Quick weekend stay
This is the perfect place for a weekend or extended stay. We were here for a trip in September and it was exactly what we needed. Easy to find and get into.

Good but could be better
It smelled like someone had been cooking bacon for days, The carpet needs changed, shower curtain was very moldy and pretty gross, there was hair and broken glass in the dishwasher. Other than these things, we really enjoyed the stay. Location was great and access was very easy.

Pleasant Stay
Our group had a pleasant stay at your property. The unit was compact, but extremely well thought out specially. Nicely updated! The location was a short and convenient shuttle from the lift. We were off season so the evening shuttles were a bit difficult to catch to and from town. There were a couple if glitches, but the management team was fantastic to work with.

Nice Stay for an Early Snow season getaway
Right on the Ski Hill Road where you can easily walk (10ish mins) to peaks 7 & 8 or take the free shuttle (for which the stops are right outside the building. Don't really need a vehicle to get anywhere, the free shuttles around Breckenridge are such a nice commodity. The board games were nice to have on the days where the snow storms were a little too much to bear.

Exactly as advertised. Perfectly close to downtown Breck.
This property is clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. We were there for Labor Day weekend and planned to be out doing things the whole weekend, so as a place to crash it was great. The kitchen is well-supplied if you plan to make your own meals as we did. It's close to downtown and the mountain.

Great condo
3 adults stayed in the condo and it was spacious, nice and had everything we needed. The kitchen is great and we made several meals there. Great location in summer, right next to shuttle stop, but winter would be awesome, so close to gondola. I would love to stay here again!

Great Family Trip!!’
This property is perfect. Fully furnished and then some. The location was fantastic and was about an 8-10 easy walk to the Gondola’s and took us straight to Peak 8. Shuttle service was literally right at the door of the property which takes you to Main Street and other locations. Will 100% stay here again when back in Breck!!!

Great location!
We really don’t have any complaints about the stay. Our check in process was very easy. They were even able to provide 4 keys to the place so that everyone could have their own. The location was fantastic. You could walk right outside and catch a shuttle to the slopes or to Main Street. Plus if you want to walk to the slopes, it was about 7 minutes with all your gear. Not bad either way! It was easy to find a parking spot close to the door. We then went inside where we found a nice and clean place. This is always one of my biggest concerns. We discovered the tv was not working. I called the next morning and by the time we got back from skiing, there was a new tv hooked up and ready to go. The place also has a variety of games to play with one another if you want to just chill out in the evenings. The beds weren’t very comfortable but they did the job. There was plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone also. Overall, nice place to stay at a reasonable price!

Good location
Cute condo, well stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. 0.5 mi walk to base of mountain, walkable. Shuttle right outside condo which was also nice but only runs every 30 min. Could use a couple fixes. Almost zero hot water and pressure to first bathroom shower/tub which was a challenge with little kids needing to bathe. Other shower worked great. A little loud, but pretty standard for older condo. Hot tubs closed at 8pm which was a bummer. Have to check in/out at business office in town, which is kind of a pain. Lockbox would be easier! Definitely did the job for a couple days!

This was a great condo and within walking distance of Peak 8 base. Also right on the bus line if you preferred to ride but it was not necessary.

Nice condo for a good price
I was a little nervous walking in, for the stairs to the room had a smell and stains on the carpet but once in the condo, it was as pictured. We liked it enough that we plan on staying here again next month.

Great comfortable stay
Everything went really smoothly. The property was clean and had lots of pillows and blankets and towels. We were very comfortable. The hot tub was right there and was great after a day of skiing.

Gold Camp II
Great location and property! We have stayed in many condos in Gold Camp and each one is a little different. One thing to note about this property.....ski locker is not included in rental and master bath is not ensuite. Both bathrooms are accessed by the main hallway.

Condo was nice, kitchen remodel. There’s not a washer and dryer so I had to go to the laundromat. Very close to Main Street and resort. Parking lot was nicely plow which made it easier to drive in/out and parking spaces nicely groomed. There is a bit of noise from other units. Overall it’s a nice place.
