Might be the best overall experience I've ever had. Starting with the engagement once I reserved, to the arrival and responsive to questions, along with the most stocked rental I've ever had. Condiments, coffee, creamer, dog treats, blankets, extra everything!The team was so helpful. The place is all about location, quiet but a few blocks from everything in Breckenridge. Hot tub is great for 4, and private.We will be back

We'll be back!

Wish this had been our destination, instead of a brief pitstop! Bed and linens super comfortable and very high quality - slept great! Hot tub was so fun to enjoy while it snowed on us as we watched the NBA playoffs on the TV though the window! Thoughtful touches (high-end shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, etc.) Enhanced our Breck experience!

Excellent Accommodations

It was perfect! A cute cottage with everything you would need. A kitchen with all the utensils to cook if you don’t want to eat out. Two nice size bedrooms. A patio and a hot tub for enjoying evenings outside. And my favorite part is that it’s 6 minutes walking distance from Main Street! Perfect!!

Would highly recommend this place! The owners had it decorated for Christmas during our holiday stay, the place was stocked with everything you could imagine, and so very clean. We enjoyed the 2 block walk to Main Street for shopping and dining. Thanks for everything. Will definitely book here again!

Perfect.

This place was perfect. Great location. Clean. Beyond well stocked. Not a thing to complain about. It does get a little warm inside in the midsummer, but with night temps in the upper 40’s, the place cools off with windows open and fans going. Would definitely stay again.

Quaint, Convenient Cottage in Town

For a small group looking for a single-family residence (i.e. not a condo) with a private hot tub, this is a fantastic option. The 2BR Cottage comfortably fits a small family or group up to 4. The home is very clean, tidy, well-decorated and well appointed with a nice living room with plenty of couch space, a large TV and a lovely gas fire stove for heating. The kitchen was perfect for cooking up big breakfasts before heading to the mountain, And the private hot tub was perfect for recovery. And all of this in the middle of Breckenridge, walkable to main street and all the restaurants, shops and bars.

Wonderful break in Breck

We had a fantastic stay. The cottage was modern, cosy and comfy. It was extremely well stocked with everything you might need for cooking. The fact it was per friendly was a huge reason we booked the cottage and we were very happy with how it all turned out. The only thing I would say is that the Gondola is more like 10 minute walk when you are bearing the weight of skis or a snowboard . Would definitely book again.

Wonderful Place

We stayed here over Christmas, and we had a wonderful stay. The location is great, and the house had everything we needed during our stay. Place is cozy and well stocked. The host went above and beyond to make our stay during Christmas special including leaving a gingerbread decorating kit for us and putting up a Christmas tree. Hot tub was great. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful trip

The cottage was cute and comfortable for our stay. Everything was inviting and welcoming. We typically visit Breckenridge in the summer so it was a treat to visit in the fall. We enjoyed accessibility to walk to the dog park and to town without having the hassle of parking. The snow at the end of our stay was a treat. Definitely recommend!

Breck cottage

This was one of our favorite accommodations to date. Loved the bed, space, and kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in. The private hot tub was much appreciated. This is the perfect location, about a 5 min walk to Main Street while still feeling private and quiet. The property managers were easy to communicate with and helped troubleshoot an issue with the hot tub. Really appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as providing coffee beans, bean grinder, and all the spices. We travel a lot with our dog and obviously require a pet friendly lodging and this was the first place where they provided dog water and food bowl. We will definitely be back!
