairs falling apart. Backdoor lock doesn’t work. No propane in the grill. Definitely not what you would expect from a premium property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow what a beautiful home filled with everything we could need! We stayed in this home for several nights with another couple. We loved it! It was cozy and inviting, clean, close to Breckenridge but quiet enough to enjoy nature. A fox was in the yard one afternoon and we saw a moose early one morning. Amazing views of the mountains! Great communication with host team and they attended to service call quickly when we had a beeping smoke detector that we couldn’t reach. Hope to bring a few more friends to stay again next fall!

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the Quandary Estate was lovely except for the house keeping as we arrived was very poor. A cleaning rag was left in the rafters, the main master suite had no window coverings at all and was open to the main deck. So absolutely no privacy. Summit has been very good in our ten years of experiences, but this was very disappointing and until corrections are made, they should not rent the home. I would only recommend this property when all maintenance items are complete.

The comments below outline the key factors I consider when selecting accommodations. I have not covered every amenity.Overview: I felt extremely calm and relaxed during my stay at Casa Chiliwood. I loved the layout of the house. It was both spacious and cozy, beautifully decorated with indigenous art. I also appreciated the host's prompt response to any questions or concerns I had. Kitchen/Family Room: My favorite space! When we made meals, we could be together, visiting with those sitting on the couch. The refrigerator is very nice and has both ice and water in the door. There's a very nice dishwasher, plenty of dishware and cookware, extras like snacks, large "ball" ice cubes, and a very easy-to-use grill on the patio outside. Everything was spotless.Beds & Bedding: We only used the main and third bedrooms, but both beds were optimally supportive without being too firm. The bedding was excellent: soft, satiny cotton - precisely what I use at home.Family Room Couch: The big sectional was soft and very comfortable. I easily fell asleep while watching TV. Comfy furniture is a very high priority! Thanks, Matthew, for the detailed instructions, essential information, and reasonable checkout requests! It was a pleasure communicating with you and a wonderful experience staying at Casa Chiliwood.
