Great little condo
This was an excellent small condo for us to enjoy a few days in Breckenridge. Clean, functional and literally steps away from some outstanding eateries and great shopping.

Cleaning is only surface-deep
Overall, things were very good. Location was great! Well-equipped and we were happy to have cable tv. The main downside was some cleanliness issues. For example, the inside of the shower curtain in the main bathroom was icky dirty. The bottom of both waste baskets in the kitchen had crap in them. Also, it would be good to have a curtain over the front door window, so the morning sun doesn't intrude on sleepers in the bedroom... and, adding a couple of small chairs on the balcony would be a nice addition.

Just as described, great location and comfortable bed. If there on the weekend there will be some live lusic outside the back patio, they do not go super late, maybe 9-10pm but just be awware, we enjoyed it ourselves.

Good Place to stay
We enjoyed our stay but there are a few things to be aware of with this property. 1. No AC - The condo can get warm, be prepared to open windows and use a fan. (You may want to bring one with you) 2. The location is great, but you are right next to some bars, and the music can get loud at night, especially with the windows open. (See #1 above)

Great condo in heart of downtown
We had a great stay in Breckenridge. Was a little noisy on the weekend because of its location but was nothing that disrupted us and was mostly noticeable on the weekend. We would definately stay here again. Was within walking distance to everything--shops, bars, restaurants & gondola. Very well equipped with amenities.

Perfect condo on Peak 9
The condo is better than the reviews, many of the reviews must be from before the remodel. The condo is fully updated and complete, it even includes an inflatable mattress in the living room closet in case the pull-out couch is too small for you kids/teens. Everything works perfectly and in addition this is the rental property with the best supplies we've ever stayed at - dishwasher soap & pods, toilet paper for the whole week, washer detergent, dryer sheets, bath soap, plenty of blankets, etc. The condo backs up to main street and is a 2-minute walk to great restaurants, 5 minutes to Peak 9. Beautiful view of the peaks from the balcony, perfect for a hot cup of coffee wrapped in blankets. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perfect location!
We loved staying here as we were able to walk to the slopes and to all the shops and restaurants. The entry had a perfect spot for our skis and gear, washer and dryer was great too. It had everything we needed and we would stay here time and time again.

Lovely view, convenient location
Tidy, convenient little condo. Big sliding doors that open to a patio in both the living room and bedroom, which provide a beautiful view of the mountains. Just a few minutes to walk downtown. Quiet neighborhood.

Great location, needs a refresh
As listed, this property is right next to Main St and all the shops and restaurants. However, it could really need a refresh. The entire unit needs a fresh coat of paint as there were scuffs, scratches and marks on all the walls. It also needs new carpet in the bedroom, very old, lots of stains and simply looked filthy. It also needs all new bedding, very old and cheap sheets, bedspread, and pillow cases. The windows and sliding door glass were filthy and had to have maintenance clean while we were there, which they did. If you’re wanting to impress a significant other, keep looking. If you have small kids who don’t mind sleeping on a sofa sleeper, and simply needing a relatively inexpensive place to stay, this unit should work.

Great Location
Summit Rentals was easy to work with. The location of the condo can’t be beat! The condo itself could use some updates - ripped windows screens, musty smell, older bed and bedding. It works if you’re not looking to spend a lot of time at the condo.

Perfect Location
We loved being able to park our car in the provided space and walking to everything nearby. It is located next to several restaurants which play music, but the closed windows do block out most of the sound. We only had two adults in our party, but it would have been tight with any more.

Anniversary Weekend Getaway
This condo was very easy to find and the location is AMAZING. Easy walking to restaurant, shops and gondola. We parked the car in space provided and it didn’t move until checkout. Very roomy condo for a couple. The unit could us a good deep cleaning, new carpet in the bedroom and a new couch in living room. Bed was okay however pillows were horrible. They were super small and super firm. For the price this unit was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away.

Right Smack in the Middle of Everything!
We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and centrally located condo! It met all our needs and gave us a great home base. The heating was wonky when we arrived and it took some time to regulate but management was very attentive and did everything they could to rectify the situation. Being right above bars and restaurants made it noisy but it was nice to be so close to the action.

