Great location - close to slopes and Breckenridge village
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was warn and welcoming at the end of a long ski day. The decor was so appropriate for the environment. We enjoyed the personal touches with pictures of the owners (we assume) doing adventurous activities.

Great Location
Park Place is a great location for a walk into town and a walk or shuttle to the lifts and ski in. The place was clean and Pinnacle Lodging that the owners use has very quick, and great text communication to handle any and all questions and recommendations.

Perfectly located between lift and restaurants.
Nicely located near 4 o'clock lift and downtown. 2 min walk to lift and also the shops and restaurants.

Outstanding
It was honestly an amazing location and a beautiful condo everything was so perfect about this place . You wan walk to almost anything in 7 min the day care we put our daughter in (she loved it by the way) was only a 8 min drive

Delightful time in Breckenridge!
The condo was clean & neatly kept. Everything worked especially the TV & the gas fireplace! All very convenient to town & restaurants & bike paths. All in all a wonderful stay!

Nice Condo
Loved the condo. Easy to check in and out , heat worked sometimes too well. Location was excellent. Short walk to the lifts and if you don’t want to walk the free shuttle is across the road. Not far from Main St.

We loved our stay- great location to the mountain and DT. It's definitely a cozier vibe with older appliances/decor but we didn't mind as everything was clean.

Great location! We walked to get our ski gear, to the lifts, and into town. Condo had everything we needed including plenty of clean sheets and towels.

Very nice spot and good value, but...
The place was great, out of style but very clean and convenient and accommodating for our situation — some teens and some kids and some adults. Perfect central location: walk up the hill for the snowflake lift, down the hill for downtown Breck. Only major issue is that the leasing office is in Frisco, which is a 20+ minute drive from Breck. If you are coming from Denver, it’s on the way and not a problem, but if you are coming from the south, this can be a real inconvenience! It added an extra hour or so for us on the way out, so that kind of was not great... But otherwise, great value! Don’t expect a bunch of “luxury” (like fancy new appliances or marble counter tops or anything), but if you are a normal person who doesn’t need brand new fancy trendy nonsense to have a good time skiing then this place will probably be a good value for the money. (Well, compared to other places in Breck anyway...)

We had a wonderful stay at Peak 8! This condo is only a four minute walk to Main Street and in a wonderful location. We will be back!

We have stayed in this complex in the past and really like the location.
The kitchen definitely needs attention for families who cook meals. The non stick pans were really scratched up and there were no storage containers for leftovers, or a pan big enough to boil a pound of pasta, or a cookie sheet.

Great location, updates needed!
Large space in an excellent location. Nothing in this property has been updated. It's got a real cabin feel. That said, the price and location is good.

Nice place
Nice place with plenty of room for the 4 of us. We used the deck and grill every night we were there and took advantage of the the great weather and views. The beds could of been a little more comfortable and frame was a little rickety but not terrible by any means. It's not super fancy but for the price, location and the size of the place it can't be beat, we will definitely be back.

So convenient, skiing made easy!
The whole process for this condo was so easy!! you just pick up the keys in a lock box (we were way late coming in). The parking is very accessible to the unit and the unit was on the bottom floor which is very nice when carrying ski equipment. The unit was very clean and adequate space for everyone. The interior is not luxury or fancy but really great for the great price. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. The couches were comfy (for those afternoon post skiing naps). The air was very very dry in the unit but they provide humidifiers in the closet which helped quite a bit! The town is very close, walking distance. You have multiple skiing options, walking distance or just hop on the shuttle. Our friend drove one day down the street to a different lift and there was adequate parking. If I were to add a con it would be how loud the unit is in the morning with everyone walking down the stairs in their ski boots etc. It was quite loud but really that does not bother us but I know it would bother some people. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great place, great location!
Our first time in Breckenridge was great! Even better because of the great place we stayed. Everything we needed, to enjoy ourselves. We were able to cook there, grill, and enjoy the outdoor deck. Close to everything. Great for our family! We will for sure be coming back!

Awesome Location
We had a very enjoyable week in this unit. Spacious enough to have some alone time if you wanted and cozy at the same time. Main street was just across the river less the 3 minute walk. We like the location so much we booked 3 more nights in the unit across the breezeway since this unit was booked. We will come back for sure.
