Superb accommodation and renter support
Everything we expected, great location less than 200m from main lift, and close to centre of town. 3 good-sized bedrooms, lovely lounge/kitchen/dining room. Very responsive support from renters (Jeff and Sandy). Skiing is excellent - had 8 days - but take it easy for a couple of days due to altitude. 3rd highest ski area in the world :) Small note for non-US visitors - hard cards are available via renters if you have difficulty due to non-US mobiles - the mobile App requires signal or wi-fi initiation, so can be a problem if your mobile has no US coverage, or if expensive to turn on roaming in US.

Family ski vacation
Our first "out west" ski vacation. We absolutely loved the condo and location. The kitchen was well appointed, and user friendly. We also enjoyed the boot/glove warmer wall rack. That was huge, as well as the health club and underground parking. Thank you!

Perfect stay!
What a wonderful condo, amazingly appointed. Perfect location for ski in ski out, or to simply wander town, all walkable. Definitely buy the parking pass, otherwise parking can be tricky. Will stay again!

Perfect Fall Get-a-way
We stayed here for 2 weeks at the end of September. The Condo was well-equipped with just about everything one could need or want for a short stay. The location was just about perfect with everything downtown being within walking distance, yet still had some good views of the surrounding mountains. The hosts were very responsive and quickly answered our questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Great space and comfy beds
We enjoyed our stay at Peak 9. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It had 3 king size beds that were very comfortable. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. I would stay here again.

Breck
We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was just as listed. Easy check in process. Condo is perfect for walking down main street and looking at all the shops and restaurants. We only used our car on a few occasions (went to grocery store). The kids loved the pool, paddle board's, shops on site. We had a small issue with lack of toliet paper but was resolved fast with a quick email to owner. My only complaint (which isnt a complaint at all) is the gas grill that can be used for all tenants is not a self light grill. Remember to bring a lighter. The condo didnt have one and we didnt bring one.

Excellent location
My family had a great time! Had my 1.5 yr old granddaughter with our group and was perfect with the basket of toys, high chair and pack n play. We will definitely rent again if available for next ski trip! Owner was absolutely amazing with communication and help. Thank you again!

Great location and a beautiful condo
The location of the condo can’t be beat! Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean! We did have a bit of a hassle with the check in as our room was not ready at the time specified and we had to wait for cleaning, but we would definitely stay again! Thank you for an awesome trip!

Great Stay!
We had a great stay here at Bright Haus Condominiums. The place was roomy and had everything we needed. the bathrooms and kitchen were recently renovated with beautiful designs and attention to detail. great lighting too. Beds were comfortable, had all the amenities we needed. Great location.

Great Location and Great Condo
We were very pleased with this condo. The location was outstanding. It was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed watching all the hustle and bustle in the village while we sipped our coffee in front of the fireplace. I highly recommend this property.

Great location
Great space, great location. One block away from Main Street. Checking in was a little complicated/confusing. Owners were wonderful and easy to get ahold of when needed. Absolutely would stay here again.

Great summer trip with young kids

Cozy condo with amazing location
We LOVE everything about this condo. The owners have great communication about the check in process and are available if you need anything. The location is so close to Main Street and easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The kitchen is stocked nicely. The giant sectional is so comfy for the whole family and the bunk room is great for the kiddos!

Perfect Location
We just had a great stay at this property! Very spacious and clean! The kids loved the bunkbed room and the little nooks were a favorite. My kids also thought the little toy basket was fun and a great surprise! Master bathroom was very nice. We also enjoyed all of the balconies! The best part of this property is the location as we were able to walk to anywhere along Main Street as well as get the gondola. Highly recommended this property! The only thing to note is this unit is advertised as having air conditioning, however it is just a portable units in the living room. It ended up being OK as we open the windows and used fans in the room but it is not central air.

Thank you for your kind review and we are so happy you enjoyed the condo and amazing location. We recently installed the portable AC this year in the living area. It is rarely used since the temperature in Breckenridge is normally very cool and AC is rarely needed. These past two weeks the low was 50 degrees and the high 73. The fans do a great job of pulling in the mountain air. The condo does have balconies on 3 sides so it is easy to ventilate the condo with cool air.

