First, the good. The linens, bedding, etc were amazing. But that's where it ends.
Safety:
In every room, the curtains hung over the baseboard heaters - an obvious fire hazard. In the lower level, the carpet was a 1 1/2 proud of the tile flooring with no transition. We had to move my father to another room because of the tripping hazard.
Just being cheap:
The pots and pans were about as low quality as one could find. At the price point that I paid for the property, there were expectations that were not met. If I paid a bargain rate then I would expect bargain equipment.
Stuff plain didn't work:
The ice maker, water or anything else didn't work. The filter hadn't been changed, probably ever. The water pressure was so slow in all of the bedrooms except the master that toilets barely flushed and showering was closer to a sponge bath than a actual shower.
Lastly the televisions. The property owner expected the renters to use their own streaming services with their own passwords in order to use the televisions in the bedrooms. The add clearly states cable would be provided. Silly me expected that it would be provided for ALL of the televisions. My father likes to watch local news to get an understanding of the community and that was not an option.
By far, this is the worst property that I have ever stayed. It should be a crime to charge so much. I should have chosen a block of rooms at a hotel. It would have been cheaper and more enjoyable.
