Parking Information: For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.
Colorado Traction Law: From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Great Location
The location of this property is incredibly convenient to downtown Breckenridge and the gondola. We stayed with our large family of 13 and were very comfortable. The property was very clean and the hosts were responsive to our few requests.

Had a great visit to Abbett Placer. House was as advertised. Great location in town and plenty of room. Parking and proximity to grocery store were great. We would definitely stay here again

Group Trip
The property is beautiful, with phenomenal views of the mountains from the back patio. The kitchen was well-equipped and the space had many thoughtful touches. The walking distance (roughly 3 blocks) to Breckenridge’s main strip was a huge plus as well. Would gladly stay again.

Great house, excellent location
House was just what we needed. It had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and the patio were really nice. The location is hard to beat. Only 3 blocks from the middle of Main St. Everything is within a short walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!
We had several families yet it still felt spacious! Children had fun playing hide and seek in the number of rooms. Beautiful views of mountains and great patio space. Definitely recommend and we will be back!

Perfect for a large group
Stayed for a girls weekend with 14 adults and the house was perfect! Plenty of bedrooms spread around so noise didn’t carry. It’s an old b&b so everyone could have their own space and (mostly) their own bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen and the location of the house can’t be beat! Made for a perfect mountain weekend!

Everything was great about this stay, only complaint is the water heater couldn’t keep up with the size group we had.
