Holiday gathering

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect, beds were comfortable especially in the bunk room. We stayed over Thanksgiving, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to make dinner for 12 of us. The host was very responsive to the few questions we had. The ski shuttle was so helpful and super convenient getting us to and from the ski lifts. We also loved using the hot tub. It was also very nice to have use of the garage as it was pretty snowy and cold when we were there. We highly recommend staying for the comfort and convenience of this beautiful and cozy mountain home :)

Amazing House

This was such a great experience from beginning to end. Andrew communicated constantly with us- answering any and all questions we had- and providing us information we didn't even know we needed. The house is so well stocked with toiletries, soap, kitchen spices, etc. The kitchen had everything you needed- great cookware, spices, mixer, several coffee pots, etc. The shuttle literally picks up at the end of the driveway every 15 minutes. Town is a mere 5-8 minutes drive and very convenient to get to. We had 3 families with 11 people staying here and had plenty of space. I highly recommend this house!

Great trip

Enjoyed our trip and overall very happy with the house. Ski out was great and as advertised but ski in was only practical for more experienced skiers. Shuttle to and from slopes was very convenient. Would stay here again.

Great house for group of 6 friends. Plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed. Shuttle also picked up right in front of the house making it easy to get to the slopes/town.

Above and Beyond

I was VERY impressed with the booking process and communication with the property owner. He went Above & Beyond to accommodate our family. He gave recommendations on activities & offered to pick up an online grocery order to stock the cabin as we would be arriving on Christmas Day! He emailed us daily during our stay to ensure we felt at home & asked for suggestions on improvements. The house location is very convenient to the shuttle service (pickup location is in front of house) & access to trails, ski lifts & ski runs. I would definitely recommend this property. Thank You Andrew for a wonderful experience!

Great location!

The house is so comfortable - we had 7 people and plenty of room. The house is in the best spot for the shuttle which comes every 15 minutes right in front of the house and brings you to Peak 9 which had our favorite trails.

Great house!

Great house! We enjoyed the shuttle into town. It came in front of the house every 15 minutes. You can ski out by skiing down the street and hopping on the borrow trail. It will take you to Quicksilver lift. It was a trek but it was fun. You have to take the shuttle to come back. It picks up every 15 minutes in front of the Marriott, close to the lift. It was great for snow shoeing too. The house was fully stocked with a lot of dishes, pots and pans, coffee makers, spices, etc. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and video games. The owner was great and quick to respond. We would definitely stay again!

9 guys ski reunion

The house was perfect for nine adults to sleep comfortably and plenty of room to spread out! We were allowed to check in early which was wonderful and the ski out was easy. There was also a shuttle every 10 minutes that takes you downtown. Loved this property

Fun at Breck…

Our host, Amdrew, was very accommodating. He checked in regularly to see if we had questions or needed anything. Plenty of space. The bunk room was great….lot’s of room for my kids and their friends. The kitchen was well appointed The hot tub was a plus. We’ll be back!

Nice Mountain Getaway

First off Andrew communicated well when I asked questions about the property and checking in. The home was comfortable to stay in and there were ample bathroom supplies. The kitchen could have used a few startup supplies like Reynolds Wrap and Saran Wrap and more updated cooking utensils and pots and pans. We enjoyed the foxes visiting the front window for photos. The home is close to a ski trail which was convenient for snow shoeing for our group. The shuttle to town and ski resort came every 15 minutes religiously, right in front of the house. This is a nice home for families, as we had 3 generations staying there. It would have been nice to have the bathrooms attached to the bedrooms on the second floor. Only attached one was the master on the first floor.

Perfect mountain retreat

Great house. Very comfortable and convenient. Perfect for our group of three dads and five boys. We have done an annual family ski trip for years and this was one of our favorite spots. Shuttle is very convenient.

Perfect Breckenridge Cabin for Ski In/Out

Our group of friends stayed here for a long weekend of skiing in Breckenridge and it was the perfect place. The location made it easy to take a free shuttle or walk just down the road to ski right into peak 9. The cabin had a great hot tub, plenty of beds and bathrooms, and was very clean and cozy. It would be a great place for kids too with a room full of bunk beds, games, and more. We hope to stay here again next time we come back.

A Perfect Family Vacation

We stayed at the above property Feb 3-7. It was a Winter Wonderland! Our arrival flight was early and the homeowner was so kind to allow us access to the house prior to 4:00 pm. We traveled with 6 adults and 2 little boys (4 and 1 years old). The house is equipped with everything you need to eat, drink, sleep, repeat. The city shuttle goes by the house every 12 minutes to take you downtown or to the slopes. One night, we accidently set the fire alarm off while cooking steaks inside. Andrew was so kind to call and check on us to make sure everything was ok. Being from the South, we didn't have the courage to cook on the outside grill. :) On Sunday, it snowed approximately 4 inches. It was beautiful to sit in the living room and look out the big windows as the snow fell. Check-out was a breeze. Overall, I would highly recommend this house. We can't wait to come back.

Excellent stay for our ski trip

Property is in a convenient location with a free shuttle to the slopes right outside the door. The house was clean and well-stocked for a large group. Living room was cozy, hot top was clean and in great working condition, and we enjoyed many hours on the games in the upstairs loft. Will be bookmarking this property for our next ski trip.

Amazing home in Breck

This was one of the nicest and well-equipped homes we have rented. Everything was thought of down to the kitchen utensils and supplies. Our big family enjoyed every aspect of this home. The beds were very nice and the hot tub was a great feature. The host communicated every step of the way. The shuttle at the doorstep was the BEST for the skiers!!!!
