Great for small family!
We had a great stay at this property! The private hot tub was amazing and the place was just as pictured. Like people said, the carpet can use an upgrade, but still felt clean. The only complaint I have (which isn’t the owners fault) is that this is on the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor neighbors were noisy at times. Having a garage to park in was also a nice bonus!

Great location with a few bumps
Location was great, but unit had a couple of issues. The day we arrived we reported an issue with the tv not working correctly. We understand it was during the Holiday, but we also paid a high premium for our Holiday stay which was to include enjoying the football games. We ended up bringing the tiny tv from a bedroom into the living room and watching it there. Maintenance did come the next day, but was only able to tell us the tv needed replaced and he would reach out to the owner. That did not help our stay. The other issue was the noise in the smaller bedroom. The headboards are up against a window that is at the landing for the outside stairs. There were people coming in and out of the property as late as 2am and then others as early as 6am to include shoveling, (appreciated, but not the noise). Since the stairs are metal and only a layer of glass was between us and them, you could hear everything. We were not able to get a good night’s sleep the entire stay in that room. None of the blinds worked in the living room either. We had to prop up the shade to watch the snow coming down outside. Our issues were not by any means an emergency, so I understand trying to triage your maintenance people, but again, we paid a high premium for this rental. We are VRBO hosts ourselves so we understand issues come up. But as soon as they do, we take care of whatever we need to immediately. The maintenance did communicate back, but the issues were never resolved during our stay.

Close to town
Loved being able to walk to town in a few minutes for shopping or dining. Condo tired looking with not much charm but clean and had what we needed. Not as much lighting as I would like, especially for reading.

Great stay and location!
Had a really enjoyable stay here. The location was perfect, short walk to all the restaurants and shops on Main Street. Some of the other reviews mentioned the carpet being worn and stained, and while it was it felt clean overall. The fireplace was great, as was the hot tub. Loved that the bedrooms had blackout shades. The garage was really convenient as well. We brought our 20 month old and there wasn’t too much stuff around for her to get into, and the second bedroom with 2 twins beds had plenty of space to set up a pack n play and the blackout shades kept it dark enough for naptime. The only downside is I didn’t find the king bed particularly comfortable, but overall I recommend it and would likely stay here again since everything else was great.

Perfect location for Peak 9
Great location, easy walk to the Quicksilver chair. Plenty of space for a family of 4. We really enjoyed the private hot tub. Overall the condo was in good condition. The carpet in the main room needs a little attention.

Great Condo
The condo was very nice. We really enjoyed the hot tub!. It was a short walk to town as advertised. Unfortunately it was a little farther from the closest lift then we would’ve like. Next time we will try to figure out the shuttle time schedule so we don’t have to walk so far.

Unit was little beat up upon arrival. Missing towel bars, loose towel bars, exterior key box was broken, washing machine did not work due to part on order. Two Electrical outlets next to kitchen sink did not work

Simple getaway
Loved that the property is so close to downtown. We parked the car in the garage and walked everywhere. The unit was quiet and clean. We did use the hot tub and loved it on a summer evening. Kitchen had all that we needed, appliances seemed new. Laundry has full sized machines which is a plus. The complex us well-cared for and very quiet during our stay.

Summer fun with amazing hikes!
The house is located off of Main Street which is so convenient to walk to all the restaurants and shops. The condo nicely decorated, clean, and has a hot tub which we didn't get to use much as it was hot outside during out stay. It was a bit warm during our stay even with the box fans provided. We highly recommend having AC window unit or fans to circulate cooler air in especially for the smaller front bedroom with two twin beds. The condo location was great to walk around and not far from the nearby hiking trails.

Dirty hot tub/ sewer smells
Chose this unit for the private hot tub which was so filthy no one wanted to use. Obvious sewer problems, bad oder in unit was unpleasant to say the least. Mattresses really need updating/ really lumpy and uncomfortable Do not rent this unit

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We apologize that it was a negative one. We service hot tubs prior to all guests arrival and we require our staff to take photos and the pictures prior to this check in show the hot tub in perfect condition. We have also not had any other complaints about oder or the hot tub since these guests checked out.

Had a wonderful time in Breckinridge. The unit was nice and the location was excellent. Was able to walk to the base of peak 9 and hop on chair lift. We also enjoyed the hot tub every day. Also close to town to walk to everything.

Great location and **private hot tub**
We had a wonderful time at this condo. The beds were comfortable, the fireplace is so awesome it will toast you right out of the room, but luckily you can just turn it off and on with a flick of a switch. We found all utensils, pots, pans, etc. that we needed in the kitchen. Shower water pressure was fine, and the hot tub is the bomb after a day of skiing. As other reviews mentioned, getting the cover off and on the hot tub is really difficult - you need two people and strong arms. The walk into town is truly just a few minutes - even less to the free bus stop. My husband and son enjoyed the game room pool table. We had just a couple of questions/comments for the management team and they were very responsive. We would recommend Legends restaurant for a great steak, Fatty's for pizza and salad, and Stir Pan Creamery for some excellent rolled ice cream.

Enjoyable Breck stay right in the heart of town!
Great spot with private hot tub right in the middle of Breck. Our only complaint was it didn’t include any cooking oil / spray. We had bought a ton of breakfast food and then didn’t cook it cause we ran out of time/ didnt have time to run to the store. But other than that, great place to stay if you want to ski or just enjoy the town.

Perfect condo
The condo and location are great. It is a quick walk to Main Street and peak 9 lifts. Contact with property manager was smooth and easy. The condo is spacious and has all you need for your stay, I highly recommend this condo for any trip to Breck.

Good property location
The location of the Corral to Main Street was great. The condo unit itself within the property not so great. Located by the stairs used by other people, noise level not good. Also the beds weren’t comfortable at all.

Cute downtown stay
My husband and I stayed here late October 2021 for our honeymoon. The property managers were very kind and dropped off a congratulations card with a bottle of wine and chocolates. We absolutely loved being able to walk to everything downtown. It’s very close to the Illinois trail where the troll is, which was fun to go see right away. It snowed quite a bit during the week we were there so the garage was a nice feature to have because we forgot an ice scraper! It’s also very nice to have a hot tub right on the porch. It’s pretty private which is nice that people aren’t walking by like a resort, and you can use it whenever you want! My only complaint with the hot tub is there was no step to get in, so it’s kind of a big step up or down. Additionally, there isn’t a great place to put the cover. It’s definitely a two person job to get it off and on. The grill outside is also on its last leg. Overall I would definitely stay here again due to the location, safety, amenities, and comfort!

Good fit for a small family
This place fit most of what we were looking for in Breck. We had what we needed in the kitchen. It was nice having 2 bathrooms and a garage. Location was great as we love staying on the south end of town. The beds were not very comfortable, especially in the master, which is pretty important.

Hiking week in the mountians
Overall the stay went well. Was a little difficult to locate but that is normal for condos in the mountains. Was conveniently located and overall clean and what was expected. We were disappointed to open the hot tub and note that the indicator states needed the filter to be replaced and there was notable scum in the water, which made us unable to use this throughout the stay, which originally had been a main reason for choosing this place due to the strenuous hiking schedule we had planned. No other issues and was appropriate for our needs.