Blissful Breckinridge
Our family had a peaceful, relaxing vacation in this lovely condo in the heart of Breckinridge. We loved the location, the health club, and the views from the balconies! The condo itself has all the extras! The kitchen is updated & well-appointed. It included both a traditional coffee maker & Keurig. The family room was very comfortable & a great gathering spot. We loved having our coffee or enjoying a quick meal on the balconies. The beds were comfortable & each member of our family enjoyed having space to relax. Having an in-unit washer/dryer is a bonus. We imagine the boot dryer would be invaluable during winter season. The bathrooms have been renovated & they are very nice! You will love the newly remodeled health club with the 4 wonderful jacuzzi’s-nice way to relax after an active day! Communication was great. Highly recommend this condo! You will not be disappointed!

Spring Break Fun
We had a great time staying at this property. Right in the Village, which made it easy to get everywhere without driving and do everything we wanted to do. Beautiful accommodations and all questions answered promptly. Wonderful workout facilities, game area, and amazing pool and numberous hot tubs for soaking in after skiing. Excellent accommodations, perfect location
Our family of four enjoyed 6 days in this beautifully appointed condo. We loved the location in the Village-- just steps from the Quicksilver lift and downtown Main Street. Retail and food options in the Village were also ideal. The Gravity Haus coffee shop was a morning favorite for specialty coffees (the condo also had a traditional coffee maker as well as a Keurig). The condo was exactly as advertised with surprise and delights such as sleds (which we didn't use but would be great for families with younger children), games, plenty of outlets and charging ports, portable nightlights, plentiful aromatherapy spa-grade products such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotions. We also loved the alcove with the boot and glove dryer right inside the door. The convenience to the mountain and ski rental shops, which also stored our skis every night, alone was worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

SPRING BREAK 2023
Excellent location (a short walk to lift and town), Extremely comfortable Condo (boot/glove warmer, Washer/Dryer in unit + more), along with Fun filled skiing across the mountain! Our family of five found the condo very comfortable and clean with easy check in, service (key cards are very easily demagnetized), and check out. We have stayed in various units around the Village over the years with this one being the best so far by far. The condo is well equipped with utensils, plates, cups, etc. and we had no problem cooking meals in the well lit kitchen area during our 8 day stay. Additionally the full rack of spices for cooking was a nice touch. The bedrooms were all very comfortable with good mattresses and solid frames. Even the beds in the bunk room were very solid. From years of experience, we can not say that about many of the other units where we have stayed. The in-unit washer and dryer are very nice and allowed us to pack less for the trip. The bathrooms were updated, very clean, and had plenty of hot water (felt good after a long day of skiing). Although we did not use the fold out bed in the living room, the sectional itself was very comfortable along with the easy one-touch controls for the gas fireplace. The large wooden dining table was comfortable and provided space to land computers when not utilized for serving meals. We also had very clear and timely communication from the owners regarding check-in, overall service, and check-out procedures. Again, not something we have consistently experienced with other units over the years. A few small items of little issue: - provide more than 3 trash bags for a week stay - same with dishwasher pods (5 people create lots of dishes) - same with washer soap - Kitchen faucet is very nice - but loose - mount needs to be tightened - bottom hinge on top cabinet door with lazy-susan in corner is loose - I would have tightened if I had a screw driver. Overall - this is an amazingly well kept condo and our family would definitely rent again (although we just checked for our dates next year and it is already gone ... ) Thanks again for a GREAT time in Breck! We do try and make the condo something special for our guests and go above and beyond with the amenities like the spice rack, washer/dryer, boot warmer and custom floating bunks. We appreciate you letting us know about the 2 maintenance items, maintenance is already on it. The cleaning crew provides a start set up soaps, trash bags, paper products, and toiletries. Guests can contact the front desk for additional supplies at no charge. We hope you can visit again soon.

