My husband and I bought tickets to see my favorite band at Red Rocks, and made a vacation trip out of it. We chose Breckenridge as our “home base” and were pleasantly surprised to find this property available for our dates of choice. It was perfect with regards to location, size, and amenities! We rented an SUV through Turo, but really only needed it for our drive from the airport, to and from concert, to the grocery store, and back to the airport—as we were easily able to walk everywhere else for shopping and restaurant dining. The weather was spectacular, and we loved being able to sleep with the windows open at night. And even though we were close to many patios with outdoor musical entertainment, we never had a single issue with noise. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, the bathroom was spacious and included a large shower, and the deck was our favorite place to begin our mornings and end our evenings. We cannot say enough positive things about this property, and have zero regrets choosing it for our stay! 10/10 recommend for a couple’s getaway!

We stayed here for the start of the ski season and it was wonderful! Only a 5 minute walk to the gondolas so there was no need to drive to the resort. The house was clean, the noise level was not high even with the property on Main Street. I would highly recommend staying here!

Overall we had a great stay here. Cannot beat the location. We left our car parked the entire time and walked everywhere. Can easily walk to everything from this location including the gondola up to the peaks. Bathroom was really nice, and appliances were all high end. Balcony had great mountain views. The location was very quiet most of the time, which was probably helped due to the rooftop restaurant next door being out of business, although it appears a new business is demo/reenovating it and we're working on it during our stay. Only negatives were no air-conditioning which was expected. Only the back windows had screens, so you couldn't get a lot of breeze going to the bedroom. The unit did have two box fans which helped airflow, although a ceiling fan in the bedroom would have helped. The refrigerator had a loud rattle which went on almost non-stop during our stay which was rather annoying but we tuned it out eventually. These were rather minor inconveniences which did not detract from our stay overall.

My wife and I stayed at this property during the summer and it was great. It's location in downtown Breckenridge meant that we could walk to everything we wanted to. The property is well stocked and we would stay there again.

Been going to Breck with my husband in the summers since 2000. Most of the locations did/do not have A/C, but they communicated the fact in advance. They had good air circulation with the fans provided. This location did not have AC. It had radiant floors that were left on upon arrival, making the unit even warmer. The lowest temp in the evening during our stay was 74 (only 1 night). Mostly high 70’s and 80s (I took pics of the readings). Two fans were provided but they could not create good air circulation in the bedroom. I asked about the temp the day after our arrival and was told Breck units mostly had no A/C. Thermostat had heat/air options - it would be good to post that it doesn’t control anything except the floor on/off. It took two days to realize the floor heat was still on. Other locations we’ve stayed have had fans, and/or Dyson portable A/C units. The location was the best we have had in 20+ years! But due to lack of good sleep during our stay, a window unit or other means to keep the unit cool while not leaving the unit open/insecure would need to be verified before staying there in the summer again.

We went to Breck the weekend before Memorial Day weekend. Technically it is the Muddy Season but far from being muddy. Our VRBO had a great location, the designated parking spot was nice. This is a perfect spot in the off season or if you want to hit the social scene during the season, you would be right in it. Super impressed with Alpine Edge's check-in process and communication. Will definetly rent from them again!

You'll be hard pressed to find a better location in Breckenridge. Whether you want to go shopping, eat, hop on the shuttle and cruise around town, you can count the number of minutes it will take to get practically anywhere on one hand. My one concern when booking was that it might be too loud being so close to town, but the walls here must be made of lead, because we never had a problem getting to sleep at night. The kitchen is decently stocked but serious cooks will want to bring their own cast iron pan. We will definitely be re-visiting this place when we're next in town!

We enjoyed our time in Breckenridge. The apartment is in a great location by The Blue River and Main Street. When maintenence was needed, the real estate management company was wonderful and responded that day. The apartment had everything needed and was exactly as advertised.
