It was absolutely wonderful!!! We loved the ease of jumping on Independence and taking off for the day. Eric the host was wonderful! We were allowed to stay and ski until 4pm the day we checked out and since we were stranded due to a canceled flight it helped us out tremendously!! The steam room, weight room and hot tub were great. We also loved bowing on peak 8! We would definitely stay here again!!

Best ski in / ski out location you could ask for! The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were great (especially since you could use those of Crystal Peak Lodge and One Ski Hill). We would love to come back again with the kids.

Wonderful time! This has been by far the best location we have stayed in Breckenridge. The condo was spotless and perfectly located. You are only steps away from the Gondola and ski lift. Highly recommend, we can’t wait to book again!!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time visiting Breckenridge and this condo was so comfortable to come home to after a day of activities! The location is great with the gondola just steps away and the view can't be beat. Eric, our host, was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had and also provided recommendations for restaurants and activities. We can't wait to come back!

Awesome family spring break!

The location was fantastic!! Just as advertised, the unit was on the corner of the building right next to the Breck Express gondola, overlooking the base of Peak 7. We could see family members loading the Independence Super Chair right from the deck, and see them come down the slopes right to the base We stayed here for almost a week for spring break 2026 with our family of 5 (kids ages 9, 6, 2). Everything was so convenient! The storage locker for gear, ability to pick up the kids' rentals right there, the gondola to Peak 8 or into town, full kitchen & 2 full bathrooms. Plenty of room in the unit for our family, too. We actually didn't spend much time in the unit during the days, but it was so nice to be able to pop in & out easily if we forgot something or the kids needed a rest. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking, washer & dryer awesome (packed so much less!).Included parking was great - we had our SUV from home. Drove down to One Ski Hill at Peak 8 to use the pools & hot tubs a lot (the ones at Crystal Peak Lodge were out of order all but the first day). You could take the gondola or shuttle, too, but this was far more convenient with 3 kids in wet swimsuits. So fun there!We had a bit of allergy issues at first from dust (Christmas tree still up that looked to have been there for a while) and down decorative pillows on beds & couch, but overall everything was clean and in good condition.Had an awesome time; highly recommend for a family trip!!

Great Ski Weekend at Breck

Outstanding in every way! Eric is a great communicator and was extremely prompt replying to questions. The condo has a fantastic location at the base of Independence Lift and also right next to the gondola! We loved staying there!

Peak 7 Stay

This listing was exactly as described. We've visited Breckenridge a few times and always enjoy returning. Staying right at the base of peaceful Peak 7 was perfect for two couples, with plenty of space and comfort. The convenience of hopping on the gondola to reach Peak 8 in just a few minutes made it even better. Plus, the access to the gear locker room and the shuttle service—just like an Uber—were fantastic bonuses!

Fabulous location

My son and I absolutely loved our time at your unit. The location could not be better. A quick trip down the elevator brought us to the ski locker room, which was only steps from the Independence chair lift. There is not a better location to stay in Breckenridge!

Peak 7 corner unit

This condo was the perfect ski in ski out location. The ski rentals are downstairs, along with restaurant, hot tub, fitness center, ski lockers, etc. The owner was great to work with and the condo was nicely appointed with a well stocked kitchen. The gondola access and shuttle was a definite plus! We will definitely be back!

Great Ski-in/ski-out Property at Breckenridge

One of the handful of properties that's directly slope-side in Breckenridge. The host was prompt with communication and very attentive when there were any questions or issues that needed to be resolved. When you stay slope-side in most resorts in Colorado, you'll end up paying many times more than this very reasonably priced listing. I will hope to be back soon!

BRECK is our happy place!

Nothing better than staying in a great place to enjoy Breck and the region in the fall. The condo was the perfect base camp and met our high expectations! After hiking, biking and traveling around, the hot tub on site was always a welcoming and soothing site. Look forward to returning again in the near future.
