We used this VRBO for a one-night mountain getaway for our young family. This property was clean and quiet. The four twin beds are up the spiral stairs, which is whimsical and fun. We have a toddler who sometimes gets out of bed looking for us, so we had him sleep on the couch downstairs to avoid the steep stairs at night.

Just what we needed

comfortable, good number of beds for groups that aren't couples. Walk to gondola was very convenient. Parking too.

Family ski trip

We were two families traveling together and had a great time. The location was perfect and we had an easy walk to the gondolas to go skiing.

The location is great for skiing. I would definitely stay here again. It could use some updated furniture but thats my only complaint.

Our family of 8 fit very comfortably here! Location was Amazing!!

Condo was very close to downtown Main street & Gondola rides. The whole neighborhood felt safe and family friendly. Pool and hot tub was avail & fun in the evenings for kids. Will be back for sure!!

Breck condo ski trip

Property was clean. Furniture dated but OK. Upstairs doorway needs jam work so bolt lock is more secure. Jeni, owner of Ski Country was great to work with, very helpful and accommodating~! I recommend them highly. Unit was close walk to gondola. We had a good week thanks Jeni :)

Good value but property details need improving

Condo is a great location for skiing. Basically across the street from Gondola AND is walking distance to town. I'd say description in listing is correct. My only suggestion is for Property owners to communicate parking instructions better. On arrival, we didn't know where to park and were worried we didn't have a space. Also, we got our check-in txt an hour before arrival. I had to call VRBO just to make sure our reservation was OK.

Nice property

Overall this was a nice property. Great location and nice property layout. I’m unable to give the property all 5 stars due to the following. Cleanliness upon arrival. Everything was straightened out, but it was obvious there had not been a deep cleaning on the property in quite some time And one of the bathrooms may have been missed upon the last tenant checking out. Some of the window treatments were not operational, we had to call maintenance because the hot water heater was set so low only one person could have a hot shower. Lastly, there was not enough silverware in the drawer to feed the people in our party for a single meal.All of these are easily remedied. Again, the property itself was very nice just the management of it could be improved.

Condo was great. Check in confusing as email with pictures and instructions came too late. We also didnt get parking permit in packet. Swimming was awesome! Very disappointed we had to pay for laundry services. Also having only one parking permit and additional parking so far away was not convenient.

Good location needs updating

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a very convenient location to town, gondola and quick ski in with short walk. However, the condo is in need of updating. Multiple broken items...couches, toaster, lock on sliding glass door. Also sheets were threadbare. The layout with the rooms and bathrooms worked great for our group (2 adults, 2 female college and 2 male college adults). Parking was real close and covered, but only for one vehicle...we parked extra vehicle at remote parking which was no big deal. Oh and non of the TV's are smart...wish I would've known ..we would've brought a Roku stick.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY: THE MOST PATHETIC RENTAL EXPERIENCE IN 65 YEARS. Upon arriving late in the evening of a 5-day rental, Expecting to have a clean PROPERTY to rest and lounge in for the first ski vacation booked in over 5 years, we were stunned! Opening the entry door we were immediately hit by a foul odor. Entry rug was dirty & stained, the D/S carpet was very dated & stained (the entire property is dated), it quickly became apparent that was where the odor was coming from. We were taken away as our prospect of much-needed rest after driving 18 hours was destroyed. We were dismayed! There were potato chips on the floor, the dining room table still had food smeared on it, there was no lock on the door to the balcony & the bottom lock on the front door was broken, not safe. The U/S guest room was extremely warm, had to open & keep windows open to cool down, 1 of the beds was within inches of the floor heaters, a fire hazard. Curious, pulled back the sheets & the mattress was covered in urine, the toilet was not anchored to the floor, the closets were packed w/ misc stuff. At that time we made the decision to vacate the PROPERTY early due to health concerns. Contacted the PROPERTY OWNER as soon as possible to notify them that we were vacating early, within 24 hours of arriving, management told us the only way they would refund the remaining 4 days of $2145 rental was if someone else rented the property yet they listed it for $125/day less than what they charged us. 5 days later still dealing with being charged for vacating an unhealthy PROPERTY. That's bad business!
