Loved our stay! Not a negative but living room furniture could use an upgrade. To include replacing both couches/throw pillows and exchanging the leopard chairs with nice recliners.

What a spot!!!!!

Beautiful property with absolutely everything you’ll need for a few nights to a months stay in Breckenridge! Less than 50 steps to the Gondola. So much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The hot tub out front is a huge highlight! It’s a beast!

Family Trip at Breckinridge

Overall we were happy with this VRBO. The property itself is extremely nice. The amenities were top notch. There is a heated garage with places to put skis and boots. There is a ton of storage to put all your gear. The bedrooms with bathrooms were pristine. I know some people said the beds were uncomfortable but they didn’t bother us. The location was also awesome. It’s about a 3 minute walk to a gondola that takes you to either peak 7 or 8. Some reviewers complained about the location of the hot tub but we thought the hot tub was great. Now to the negatives. Check in was 4 pm, and we asked to see if we could check in earlier as we had 2 young kids. We were told that we could not as it was a busy weekend. We got there at 4 (already a very late check in), and there were still cleaning people there, and the cleaning people asked us to come back as they weren’t finished. The property team told us to go ahead and let ourselves in, but who wants to start unloading stuff when people are still workin in the house. Then when asked for just a little extra time for check out (which is 10 am), we were told that couldn’t be accommodated. All I asked was for an hour. So it’s ok for the property to not be ready for a very late check in but won’t allow for a slightly later check out that is already extremely early. Next, only one bathroom had soap and shampoo. By the time we all got settled and noticed, it was very late and had to drive back out to get these items. We could not find the TV remote to the living room. I contacted the management team about it and was told it was in living room. We looked everywhere and could not find it. I was also told I could control with a tablet, and the only tablet was on the wall that seemed to control the sonos and not the tv. Instead of attempting to help us find it I got haphazard help. Overall we were happy with the trip because the property and location were top notch. However, if you are going to charge premium price, you should deliver premium service, and there were some aspects that could be improved upon.

Amazing home right on the Gondola

Clean, big house with plenty of room for big/multiple families. 5 min walk to the gondola. The only thing to call out is that the kitchen could have used more large family style serving platters and large pots for making big meals. Otherwise a perfect rental!

Great but.

Great place close to the gondola kinda of expensive for a 4pm check in and a 10am check out. Makes sense for a multiple day but an overnight not great to come off the slopes to check out and pack up to park in the local parking lot to come back to the slopes.

Great place for a large family getaway

This is a beautiful house with more features than we knew how to use. Easy walking distance to the gondola puts you quickly at peak 7 or peak 8. The heat works REALLY well, so well that we had to open the window in the bottom-floor bedroom to sleep (even though it was below zero outside). But maybe I was just too dumb to work the controls. Checking in and out was super easy.

Excellent experience

The house was very nice with functional rooms to accommodate 1-76 year olds. The roads were plowed each day and the walking distance to the gondolas which went to the ski slopes and town were outstanding.
