Wonderful place!

We have stayed in many rental homes in Colorado. We’ve had the full range of experiences. Many owners just want to make money and don’t keep up their properties. But happily, this does not apply to the owners and managers of Friendly Fox Chalet. They have kept up their property very well. It was clean and up to date. The location was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

Perfect for our Girls' Trip

This was our 20th annual girls trip, and we have stayed all over Colorado in the past two decades. This house was so functional, well-equipped, and lovely. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed for cooking gourmet dinners, and the gathering spaces were so great. The hot tub was clean and nice and hot. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms were so quiet, even when some of our group were up later than others. So impressed with this place; we had a great time and will be back!

Great mountain home

Our family had a wonderful few days relaxing in this beautiful home. It was plenty big for our large group. So convenient to have the shuttle stop just out our door! Highly recommend!

Perfect location.

Great location! Bus stop was right by the house and we rarely had to drive. Two refrigerators was a plus for our large family. Beds were super comfortable. We had a great time at this house.

Large group skiing

Stayed here with a large group on a ski trip, 15 people. The 6 upstairs bedrooms are great, plenty of rooms. The 2 main floor bunk-rooms are bit tight for adults, certainly better suited for kids. The house was clean and the kitchen well-appointed. The Breck free-ride bus stop is right outside the house which was awesome and was easy to get to the slopes. We used Uber to get to town for evening dinners, that also was a piece of cake. I would recommend this property.

Family Christmas Ski Trip

We loved the property! It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax. There was seating for everyone at the giant dining table and the 2 refrigerators was a true bonus. It was clean and comfortable and truly lovely.

Great spaces to hang out

The house was clean and kitchen was very well stocked with cooking pans, cups/glasses and spices. Having 2 main indoor hang out areas was really great. The hot tub was secluded in the back from next door neighbors. The wood deck and table could use updating but overall enjoyed the outdoor space. The bunk rooms were fantastic for the kids in our group and the bedroom suites upstairs worked out perfectly for the parents. There was a free Breck shuttle stop pretty much right outside the house which was very convenient.

Great location, good for large groups

We booked this house for a family reunion, and overall it was awesome. The kitchen is well stocked, and there were enough bathrooms for each family unit to have their own which was awesome. The neighborhood is lovely and in walking distance to town. Loved the huge dining table, and the kids loved having a separate living area to hang out together. My only complaint is that the beds were uncomfortable in almost every room. Like seriously uncomfortable. Every morning someone was saying how poorly they slept or that their back hurt. If they upgraded the mattresses this house would be perfect.

Friendly Fox

Great location! Broken toilet in downstairs/ wooden plank piece by jacuzzi is lifted and potentially a danger/ upstairs shower ( in hallway) does not drain properly. More outdoor seating with 20 people it wasn’t possible. Thank you, we had a good time but will not rent for next year.

Rocky Mountain family

We had our family of three generations stay at this beautiful, excellently located family home that was amazing! The number of bedrooms and baths perfect, large functional well stocked kitchen with adjoining family room made it perfect for dinners and gaming and the hot tub an added plus. It was clean and well serviced. Close to downtown! Would strongly recommend this property

Great Property, Responsive Host!

We have made several trips with our family of 18 with ages ranging from 16 months to 75 years old. This property was amazing and packed with beds to maximize sleeping arrangements! My family can also be very critical, and this was the first time I heard ZERO complaints about the property on the trip! The house was clean and everything was in working order! The host was also very responsive via text message even after hours. For example, the propane tank ran out at 6:30 pm, and they responded to the text telling me where the replacement was located! I hope we get the chance to stay here again!

Great stay in Breck!

Thank you for the great stay! It was perfect for our ski team who was racing at Breck and Keystone. I will note that in the winter the driveway can become quite slick so all wheel drive and winter tires are a must. Would definitely book again if we are in the area!