Family ski trip at Bright Haus Villa
Everything as advertised and as pictured. You can NOT beat this location. A 3 min walk (or less) from bldg lobby to either the slopes or Main Street (shops and restaurants). The condo itself is well appointed with Plenty of space for our group of 6 adults. All finishes and appliances are fully updated and tastefully done. My favorite was the huge gas fireplace. And as a bonus, the in-unit full sized washer dryer. (Not common for many of The Village condos). But key to saving packing space, especially when you are transporting full ski gear. Lastly, the owners were great. They responded immediately with any correspondence. Usually within an hour. Great Condo!

Beautiful and perfect location
My only negative was the check-in process because we weren't told that parking was free, so we spent over $100 on the first day for parking and then told later our parking was free, so it was really disappointing. Everything else was amazing. The views, the balconies, the location, the bathroom... loved everything! It was so beautiful and would definitely come back!

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I am sorry there was some confusion on the parking. We only charge the guest the parking fee that the HOA charges us for an owner permit, if available, which for your stay you paid $25. We are only allowed one permit per condo which was noted prior to your stay. Since you had 2 additional vehicles, additional details were sent with your check in information on other Town of Breckenridge Parking options from $5-$40/nt. The front desk does have other parking options also and can charge up to $50/nt for parking if available, which we do not control. There is no free overnight parking in Breckenridge. I did check with the supervisor at the front desk regarding your comment, they stated they do not have any free parking. There are some new front desk agents that might not be aware of the parking fees.

We had five adults at the Bright Haus - the location has great access to Quicksilver lift, downtown/Main Street and restaurants. The Haus has a great layout and very comfortable beds. We reached out to Jeff with a question and he was very responsive. Highly recommend the property.

Best week ever!
We absolutely LOVED this property and the SUPER responsive owners! The location was unbeatable...Right at the bottom of the Quicksilver lift and ski school. We were able to go back to the condo for lunch or hot chocolate on days that we needed it. We could also easily walk to Main Street for dinner. The condo was immaculate and beautiful! It was a tad smaller in person than the pictures made it seem, but based on the square footage, I expected that. The bedroom with 4 beds was pretty cramped, but we just slept in there, and the family room and kitchen were spacious, so it wasn't a problem. The boot/glove driers were awesome, and we loved having covered/heated underground parking. Our Thule made our car too tall to drive in, but the front desk was happy to store it for us all week. We cannot wait to come back!

Great holiday trip
We had such a great trip, and the property had a lot to do with that. The great location made it easy for our whole crew, for both skiing and walking around town. The place itself was very relaxing and plenty of room for us to relax at the end of the day around the fire. The kitchen was well appointed and allowed us to cook several meals while we were there. The bedrooms were spacious and the bedding was extremely comfortable. We would highly recommend this property and really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Early Christmas Trip
Rented condo for an early Christmas trip and we’re more than pleased with the condo. Everything was as presented and location couldn’t be better to hit the slopes or walk around downtown! We weee super excited to find fans and humidifiers, to a of chafing stations, bathrooms were amazing and beds were super comfy! Already taking about reserving for next year!

Excellent stay
We came out to Breckenridge to have a Christmas holiday vacation. Most wanted to ski but some didn’t. It was a perfect location to get on the lift or to walk and shop downtown. Our vehicle didn’t leave its warm covered parking spot. Lots of room for 3 couples and family with full kitchen and laundry. The view was good looking up the mountain where the ski lift ran. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

Close to the slopes
We had a great time skiing over the weekend. Very clean and comfortable for the 6 of us. Short walk to the lift and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend staying here!

Awesome Condo near downtown!
We will definitely be coming back. The pictures show you exactly what you get. Plenty of room. Great views of the mountains. Easy walking to downtown and the gondolas. Everything about the experience was easy. The owner was very easy to work with, and made accommodations for us as we had some date changes. Can’t say enough good things here.

Perfect Breckenridge Getaway
This was the perfect place to stay! The unit itself is impeccable and so relaxing. It’s right on Main St., which means easy access and walking distance to all of the fun shops and restaurants. Would stay here again!
