A cozy place to stay that is walkable to quicksilver lift. The condo is across the street from the Breck local market and 2 blocks from Main Street so it is a great place to stay for being central. The layout is compact, efficient and yet comfortable. A great place to stay for a couple or a group of 4.

Can't beat the location! A block away from my favorite part of downtown Breck, 8 min walk to the nearest lift, and right across from a grocery store. The place is also nice and spacious and has everything you need.

The property was so accommodating, from the abundance of jacket hooks, and extra linens. Location of the property was extremely convenient, not so close you heard noise from the bar, but close enough we didnt drive anywhere. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!

This was truly an amazing property! The location is spectacular and we walked everywhere - including restaurants, bars, and hiking trails. We visited during Sept and did not get to experience the skiing but I can only image how awesome it would be. The layout of the home was perfect with two large bedrooms with large closets and so many additional bedding and pillow options. The kitchen is adorable and super well stocked with literally everything….spices, utensils, dishes, Britta pitcher, coffee maker, cutting boards and so much more. The fireplace made our stay so cozy along with all the lighting options of lamps and dimmers and candles. Every night we remarked at how cozy and comfortable we felt. We loved the large dining table and the supply of puzzles and games. And of course, I have to mention the spectacular view! Wow! We fell in love with Breckenridge on our first visit. We will be back.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is absolutely perfect in downtown Breckenridge, the place is decorated super cute, and everything was really clean. The beds were super comfortable, same with the couch. We loved it. Easy checkin and checkout! Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Breck!

Overall, the property was great! It was walkable to main street and it was very clean for a pet friendly property. My biggest call-out is that the stairs are not pet-friendly. They are metal anti-slip and have spots that stick up to grip your shoes. If your dog is too large to be picked up I'd recommend packing shoes or something for them. I would 100% stay again.

Very nice place located next to Main St. Great neighborhood and close to a dog park which was convenient for us to walk out dogs to. The condo was well taken care of and decorated nicely. Bed was comfortable too. I would definitely recommend.

Great location, not very clean

The best part about this condo is the location- easy walking to nearly anything downtown. However, it was extremely dirty. Both showers wouldn’t drain nor would the master sink. Cabinet doors were falling off and many of the dishes in cabinets were filthy. The bed frames were rickety and shook if you so much as sat on the bed or rolled over. Be sure to bring your own paper towels and toilet paper. They only have one ply. We checked in on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and requested they come to fix the showers and reclean. They showed up unannounced on Thanksgiving morning and we requested they return on Friday but they never did. Communication with the property manager was terrible. It’s obvious they’re just a large company and don’t care about customer service. Great location like I said but everything else about this place was disappointing. Not sure how it’s received good reviews for cleanliness.

Fantastic Getaway Spot

We have stayed at many different places in Breckenridge each year when we come in September. This place exceeded our expectations!! The location is fantastic! The condo is picture perfect and had everything you could possibly need. We had our dogs with us and this place was just right for all of us. Thank you so much.

Great ski weekend

The property was fantastic and perfect for our group! The location was walkable to everywhere. The place had all the amenities we needed including kitchen supplies to cook dinners. It's the right size for 4-5 people. I would stay here again!

This location has it all. Less than 10 minute walk to the lifts, right across from a grocery (super convenient), and right in the heart of Breck. Stellar location and would snap it up again for a future trip.

What a great place to stay!! The location is one block off the main street where all the shops and restaurants are. Very large, beautiful view, very nicely decorated and very well stocked. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again next visit.

Cant beat the location

Overall experience from checkin to checkout was seamless. Location location location - you cant beat it. Walking distance to peak 9 base and lift as well as rental shops for your gear. The grocery store directly across the street was very convenient as well as walking distance to all the shops on main street. The unit itself was tastefully decorated with 2 bd 2 baths. Unit also had pull outs which we didnt use during our stay and beds were medium firm mattresses with washer/dryer in unit. The gas fireplace kept us warm in the low temperatures after dinner or skiing. Dedicated parking space for one vehicle assured that you would have a spot to park in unlike other locations. Would definitely stay here again.
