Beautiful Location Right off the trails

House was amazing and conveniently located in Breckenridge. Able to walk from your door to the mountain trails. Quiet comfortable and near a lot of activities.

The house was 100% as advertised. Views were spectacular. Everything you would need to enjoy your stay was included. Would definitely rent this house again in the future.

MOUNTAIN VIEW PERFECTION!

Our family of 5 and our friends’ family of 3 stayed here for 4 days and we all wish we could’ve stayed another 4! Enough space to spread out for privacy and plenty of cozy spaces to come together to enjoy the hot tub, outdoor fire pit and downstairs game room. The neighborhood is secluded, yet super close to town for your convenience. We will be booking here again!

Excellent location- Pristine Condition

We had a large group of friends and family come in from all over the US. Views and proximity to mountain for skiing and town can’t be beat. PICTs of home don’t even do it justice

Amazing mountain retreat

I can’t say enough about this property. Beautiful home, very spacious with multiple relaxation areas inside and out, large kitchen and kitchen table, well stocked, greats views, large hot tub, close tot one and responsive property management. We had a great time here!!

Amazing stay in Breckenridge

This house is amazing for a family vacation! Beautiful house and property and the Mountain View’s take your breath away! Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen & great rooms - huge and beautifully appointed! Everything you need is there and just minutes from Breckenridge activities. Fonda was a dream to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Beautiful Home with Gorgeous Views

Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We had 4 couples and 2 toddlers and the space worked very well. The views from family room and dining areas are gorgeous until sun starts to set on this side and gives blazing bright glare when trying to prepare dinner in the kitchen. Need window covering on upper windows to correct.Lovely home overall.

Property was fabulous!! House was clean and suited our group. Left 2 phone messages for Fonda and never received a call back. Had an issue with a fan and it was fixed quickly.

Beautiful Home

We stayed in this beautiful home for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. The deck is wonderful with gorgeous mountain views, stars at night and a gas fireplace for s’mores. Our kiddos enjoyed the hot tub and video game in the basement. Plenty of space for a large family. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils and we appreciated access to the laundry machines and parking in the large garage. Steam shower on the main floor was a plus, as well as the comfortable beds and wonderful cleanliness of the property. Only thing that could have been improved was removing weeds/thistles from the rock path on the back yard down to the hiking trail.

Amazing House and View

Just wow! First, the house was very clean and location was great being just a few minutes from the main area of Breck and also close to Frisco and a short drive to other cities for some beautiful sightseeing and rafting. The house was very roomy and kitchen well-stocked for any cooking or grilling. Our favorite part was the back deck that faced snow capped mountains. The view was breath taking. We are from Texas and love the outdoors so if you are like us you will love this area and house. Lastly, this house was very easy to book and communication was top notch from our host and hostess! I understand the owners of this house are from Texas just like us:). What a blessing you are to share your home and in all honesty we hope in the near future to return if you would have us back. Family Gathering

Outstanding home, well equipped, very clean, spacious. Location was excellent. Really enjoyed the hiking trails starting right in the neighborhood. Hot tub was a hit forthe grandkids and the adults. I ranked this as a five star location. Two minor items that should be considered. WIFI was not great. Assumed Breckenridge has good wifi and with this level of quality homes; I was expecting better. Tvs ran slow and had difficulty connecting. We were tryiing to watch some of the soccer tournaments and MLB world series. Was disappointing on quality of image and speed The other item was that the ice maker was poor. Did not put out much ice at all. For this level of home especially for large groups this was somewhat of a nuisance. All that being said. Still would HIGHLY recommend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed this rental property. I loved that it was up to date as far as furniture and design goes. Everything was well cleaned. I'm a stickler on bathrooms and they were pristine. The communication from Paragon Lodging was great too. We didn't have any issues there. The only issue was that we could not get the 3rd floor master fireplace to work, even after we requested help. It would have been nice to use as there was a snow storm of the nice and the setting would have been nice. However, the living room fire place worked with no issues. The outdoor fireplace was a nice touch too. We also used the hot tub and that was a nice way to end the trip! I would definitely book this house again or explore the options they have.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful home with spectacular views of the mountains looking out to the West. Sunsets every evening were gorgeous. The home was like new, clean and luxurious. Highlights include the deck and fire pit, lower level hot tub, and the front porch with chairs to catch the morning sun (the grandkids loved the bench/rocker). The grandkids also loved the downstairs video game room, the giant wooden blocks and floor sized checkers game. There was plenty of room for 3 families to have privacy with separate bedrooms and baths, and the common living areas were great for everyone to be together for meals, TV and games. There is a biking/hiking trail just below the home which saw daily use for morning walks. There is privacy and seclusion in the Highlands, but < 10 minutes to town if needed. The folks at Paragon are top notch and communication with them was easy and helpful thru their App. We hope to stay with Paragon again in the future. Highly recommended.

The furniture was comfy with large screen tvs to veg out in front of after a long day of biking & hiking. The rooms were all spacious so we didn't feel on top of each other. The kitchen had all new appliances with plenty of counter space and for gatherings. The deck was nice and large. In fact the Adirondack chairs in front of the fire pit were so comfortable that i almost instantly found myself asleep each time i sat in them. Quite unusual for me. Must have been a combination of fresh mountain air, lots of exercise and the angle of the chairs. We had guests come stay for a night and the lower level was perfect for their little family. Large spacious garage. The only drawback after being there 5 weeks was I would have liked a garage door opener. Hopefully on my next visit they will have one available for us. Overall great home, and location. We will definitely be staying there again.

We hiked, bikes and ran on all the trails every day. We spent fun days exploring hikes around Breck, Keystone and Vail. The house was so charming, we all wanted nothing more than to come back home in the evenings, cook family meals and enjoy the back deck. It was our favorite place to stay & we’ve been enjoying the High Country for over 20 years!

House was perfect for all of us. Grandparents stayed in the master on the 2nd floor. One family stayed on the main floor (2 bedrooms) and the other in the basement (2 bedrooms). Worked perfectly. House is brand new and super clean. Would definitely stay again.

Since it was basically new construction, everything was in perfect shape. The amenities were awesome. The older kids loved the gaming table and the actual games in the closet. The younger ones really loved those big blocks. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked. Mountain views were incredible. We would definitely stay here again.
