  • LOCATION – From this outstanding location, the Snowflake Lift, the Free Ride Shuttle, the Blue River Plaza and historic Main Street are only a short 1-2 block walk away! Ski / board off the slopes, walk across the street and you are home.

    AMENITIES – After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.

My family of 5 stayed in this very nice condo. Very close to the ski gondolas and walking distance to downtown. Totally loved it!!! Will be coming back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the convenient location. We had an issue with the hot water and they were quick to respond and send a repairman. No complaints. Would love to stay again.

Perfect Location

This property was excellently maintained and had every amenity. We made dinner one night and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Location is walking distance to downtown Breckenridge. Will stay here in future trips.

Fun in the snow

A very nice, clean, and well-equipped apartment. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to both the lift and the town center. We stayed for almost two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was quiet, cozy, and felt like a home away from home. The hosts were responsive and helpful, which made the experience even better. We can highly recommend this place and would definitely return in the future.

Great property in great location

The property was perfect for our family of five. The trundle bed in the second room meant all three of our kids could have their own bed - a lifesaver. The kitchen and living space were comfortable and well-appointed. Easy walk to both downtown and to the free shuttle. Would absolutely rent again on a return to Breckenridge.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great location and outstanding features. Great view. Kitchen was ultra modern and well stocked for anyone that likes to cook. Fire place was easy 1 push button timer. Easy to walk to town or lift. Couldn’t have picked a better place. Only recommendation is one bedroom had a pull down shade that allowed a little too much light in the room at night.

Very nice and good value!

Great view and nicely designed! The fireplace wasn’t working but they sent over a portable fireplace. We would have liked a king sized bed in the master bedroom but we knew from the listing there wouldn’t be.

Back after 30 years

This spot work great for us as we had a mix of shoppers and skiers and it was close for both activities. The only caution may be if you are returning with your skis each night that 3rd floor stair climb could be a pain. We just kept ours at the ski rental location so it wasn’t. The balcony view was great. This was my first trip back to Breckenridge in 30 years and my 8th time in total. Wasn’t sure what to expect but had a great time Everything was as advertised and the communication was enough but not too much

Stunning Condo with Perfect Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved staying at Park Place. The location of the condo was just perfect for our summer vacation! The location is so close to downtown that walking to almost everything was very easy. The condo is lovely inside and very well kept. We enjoyed drinking coffee with a mountain view from the patio every morning. We also enjoyed the two hot tubs located right at the condo. The pool is a bit of a walk - but we enjoyed that as well. The only slight inconvenience we had was that the ice maker wasn't working during our stay. They attempted to fix it with no success. They assured me it would be on their maintenance to do list. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for a lovely vacation.
