Felt like we stayed with friends
The house was just like it was posted. It was lovely and well stocked. From toilet paper, garbage bags, spices, paper towels, coffee pods, body lotion and much more. The view from the patio was amazing. It was close to town and the shuttle. We frequently use VRBO but this was by far our favorite house. The managers kept us well informed and were very accessible. The house was high quality. We felt like we stayed at a friend’s house. Coming from 74 ft above sea level to 10k above was a killer but we adjusted eventually. The town is charming. We could hike and shop all day to come home to a crockpot filled with food. Most days we cooked at the house and ate a lunch/early dinner in town. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the house.

Breckenridge Perfection
This was the perfect property for us. We needed 5 bedrooms for a party of 10. Given the size of our party, we tended to eat in and hang out in the unit a fair amount. In this property, everyone was so happy and had plenty of room. There were multiple living areas for teens to play games; adults to watch TV or visit; and others to work or have private conversations. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with dishes, cookware, cooking implements and everything needed for cooking for a large group for a week. I have rented many houses via VRBO and have never been this impressed with the included kitchen supplies. The bedrooms fit our needs perfectly too. We really appreciated the upstairs and main floor principal bedrooms as well as the bedrooms on the lower floor. Finally, the property managers were great too. Communication was top notch and they were super accessible. We really didn’t have issues while we were there. That being said, we appreciated their periodic check-ins.

Great Stay
This was our 2nd visit to this property with extended family (6 adults and 3 kids.) It’s a beautiful home with stunning views over Breck and convenient to downtown Breck, hiking trails, etc. Sarah communicates really well and responded so quickly when we found ants in the kitchen. Overall, this is a fantastic rental! We will definitely consider it again in the future!

Beautiful house!!

Beautiful property
Everything about our stay was wonderful. Check-in process was seamless, with frequent and prompt communication always. Sarah, the property owner, was a useful resource for finding hiking trails, restaurants, grocery stores, and even oxygen! The house itself was spacious, well-maintained, and beautiful in every way. The views were absolutely stunning. In short, we loved everything about our stay. We will definitely look into renting this house again the next time we return to Breckenridge.

Beautiful Home - Wonderful Memories
This is the perfect home for a family vacation. Wonderful views, comfy beds and fantastic hospitality. Every year my extended family gets together for a long weekend and this home has become the family favorite. As a larger group we appreciated having multiple bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids. All of the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The house was expertly cleaned and ready for our arrival. I would like to highlight Sarah's hospitality. From the moment we booked the home she was excellent in communication and expectations for our stay. The check in process was easier than any other mountain stay I have experienced thus far. Perfect location for getting to the slopes at Breckenridge and Keystone. There are tons of family games and a magnificent dining room table to gather around. We loved the pool table and hot tub features as well. We will definitely be looking to book our next trip in this wonderful home.

Excellent for large ski group
We had three families share the home and the space, bedrooms (w/bunks), views, and proximity to Breckenridge were all excellent. The property manager, Sarah, was easy to work with and very helpful. We even had a friendly fox make daily visits to say hello and a pair of moose wish us farewell. Five stars all around!

Amazing views and amenities
Communication with the manager of the property was excellent as was the location less than a block to the free Breckenridge shuttle. The house was very well stocked for our group of 11 with plenty of cookware/dining ware. Little touches like lotion in the bathrooms (it is so dry in Breckenridge!), starter toilet paper/paper towels and laundry/dish soap was much appreciated! We would/will absolutely book this property again :)

Friends and Family in Breckenridge
The house was a perfect location to get to the bus or have a short drive down to town. We really enjoyed having enough separate areas for us to spread out and the common areas were still a great size when we all wanted to be together. Sarah was a great host and made sure everything was just perfect.

Awesome home
Amazing home, super clean, tons of space. Easy access to free shuttle! Hot tub and pool table are a great addition for a comfy and leisurely stay! Host is very accessible and quick to respond with any questions and aid. It’s my second time at this home and will definitely stay again!