Great location, right on Main Street
This was a great stay. The neighborhood is a bit noisy, but it makes sense due to location. If you're looking for quiet, this may not be the place for you. However, if you are looking for walking access to the mountain and the majority of the town of Breckenridge out your door, this is the spot.

Close to everything!
Great location to town and Quicksilver lift. Close enough for family to come in for lunch before going out again to finish the day skiing. Condo had everything needed for comfortable stay. Nice to have grocery store close by. Would recommend and stay there again.

Close to everything!
The rental is right in the middle of everything. Super close to all the restaurants and shops. It is right next to a bar and a nightclub which did not bother us but if you are trying to get an early night, I could see where there may be problems with getting to sleep. The apartment had everything we needed and was walking distance to the Quicksilver chair. Great for 2 people, the pull out mattress was a bit uncomfortable and not ideal to sleep on for multiple nights. Staff was super friendly and accommodating! Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the heart of it all!

Brek Stay
Great location, easy parking and access, easy check in (although direct access with code v. picking up/dropping off keys would have been better), fully prepared for guests, and with W/D. A little noise next door bar with music, but not late at night and it gave the property some life. Downside was the pull-out couch bed -- unusuable and must be replaced as it is like sleeping in a taco and maybe some paint and master carpet cleaning (although the condition is on par for a rental ski get-away in the snow and it was super clean). Overall a great experience and would book again -- but only with a replaced couch bed!

Condo was great, bed could use a new mattress and the bar right behind the condo blare music 12 hrs almost everyday.. As long as your not going to bed before 1 am its great.

Great spot right downtown. Easy access to everything, and short walk to the base of peak 9. Beautiful view of the mountains out the kitchen/ family room windows. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.

Great location, center of town. Definitely within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The condo overlooks the back of a bar which can get a little loud at times. A few small items need an update but overall it is a good place to stay.

Perfect Location
The location of this place was awesome. Walk out the door and be at any of a number of restaurants or shops in less than 2 minutes. Super easy location going to and from Breckenridge if you’re doing activities or visiting places outside of town. The furniture in the condo isn’t super comfortable but that didn’t detract from our experience there.

Great Location
The property was perfect for enjoying all the shops and restaurants along Main St and the many side streets. Add in the great view of the ski hills and it was exactly what we looked for. The property was very well stocked with everything we needed.

Bar Noise
Location in Breckenridge is right above a bar that played music till 11:45Pm our first night. I talked to the local police who went and talked to the Broken Compass Brewery. Friday night the closed the outside patio and doors. Saturday and Sunday was much better after police checked the town codes and decibel levels. Condo building is grandfathered in and should override this problem. I am contacting a town coucil member that I know and see what we can get done. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Cannot best this location!
This is a nice, cozy condo located one block off the Main Street. We loved that it was walkable to restaurants, shopping and local attractions. It comes with free parking so you can ditch the car, get some fresh air and stretch your legs while enjoying the great town of Breckinridge. The condo is clean and well stocked. There are a few items that are dated, but overall it’s a great place to stay. I would book it again!

Adorable place! Incredible location!!
We were SO happy with this place (and we're pretty picky)! Close to all of the shops and restaurants (we loved walking around town)...and we walked to the ski lift!!!! Great kitchen & fireplace. Perfect for a cozy little romantic ski weekend away! Would absolutely stay here again!

Downtown apartment 2 mins from lift!
This place was excellent! It’s a 2 mins walk to the Quicksilver lift and perfectly located right in the center of town. The third floor apartment is open and modern and lends views to the lit up downtown and the entire Mountain side. It’s clean, spacious and has a beautiful fireplace to warm you up after a day in the slopes! Would absolutely recommend!

Great Location in Breck
The unit is in a great location, one block off Main Street. Unit offers 2 car parking, which is rare at ski resorts for a one bedroom unit. Condo was cozy and had plenty of space. Summit Mountain Rentals was easy to work with and flexible when we had some car problems at check-out. I would rent from them again.
