The most beautiful home! It exceeded all of my expectations. It was stunning, super clean, comfortable, beautiful views, very convenient location! The team was extremely helpful and quick at responding as well. I never wanted to leave and will hopefully be back for another trip!

Cross Country Team Training

Slopeside Manor was an excellent place for our XC team to stay. It allowed for everyone to enjoy something while we stayed - either sit in quiet to read, or get together for some team bonding with games or movies. It was one of, if not the best places we've stayed in our many years of bringing our teams to Colorado.

Fantastic property for families

This was a great home with great property management who proactively reached out multiple times to ensure everything was going well. They shoveled the snow and everything in the home was thoughtout. This was by far the most memorable trip for our family.

Family reunion

The property is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. All communication I had with the manager was responded to in a very timely fashion. We had 16 people staying there and the home was perfect for that number.

Five 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!

Our family had an incredible stay here. The house is huge and modern with every amenity. We have a large family but still had SO much space to spread out. The host was super responsive while we were there and responded within a few minutes anytime we had an inquiry! It is very close to town and the slopes. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it!

School reunion

We had a large group meeting for a reunion. The communication with the owner was great. They checked in frequently with me. The property was very clean and had all the amenities listed. We had a great time in Breckenridge.

Amazing location and amazing home

This was our second time staying at Slopeside Manor. It is a magnificent home in a truly magnificent location. Skiers of every level, first timers through expert, are able to navigate the slopes from the true ski-in/ski-out location just above the base of Peak 8. The bedrooms are all king sized with ensuites and the bunk room is a dream for kids aged from 5 through 20. We can't recommend this stunning property enough.

The house is 80 yards from a simple place to ski in / ski out on a learning hill that takes you right to base.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Breckenridge! The house was spacious, giving our whole group plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location was great—close enough to town to be convenient, but still peaceful and quiet.One unexpected bonus: so many towels! We never had to worry about running out, which is always a plus with a large group. The home was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable—everyone slept well after our mountain adventures.We did run into a couple of small issues during our stay, but the customer service was excellent and everything was taken care of right away. That level of responsiveness really made a difference.Highly recommend this property—we’d absolutely stay here again!

Big Family - Perfect House

Haven't been to Colorado in 10 years. Our family has 3 generations and 13 members and has vacationed at a different location each of the last few years. We enjoy a big house where we can relax, make our meals, and enjoy activities in and around the property. Slopeside did not disappoint. Roomy and comfortable. Everyone wanted to stay!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our work retreat. My husband and I brought our 8 employees. We used the theatre room for presentations and workshops during the day. In the evenings we relaxed in the game room, hot tub, and fire pit area. The kitchen had plenty of room for all us to pitch in and help with meals. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us.

Ski and Snowmobiling Retreat

Great house in a perfect location. Easy access to ski runs on Peak 8. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We brought in most of our meals, but made a full breakfast for everyone every day. Very comfortable beds. Plenty of gathering spaces in the house. Loved the comfortable theater seats for watching movies and sports with everyone. Management is very responsive. The five King Suites in the house would make this a good location for a group of married friends. I will likely be booking Slopeside Manor again for future retreats.

Unbelievable home!

We were a large group of friends. This house had everything we could want. We had many outdoor activities planned but the house made us all want to hang out and enjoy each others company. Game room on first floor was wonderful with the pool table, poker table and large tv was just perfect. Kitchen easily accommodated the 15 of us. Every pot, pan and utensil you need. Bedrooms were perfect, comfortable!! The area in Breckinridge where the house was located was scenic, beautiful and just a short ride to downtown Breckinridge!!! This house is absolutely stunning every inch of it.

Enormous House with All the Amenities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our week long ski trip to Breck. It fit 6 adults and 4 kids very comfortably. We loved the spacious bedrooms and gas fireplaces. The kitchen set up was perfect, it never felt crowded. We used the upstairs living room the most so we could all be together. It might be nice to have more seating in that area. The access to the slopes could not have been easier. The complimentary shuttle was so additive, a fun time and no need to worry about driving to town. We have been renting homes at various resorts for 7 years with the same families and this was the best house yet!

Host is very responsive and very amenable. The house is amazing - Has everything you need. We did family Thanksgiving here and the kitchen was perfect for cooking for that large of a group! The downstairs with the theater and games was a great place for all of us to enjoy together! You will not be disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home has great potential...its location, design, size, and amenities all offer the promise of a memorable stay. However, the general maintenance & cleaning shortcomings preclude giving this property a five star review. The garage floor was beyond filthy, one of the rear speakers in the movie room was blown, dust fell from the fans when turned-on, the master bedroom & lower family room carpets need thorough cleaning, the barbecue grill was in desperate need of cleaning, and the outside decks & patios were unclean to say the least. All items on this list could be EASILY addressed and REMEDIED...that's not asking too much, especially based on the photos and rental fee that imply "all is in order!"

Location is perfect with it being just a 5-10 minute walk to the gondola and all the mountain activities being right there! Grocery store was a5 minute drive. Had plenty of towels, humidifiers, kitchen utensils. We loved the games and the kids bunk room is amazing. The double showers in the kids bath is so convenient!! I love that each room had a bathroom as well. The management company was so attentive. We needed a new toaster and they showed up in 5 minutes with one! The only negative is the house is not soundproof and any movement upstairs was heard in the downstairs bedrooms. Bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper :)