Paradise FOUND!
I booked this property in May 2021 for a January stay and it did not disappoint. Well appointed, amazing views, everything we needed for a family ski vacation. There were 9 of us total. Plenty of space. We cooked in every night and enjoyed all that the property had to offer. The hot tub was a great place to decompress after a day on the slopes. Sarah (the host) was in touch from the get-go to make sure we had all that we needed. By the end of our stay she felt like an old family friend. I truly appreciated her being available to answer a few questions and to connect with. We had one small issue that the housecleaners overlooked and it was remedied immediately-nothing major. We all agreed that we would definitely stay here again while in the Breckenridge area. I definitely recommend this property for travelers with high standards.

First Family Ski Trip
The house was more amazing in person than the pictures! There was enough room and space for everyone of all ages. The teens enjoyed the oversized bunk beds, while the adults enjoyed their rooms with heated floors in the bathrooms. Sarah was over the top helpful and accommodating. She was always available or checking in to make sure our stay was stress-free. We would definitely stay here again, or any of her other properties

Amazing getaway for families!
Every detail was thought of....heated path to hot tub, ample storage for skiing, kitchen equipment galore, plenty of supplies, games galore. And then there is the view and the ample space. We had eight middle/high schoolers and five adults. It was pain free for all with so many entertainment areas. Property manager was extremely responsive. We requested more towels and propane...delivered right away. Highly recommend.

Luxurious Picturesque Mountain Escape
From the moment we stepped into this lovely house, it was apparent that this was going to be a special vacation. The accommodations had been cleaned throughly and the check-in process was very simple. The mountain views were amazing and it was even more spacious than the pictures appeared. The recommendations in the binder were well received and we took advantage of a number of the restaurants and outing locations that were open during this time of the season. We also chose to utilize an oxygen machine from one of the recommended distributors, which helped us acclimatize to the approximately 10,000' altitude. We were blessed with snow upon arrival and were greeted by Junior and his friend (the beautiful and playful red fox locals) foraging along the entrance road. The pool table, hot tub, well-appointed bathrooms, and spacious kitchen were highlights for my family. It was a short (under 10 minutes, even with snow) drive into downtown Breckenridge for shopping and the gondolas to take you to the ski slopes. The snow plows were active as soon as needed and the busses (although we did not take advantage of them) appeared to be routine and the nearest stop was close by (end of the block). I would definitely stay here again and hope to do so when we can ski more.

Breck Family Getaway

Fabulous house in the mountains
We loved this house!!! We spent 4 weeks here for the summer and couldn't have asked for more. The house manager was incredibly attentive and the house was fully stocked with basics. The house is high on the mountain which makes for amazing views but still conveniently located 10 mins from town. Beautiful hikes within walking distance. Plenty of space for our family of 6 plus several families who came to visit during our stay. I highly recommend this house.

Family Vacation
Sarah was so easy to work with. She called right after booking and sent recommendations on things to do. We had 14 of us and the house had plenty of room. The lower level was great for the kids to hang out. Beautiful views from the house. The home was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked as well as the rest of the house. We used the humidifier and fans. We had a minor incident and Sarah had it corrected quickly. It was a great experience.

The Perfect Vacation House
We visited this beautiful property for 6 days in May 2021. The house filled everything we were hoping for and more. The views are out of this world: snow capped mountains, trees a beautiful deep valley in front of you. I don’t think you can find many better in the area. The furnishings are all very nice and comfortable. The hot tub on the top floor with the view mentioned above will have you prioritizing your day just to make it back for more hot tub relaxation. We had 5 people on the trip but there was plenty of space for 10+. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Communication with host was fantastic. Checkin and checkout was simple and quick. There is really nothing else that needs to be said. Book it!!

5 Star House and Stay
My family and I have been renting homes, both in the US and abroad, for years. Without a doubt this was the BEST/FAVORITE home and experience we've had over the years. Sarah was fantastic with the logistics and being at the ready if we had any questions/issues (which we did not). The house is gorgeous, very clean, and has all the amenities that you can ask for in a rental (especially the kitchen). Her husband did a GREAT job with the design, layout, and decorations. And the view. . . WOW!! If we are ever in Breck in the future, I will be booking this wonderful house months in advance to make sure we get it again! Thx Sarah.

