The best part of the house was the kitchen, living room, dining area. Enough room for a large group to congregate. Hot tub was a hit. Host was responsive. Didn’t get a text that the place was available with the access code so had to contact host for the info. He was responsive. Some of the drains were slow like the main level shower. Overall nice place to stay!

We loved our stay. This was the best equipped house we have stayed in. They had everything we could need and more. The house itself is beautiful and had plenty of space to accommodate two families. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend!

Michael was extremely responsive to any questions or issues that we had. The home was well stocked and perfect for our group size. It had some unique amenities such as a boot dryer, margarita machine, special coffee maker, hot tub. We have nothing but positives to say about the home. We will be back next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at Michael's house. It was even better than the photos led us to believe it would be. The layout is so comfortable with several sitting areas and a nice big space for eating. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and dishes for feeding large families. We loved sitting around the kitchen island. The hot tub was awesome, too. Everything about our stay was fantastic. We would love to come back to stay again. We are a large family with various ages. The TV area was well suited for conversation and games. The second refrigerator in the garage was a bonus! We have stayed at many houses at Breck and this was one of the best! Our host was super responsive and communicative. We give it 10 stars.

We had a wonderful stay at your beautiful Breckenridge home. The views from the house are stunning, surrounded by tall pine trees in an upscale, quiet neighborhood that felt peaceful and private. The kitchen and living area are absolutely gorgeous—spacious, modern, and equipped with every amenity we needed. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out.The location is also excellent, just a short drive to downtown Breckenridge, making it easy to enjoy restaurants, shops, and activities. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would definitely return!

The host was very communicative and responsive. The house was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as listed. You won’t have any concerns about running out of paper goods, and the house is stocked with spices and other staple foods too.

Beautiful place

We loved this place! We plan a trip annually to the Denver area. This place in Breckenridge was just beautiful! In addition, it was well stocked with necessities for the house. There were also extra blankets, sheets, & an air mattress! The kitchen has everything needed for meal preparation including spices. The owner was very responsive with our questions & we are hoping to return in the future. This is the best place that we have stayed in for years. You will not be disappointed.

PERFECT Property with ALL the extras

Family of 15 stayed a week and could not have been happier with the stay, the amenities, or the property manager’s attentiveness. We traveled with a 1 year old and were excited to know there were available pack n plays. Plenty of cleaning supplies on hand, coffee, toiletries. If you forgot something, they likely have it on hand for you! Highly recommend this property!

Most excellent!

We traveled with 3 families of 5 and one grandma and everyone had comfortable sleeping and hanging out spaces. So many extras in the kitchen appliances, boot dryers, hooks for coats, closet/drawer space, tons of extra blankets, games, cards and more! Host was incredible helpful and responsive and proximity to Beaver Run base/ski school was ideal. We visit Breck every year and this stay tops the charts!!

Loved It !

Beautiful place, well stocked and very clean. We had 7 adults an 3 under 4 and had plenty of room to spread out.Very close to Main Street and all the action . By far the easiest check in and check out we ever have had .We will definitely stay again given the chance !

Jan 2025 ski weekend

What a great property this is! It's the best, well-stocked vrbo we've ever stayed in. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and well suited for a large group to cook in. The home is very convenient to the ski area. Everyone skied hard, slept well and enjoyed the hot tub. The house was perfect for our group, which included adults ages 21-65, a teenager, 3 children ages 7 and under as well as 2 infants. And we appreciate that our pets were welcomed. We had a great weekend, and have already booked the same weekend for another trip next year!

Family fun in Breck

There were 13 family members, aged 1 year, 2 year, 4 year, 9 and 11 year old, and their parents (8). What a lovely home. Exactly as advertised, even nicer, sufficient for us all, completely well stocked with everything you could possibly need ( high chair and pack and play), sleds, extra chairs, great hot tub, 5 minutes from town in a beautiful wooded area, etc. etc. Beautiful functional kitchen with everything we needed including games, etc. Could not have been a better MLK weekend and would highly recommend. Communication with owner was excellent before and during the stay. You can't go wrong staying here.

Great House, Checkin process and Location

Check In/Check Out process was easy and well communicated.Location was great and short drive to downtown and ski slopes. Large cabin with enough room for the 16 of us.
