  • With so much comfort packed in a cozy studio, this Breckenridge getaway is just the place for a couples' getaway or small family vacation to fresh powder and unlimited mountain adventures. When you step inside, you will be greeted by natural light pouring through expansive windows and mountain-themed decor that will allow everyone to slip into the mindset of the Rocky Mountains in no time. Winter days will obviously be spent on the slopes, yet this gem is perfect for year-round visitors with a shared pool and hot tub right outside. When everyone has worked up an appetite, the full kitchen is equipped with all of the major appliances and utensils needed to whip up your favorite recipes. Finish each day out on the private balcony with a favorite cocktail and doze off each night as a movie streams on the flatscreen TV!

Great cozy spot with a beautiful little view and excellent spot in town and to Breck ski resort! We loved skiing the 4 o’clock down right to our door!

Perfect location, great view of mountains, one block walk to gondola, tons of great resturants and shopping within 2 minute walk. The covered parking was a huge bonus. The studio appartment is cute, rustic, and clean. Great value!!! Really every thing you could want for a ski trip or quick getaway. We would definetly re-book for future snowboarding trips to the area.

Overall for the cost it is good. However we discovered several maintenance items within the first hour of our stay. Hopefully they will get addressed. It is close to the town and has a great creek just off the back porch, it is very relaxing. We went on a slow/off season weekend so not much foot traffic behind us. On a busy weekend that might be a different story.

Great location with all the amenities.

The workout area, hot tubs and pool were a great bonus. The unit was fully furnished with all kitchen and bath amenities. I appreciate that there were enough clean towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. to last us throughout our stay without having to purchase these items. The unit was extremely clean and is in a wonderful location with a great view overlooking the creek. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just enjoying the view.

We love the location of this property! It is small, but nice BUT without an open closet we had nowhere to hang clothes! Also, we didn’t lose our key cards, but 50 to replace one card seems expensive.

Light and heat

The room was very nice, and the location was super fantastic. One block from the gondola. As others have commented, The blinds were lacking. You need some sort of blackout shade that you can pull down to block the light coming in from the lights along the Riverwalk. Someone took the time to paint fluorescent stars on the ceiling, but you can barely see them with all the light streaming in from the Riverwalk.there needs to be instructions in the room on how to adjust the heat as the days were warm, but the nights were cold, Thank you.

Property is clean & perfect. To find Main Street station was a mess. This seems to be a regular thing. Vaca da needs to change address instructions.

Less Than Impressed

This wasn't our best VRBO stay. I had seen several people complain about the blinds being broken in the past, they were still broking, even some panels missing. The chair on the patio was broken. The humidifier was broken and leaked water everywhere. The bathroom smelled like backed up sewage. And make sure you bring extra towels if you want to sit in the hot tub or pool because there aren't any extras and the front desk won't give you any.

Great studio, best location!

We have stayed at a lot of places in Breckenridge and we really loved this unit. It’s a studio right on the river. The sound of the river was really peaceful. We were worried about being warm with no a/c but it cooled off nicely at night. Such a quick, nice little walk along the river to get to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Cozy Space for Two

This space was very cozy for two people, and very clean upon arrival. Check in was a smooth process, a few minutes away from the building. We accidentally locked our key in the room after 10pm and someone came to the building with a key in a matter of minutes! This was a perfect space for watching the snow fall, and the stream right outside our deck was very relaxing. I’d stay here again!

Perfect location, central to everything, only 1 block from Gondola and free bus ride stop outside the lobby door, can ski down to lobby on 4'oclock run, loved having access to steam room, sauna, and hot tub. Loved the complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby.

Pricey for what it is

The location of this place is hard to beat, but it was very pricey. Several of the vertical blinds were missing or broken, so the light from outside was shining into the unit, making it hard to sleep. The kitchen lacked basic items found in most other units with a full kitchen.

Really cute property and place but the shower wouldn’t drain and we called the Vacasa management and they never sent anyone out. Also it’s pretty annoying that you have to check-in and checkout somewhere completely off property, it’s inconvenient. But the property is in a great location and was nice.

Great Place

Excellent unit which was perfect location for me as a solo skier. The free bus picks you up right in front of the building and across the street giving you two choices to the lifts at Peak 8 or Peak 9. The size of the unit was perfect for me as an efficiency for a single traveler but would work for two as well though would be cramped for additional people. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen was perfect with really nice dishes and utensils. Very quiet unit just a short walk to Main Street with restaurants. Cleanliness was suburb. Would stay again.