Amazing Mountain Home!!!
We loved our stay in this mountain home! Our group ranged in age from 15 to 80 and everyone was pleased. The spectacular views cannot be beat and make the ten minute drive to town worth the effort. The best view was enjoyed in the hot tub...beautiful mountain landscapes during the day and wide open starry sky at night. There are three large living areas with lots of comfortable seating, a pool table and a very well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the extra touches like a full spice rack, very nice pots and pans, and especially the humidifiers which were really needed by the second day or so of breathing dry Colorado air. Sarah, the host, is amazing. She truly cares about her guests and wants their stay to be perfect. We hope to return!!!

Amazing
Sarah’s property in Breckenridge was nothing short of amazing. She was in constant communication to make sure we had everything we needed. The pictures of the house do not do it justice. It was well stocked with everything we needed for meals. Although we were just one family, the house was perfect for a group with three separate hang out areas. I can’t say enough good things about the house and our experience with Sarah.

Exceptional property, exceptional hospitality
We arrived to an impeccably clean home that checked every box for our family ski trip. Sarah was a fantastic host! She communicated very well throughout our stay and always respected our privacy and schedules. Our group of 10 ranged in age from 2-70 years. The beds were wonderful! Stocked with plenty of feather pillows and extra blankets. The heated floors, hot tub and fireplaces were a cozy treat after a long day of skiing. The perfectly stocked kitchen was our favorite gathering space. The house is 10 minutes from town and provides a bird’s eye view of the slopes. Quite simply, the perfect ski vacation home!

Incredible views from every window on every floor!
The incredible views make this already spacious house feel immense. (The pictures almost don't do it justice). No matter where you're standing, you can enjoy a view of the surrounding mountains or downtown Breckenridge (far below this mountain perch). If you go out on the deck, you almost get vertigo (in a good way) looking down on the resort. The best feature has to be the kitchen and great room. The kitchen is modern and very well stocked. We made (vegan) gourmet meals and dessert every night and had all the appliances and utensils we needed. If you don't bring your own (like us), there are also spices and some staples there you can use. The natural wood dining table is incredible. And the great room has a huge TV with an excellent soundbar to entertain you while you cook. When you want to get away from the kitchen, you can venture upstairs to the coffee / card table / drinking / game nook with kitchenette and drink cooler or play a round on the pool table. We also used that room to get our Daily Burn on as there was plenty of space in front of the TV for a workout. It was a little too cold and windy for us to try out the hot tub on the upper deck, but the view from there cannot be beat. The beds in the master bedroom is very comfortable and cozy. We also loved the heated floor in the master bath. The shower head is pretty basic, though the pebble floor gives you a great foot massage. There are so many TVs you'll have a hard time deciding where to chillax to watch a movie or show (on Xfinity or your own Roku like us). We gravitated towards the great room. The owner (Sarah) is very hands on and friendly, so you'll never be lost or left wanting for something. She'll want you to have a great stay and won't have it any other way. That's why we'll be back!

Great house and location
We stayed for a week in July. The house was excellent and set up well for a large group with 3 private bedrooms and a bunk room. It worked out great for us as we had family with some friends. There are also three living room areas so people could separate and do their own thing. Location is really nice with beautiful view of the Breckenridge slopes. Hot tup, upstairs wet bar and pool table all a bonus. Definitely recommend this property if you're looking for a stay in Breckenridge.

Beautiful home
This was our first time staying in Breckenridge and it couldn’t have gone smoother. The house is beautiful and comfortable. Some days we were able to quickly get to downtown via bus, other days we simply enjoyed the views from all windows and played pool. Sarah, the property manager, was proactive ensuring we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommended way to get away while still feeling having that “home” feeling.

