This was our first time skiing Breckenridge. We will return and would love to stay at HIs High Place again. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our 5-night stay. It was also in a great location for skiing and close to town by car or shuttle. We had 8 adults and there was more than enough room for us. We enjoyed the nice sized main floor with the open kitchen, large kitchen table and living room. It was great for dining at home and hanging at night. One of our favorite things to do each afternoon after skiing was soaking in the hot tub. The views are beautiful. We had fresh snow falling as we arrived in Breckenridge and as we were leaving. The property managers kept the area and driveway plowed daily. We had a rental car but used the shuttle service each day to get and from to the slopes. It was a very easy walk to the shuttle stop at the end of the road. There is not a bench, but rather a bright yellow diamond like sign where you stand to wait for the shuttle. It ran every 15 minutes. We were able to get an early check in. The code we received did not work to get in the garage. However, this issue was resolved very quickly. It took one call and they were able to walk us through how to get in over the phone. They even reached back up later to make sure we were successful and sent someone over the following day to look at the keypad on the garage. This is not a complaint but rather showing how responsive River Ridge was for us.

My gal pals had a weekend get-away to Breckenridge. The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and we had so much fun cooking, playing games, hot tubing, and just talking. It had a wonderful views. The cabin was spacious and we all talked about coming back with our families.

Great property, and beautiful setting. Hosts were accommodating and helpful. Only complaint would be that the shuttle to downtown was not available during our stay, which wasn’t communicated. This information on the listing was outdated. Otherwise, everything was exactly what we needed. Would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful getaway

This house was gorgeous! We came with my family, my sister’s family and my dad and we each had our own space within the home. The kids loved it. The views were gorgeous and there was a nearby hiking trail that we enjoyed taking into town. Communication couldn’t have been better and they were super friendly! Thanks for having us!

Great time with friends in a fantastic house. Would definitely book again. Communication w rental company was easy & straightforward. Had a small hiccup with the ice maker & they were generous enough to come out & deliver ice to us. Sweet spot to ski in & out for “advanced” skiers just a few hundred meters from the house

Weekend Ski Trip

Property was amazing and accommodated our group perfectly. Everything was really easy and the space worked out really well for a weekend of skiing and also being able to take advantage of downtown Breckenridge. Unfortunately the hot tub was not in service for our visit, but I appreciated the outreach and the efforts the team made to navigate that. Overall a great trip and I'd book this place again and again.

Fantastic property

Great place for a large family. We had 7 in our group that accommodated us perfectly. While we enjoyed the entire property, the kitchen and living room area were our favorite. We did a lot of in house cooking…the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. Overall, a wonderful property which we will book again in the future! Thank you for presenting the property accurately in the pictures and description on the VRBO website.

This was perfect for my husband and I and three college girls. We enjoyed the property and the kitchen was well stocked. We mostly cook during our stays. The property management company communicates well and sent reminders, and instructions via text, which I was appreciative of the additional instruction and messages.

Great Property

Has a group of friends get together to enjoy all that Breckenridge had to offer. The layout of the house is really great for large groups. Plenty of everything (plates, silverware, glasses, etc.) I went to shred a block of cheese and there was even a food processor! We had a great time and the house was amazing. Highly recommend staying here if you’re heading to the area.

Hot water

I guess with everyone taken a shower in the evening after skiing we would run out of hot water. Not sure if there is a fox for that but overall we had a great time and we will be back when skiing in Breckenridge. Thanks for letting us enjoy your property Trevor
