what an amazing property! So perfect forour group of eight. Everybody got their own bathroom and having three levels gave a sense of privacy. The furnishings were so stylish and eclectic. Truly a well taken care of Home. We will be back!

Loved the property

We loved the house. Beautifully decorated and has all the amenities. If we had any issues the management company was very responsive, thorough and excellent to work with. Check-in was very easy and someone met us at the house in case we needed anything. A few items were broken but absolutely did not affect our wonderful time at the house. It was a perfect layout for our extended family. The first 2 days we had 4 different moose walk through the yard, of which we thoroughly enjoyed watching from the balcony. Really enjoyed our time!

Beautiful property that is great for adults and teens. Perfect spaces for all! Bus location to mountain was just steps away. Nice TVs, fire places, and relaxation spaces.

Family Ski trip

The property and location were great. Plenty of space for our family of 11. Enjoyed the hot tub. Check in was smooth and easy. However for a luxury property there were small details that were missed that didn’t live up to expectations.

Awesome location

Overall was a great stay. Location was perfect: right next to the bus stop to go up to Peak 7/8 or down into town. A few minor issues: bath mats didn't look like they had been cleaned, kitchen sink had a small leak underneath, and we didn't have linens for the trundle beds and futon. Listing showed it slept 18, but sign inside said 16. Management was quick to bring extra linens, so that was nice. Be forewarned, the three bedrooms on the first floor share one bathroom. There are two master suites, one on the top floor and one in the basement, and additional bathrooms on each of those levels. Overall, we had a great stay and the house was lovely.

AMAZING house and amazing views!

We had the best time at this house and could not ask for anything more. Each of the 3 floors had its own living space with so much to do. Everyone enjoyed doing different things and was able to all get together for meals but enjoy the hot tub, the pool / ping pong table, and the big living areas. The property managers were great at communicating with us and totally accommodated our whole group. They greeted us and gave us a tour so we knew how everything worked and where everything was. Everhthing was clean and beautiful. Spectacular house all together. The memories we made there will last forever. Thank you!

Great spot for summer too!!

This was a perfect summer vacation spot, being close to downtown, but still close to the summer mountain attractions as well. The home was well equipped and well laid out for a large group of adults with surprisingly comfortable beds and multiple entertainment spaces for various groups of all ages to gather. The fire pit and hot tub were also an amazing end to the night. Will definitely book again!

Great House and close to down town and bus stop.

The house is right next to the bus stop to downtown Breckenridge and also very close if you want to drive. Parking can be an issue in downtown. Great house with plenty of room to spreadout.

Great property

Hot tub, pool table all great. Couple things a challenge, just know a lot of stairs. But had seen that when booked it. Just don’t realize how high you are up. The other things are remember hot is cold, took a little to figure it out. And some switches up is on and on same panel it’s off. But would do it again. First day seen 2 bucks with 3 doe. The next day nothing. The 3rd seen 2 moose. 1 very large just off the deck of the house. The 3&4 seen a fox just off back deck.

Week at Ski Hill Chalet Breckenridge

The Ski Hill Chalet Breckenridge was the perfect place for our annual ski trip, especially during the on going COVID-19 pandemic. Upon arrival the home was perfectly clean and had a number of areas for our us to spread out an enjoy time in the house. The 3 living areas were perfect for us allowing some to play cards on the main level, watch a movie downstairs, or just lounge in the basement. The kitchen was spacious and perfect for cooking meals in as well the grill, conveniently located off the main level. The hot tub was a huge hit after hitting the slopes which are a convenient free shuttle ride away and pick you up and drop you off at the end of the driveway. We would definitely stay here for our next trip to Breck.

Nice Property

This rental was nice, and I agree that it is nicer than the pictures would suggest. Everything was in good working order, and the management company was exceedingly responsive to any questions, even dropping off a Sonos speaker for our enjoyment! A few concerns: the bathroom layout was somewhat wonky, with single bathrooms on the lower level and main floor for 5 of the bedrooms, and then two upstairs for the master and office area. Not sure if there is anything to be done here. As our week progressed, it did seem that the property was a bit expensive given the age of the home, but the location was great and the management company was superb.