Beautiful Home
The house was incredible with multiple areas for groups to hang out, sparkling clean and spacious rooms, and comfortable beds (including the bunk beds)! It’s also a short drive to Main Street. The property manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we arrived ok and had everything we needed, and assisted in getting a forgotten item back to us after our stay as well!

Majestic Vacation
Where to begin? From the night we booked the home, we had regular contact with Sarah. She filled us in on everything we would need to know! And the home.. so incredible!! Views from the back of the home were breathtaking. Junior the fox came to see us every morning and he was a highlight for my little ones! House was spotless, beds were comfortable and kitchen tools and bathrooms were well-stocked. Town is a small journey down the hill which was no problem. The peace and quiet and views were exactly what we were looking for! Thanks Sarah! We will return!

Perfect Breck Getaway!!
Our group of 6 had a wonderful stay! This home is exactly as described online and Sarah couldn’t have been better to work with. She was extremely attentive and was available from the minute we booked until our departure. The home is beautiful, clean and was plenty big for our group of three couples to spread out and enjoy our own space. Can’t tell you how much fun we had with the pool table as well. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!

Breck's Finest
We had a chance to stay at this awesome luxury home in mid-May. Each room was nicely appointed with modern industrial furniture, the layout was perfect for a group of 10, and the views were absolutely AMAZING. The shuttle was a minute walk up the hill. And, they even have a friendly fox that hung out. If we head back to Breckenridge, we will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience
The house was perfect for 3 families. It was set up perfectly for adults and kids. Would definitely stay here again. Sarah checked in on us twice a day even though we didn’t need anything it was good to have that service. Make sure and book Petra to cook for you a night or two. What a great option to have.

Beautiful spacious modern home
The pictures do not do this home justice and the views are nothing short of spectacular. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pantry was well stocked with basics and spices. Sarah was very responsive to all inquiries.

Amazing House and Fantastic Customer Service
We stayed for four nights and we were extremely pleased with the house and the cleanliness of the property. The views are spectacular and the rooms are spacious. We came with three little ones all under the age of 6 and they were able to enjoy time together without being on top of the adults. Most importantly, however, is how amazing Sarah - the owner - was. We had about 2 feet of snow over the course of our stay and she was in touch at least once a day to check in on us and to ensure we had what we needed to get out of the house and out to the slopes and to the airport on the last day. You can tell that she really loves her customers and cares that they have a great experience. We definitely would rent again if we return to Breck!

Great location, Great home, Great Host
The home is located in a great spot above town. You won't be able to ski in/ski out, but you will be able to enjoy a great view! The house itself is nice with a master on the main level and upstairs, and the downstairs rooms are good as well. The bunk area was a hit and was a great place for the kids to catch some rest. Additionally, the hot tub, pool table and large tv's were a great way to spend some family time recuperating after a day on the slopes. This house is a great value for what you get. Our host Sarah was in constant contact and was highly available for questions and truly wants feedback in order to improve the experience of her guests.

Amazing house!!!!
House was absolutely amazing. There were two master suites, which worked out perfectly since 2 families were staying in house. Very modern, clean, and high end. Stunning views of mountains and the town below. Breckenridge was a lovely town to vacation in, and this house made it even better! Sarah was extremely helpful. She checked in daily to make sure we didn’t need anything. Was very helpful with helping us find local activities and restaurants. House was stocked with games, laundry detergent, towels, and all the necessities. Highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed! -Sara from Zionsville

Beautiful home, great for large groups or families!
Loved everything about our groups stay. The house was as beautiful as advertised (and the views were equally incredible). The host, Sarah, was extremely helpful and gave us a lot of great advice. Transportation was also very convenient as the house is very close to the free shuttle that goes into town every 30 minutes. I plan on staying at this home again in the future. Highly recommend!

This home was gorgeous, with spectacular views.
This home had everything we needed for a trip to the mountains. The deck had spectacular views, the hot tub on the upper deck was enjoyed by everyone. The house had all the amenities we needed, was spacious and very comfortable for our family gathering. We could not have asked for anything more!
