The floors and furniture were covered with pet hair. We had it stuck to the bottom of our socks. We sat at the kitchen table and there was fur on the chairs. We pulled out a blanket from a chest and it was covered in fur. They did offer to come clean however we were planning to be at the house the whole day. They refunded 200 for the lack of cleaning. The house can sleep 12 and there is only really enough seating for 7 in the living room. It needs another couch upstairs and something to sit on in the basement. All the kids, 14-18 year olds, said their mattresses in the basement bedroom were very uncomfortable, like the springs were poking them. It took a couple hours for the house to get warm. The floors are quite roughed up in the kitchen, too. Overall the house met our needs for our group. The views were great and location was nice.
