  • This amazing BlueSky condo was fully refurbished in 2022 with all of the amenities your family and friends will want for your next vacation to Breckenridge! Whether you spend your time heading up to the slopes on the Snowflake lift (just steps away), playing air hockey or Pac-Man in the community game room, taking long soaks in the shared hot tubs, cooling off in the community pool just outside your door, or working out in the gym, you're going to love every minute of your stay!

    Use the full kitchen to prepare delicious meals for your guests, then throw in a DVD for a movie night on the large TV in front of the fireplace. We hope you can have a relaxing vacation, but there's also a wall-mounted folding desk in the den in case you need to get some work done. When it's time to call it a night, this condo features comfortable sleeping quarters and an additional sofa bed.

    Near your stay, you'll be just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with its shops, restaurants, and family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.

    Please note that this unit does not include air conditioning.
    The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa of Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.
    Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals.
    Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away.

Fantastic location and property!

This is a fantastic property and pictures don’t do it justice! Incredibly clean and very well appointed. Conveniently located at base of lift and just steps away from pool and hot tub.

Family ski trip

We loved the condo! It was very clean and everyone was very friendly. It was very nice to be walking distance to the chair lift. We also enjoyed using the hot tubs and pool. We would definitely book again!

What a great spot. The condo has everything you could want (I made cookies and muffins and chili etc) plus more. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were all great. We hope to return!

Amazing Condo!

This was such a great condo for our recent girls trip to Breck! Plenty of space, well stocked, plush robes, close to the hot tub and pool area, and just a beautiful space. The shuttle service was a great perk so we didn't have to drive anywhere. And the shuttle driver and front desk staff both gave us great recommendations for area favorites. The pool and hot tub area was clean, spacious, and very enjoyable. We'll definitely be coming back to stay again!

Fantastic location

Amazing location

Beautiful well-appointed condo in building with great amenities (gym, pool, hot tub, game room and on-site spa and sport-rental store) located right next to Snowflake lift (ie. Ski on/off) and a short walk to town for great shopping and restaurants. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again.

Absolutely Fabulous!

Wow! What a beautiful condo! Not only is it super clean, the location is so wonderful. You are steps away from the pool and can actually see the pool and hot tub from the patio. The views are amazing. The management at the condo are so kind and helpful and the shuttle service into town is so fast! You will fall in love with the lobby, it’s right out of a Hollywood movie with its rustic decor. Highly recommend this beautiful condo!

What an amazing location!!!

Six of my friends and I planned a 4-day ski trip to Breckenridge and Vail. We were very happy with our stay here. The location was right next to a ski lift and super close to town. The complimentary shuttle service was our favorite part. The place was very clean and the perfect amount of space for a short trip. Check in was very easy and the management was always around to help or answer questions. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking supplies.

Great Vacation

I can’t say enough about BlueSky. Property, location and amenities were fantastic. Everything that we needed was provided. I will say that my teenage sons informed me that the bunk bed mattresses were not comfortable…not the master bedroom. I slept amazing! I plan on making this property our home base from now on when we come to Breckenridge.

Clean, quaint, and quiet

Great location and experience. Charter sports is inside the building for rentals and storage making it super easy. To start your day just walk outside and onto Snowflake lift. I never found an easy way to snowboard back to the condo since there is a green run but definitely don't do that on a snowboard...way too flat of a traverse (had to unclip a lot). Quick 2 min free bus ride to Beaver Run lift or back to Snowflake was best. Wish there was a restaurant on premises. Overall a fantastic place.

Spacious updated condo

Clean, very spacious, and updated condo with all amenities one would need. It's also great that they have a private shuttle that will take you anywhere you need to go to in town so you don't have to use the town's shuttle system; they are just a phone call away! Highly recommend, would stay here again. Great customer service. Free tee and coffee in lobby, and gym/steam shower/pool too!

Wonderful condo!

Everything about this condo was perfect for our family’s summer vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped, pool and 3 hot tubs were right out the back door, and a separate area for grilling is close as well. Bonus: they had a large collection of movies to check out in the lobby after a long day. The staff was super friendly, helpful with hiking/restaurant recommendations, and offered shuttle service to/from anywhere in town (although we walked several times to and from downtown as well). Highly recommend … we’ll stay here again.

Perfect for our fam of five

This was a great unit with plenty of space for our kids with no need to have anyone sleeping in the living room as often happens with a party of five. We were concerned that being so close to the pool would be noisy, but it was not a problem at all, and the kids loved being able to scamper back and forth quickly without getting too cold. It is also literally 100 steps or so from the sawmill hiking trail, which is a beautiful, shady hike by the river that was easy for everyone, including the seven year old. The overall location is also a very short and easy walk to the welcome center river and shops etc. It was a perfect blend of feeling like you were out in nature but close enough to city center to walk to restaurants etc. Awesome all around.

Great location!

Enjoyed a a family Spring Break trip for 6 of us. The location was fantastic, the unit was clean, service of the staff was great and loved the proximity to the pool and game room. Highly recommend this unit and Blue Sky as a whole. Thank you for the hospitality.

Front desk staff is horrible!

We loved all the amenities, especially the charter sports being downstairs as well as the shuttle bus! Our driver was amazing and very convenient. The front desk staff was very rude and not helpful at all. Worst staffing we’ve ever experienced!
