The house was spectacular. The host was a little slow in getting us check in instructions but all worked out ok. One of the humidifiers was missing a piece so we had to get an extra one from our condo. Great kitchen!

Hatari Lodge was perfect for our family's get together in Breckenridge. The location was awesome. The amenities in the house were wonderful. We had enough dishes, pots/pans, spices for cooking in occasionally during our week stay. We saw 3 moose, 1 large deer, and a fox during our stay. The walk to the gondola was very close but it was closed Sept 1st so, we missed doing that. All in all, we loved the house and hope to be back someday.

Location is great. House is accommodating for a large group, with private spaces. Wonderful outside area. Hot tub. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking. House fully stocked with everything you need to cook and entertain. Communication w property management is fast and helpful.

Dream Week in Breck

This home was awesome! It was perfect for our family of nine. Everyone had their own space. The views were fabulous. We all loved being near the gondola. Pinnacle responded quickly when we requested help with a very noisy dryer. We saw 2 bears and 3 moose in the neighborhood. A full rainbow, seen from the end of the driveway, was icing on the cake.

Beautiful Home in great neighborhood

Beautiful home. Very quiet neighborhood during mud season. Convenient to town, restaurants etc. Unfortunately, the gondola does not operate in May. Family of 7 had plenty of room and things to do. We enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Host was responsive. Great property.

Spring Break 2025

This property was amazing! The house was very comfortable for our party of 12. We loved the location to the Breck Connection Gondola which we used to go skiing or go to town. The house was very clean and well maintained. The property management was very quick and helpful with any questions we had. We had some minor issues with a garage door, they sent a repair man within an hour or so to resolve the issue. We appreciated the quick response.

Breck 2025 Ski Vacation

I'll start with the house is a very nice house. The location is just ok, a little further walk than I'd like to the Gondola. For the price you pay to stay in a location like this you would expect that everything would be working properly. The main issue was the master bedroom steam shower. 3 of the 4 shower heads were only ice cold water and the steam shower didn't work. Maintenance came twice and couldn't fix it except to then make it scalding hot only on the second repair request. The main fireplace had to be operated manually sine the remote didn't work and the hot tub had an uninviting odor to it. I don't think I would stay at this location again.

Wonderful property

We spent over a week at this house and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. The location is the best in Breckenridge. We live about two hours away and spend many weeks in Breckenridge and by far this was the easiest to the gondola. Love this property and will be back!

Perfect Ski Stay

This house was perfect for our Thanksgiving ski trip (the 20+ inches of snow also helped!!!). The house was clean and had everything for three families with plenty of extra space. The short walk to the gondola also made getting to and from the slopes a breeze. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a luxurious house very close to the slopes!

Wedding weekend

This beautiful home was perfect to house some of our family and friends for my daughter's wedding. Communication with the property manager was always quick and helpful. The home was conveniently located close to Main Street and all the events of the weekend. The kitchen contained everything needed to cook a huge breakfast for a large group of family and friends. The media room was a hit for everyone! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The wall of windows to the backyard allowed us to relax and stare at the mountains. We were lucky enough to have a buck visit us one morning, and to have the weekend end with the first snowfall of the season. All in all, there could not have been a better home for family and friends to gather for such a special weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous!

We had an amazing get together at this fabulous house in Breckenridge. The home had everything we could possibly want, and the neighborhood was easily accessible to the town of Breckenridge. We even saw moose in the neighbors yard! I would highly recommend this property to anybody!

Great property and location

This property was perfect for my friends and I enjoying a guys weekend. It was easy to explore the area and enjoy that many outdoor activities available. The layout was perfect for our group as it gave everyone their own room and bathroom, common areas were great to hang out in and the views were excellent. Only two complaints we have is the Wifi internet kept stopping, we would need to be reboot at least twice a day. Also the Sonos sound system seemed like a great touch, but it also had connectivity issues. Zones would randomly not be available, one afternoon we could not turn the music off because the app kept showing "not connected". We ended up just turning the internet off to stop the music and went out. I am not going to drop any stars on this property because in the grand scheme of things we were there to enjoy the outdoors. I wanted to make the the property owners aware.

Great Family Vacation Home

Our family had a wonderful at the Hatari House for our ski vacation. The house is an easy walk to the Gondola pickup to get up to the ski slopes or take into town. The hot tub, theatre, and pool table were great fun activities after a long fun day on the slopes. The house was truly great and the description of home is very accurate. Oh, and the Management team were very attentive and helpful!

Relaxing and fun stay in this incredible property!

We had a blast seeing and catching up with close friends we haven’t seen in a a while due to military moves. Amenities were comfortable and allowed for good relaxation, lots of laughs, fresh air, and several home cooked meals. Minor things to note - kitchen could use at least one bigger pot (for corn , potatoes, etc); a few things needed some minor maintenance and we passed those on to the team; and due to a couple of scheduling mix ups, we had a few unexpected guests stop by - landscapers and appliance repair; however, property manager was very responsive. We love the home and the location! We will be back!
