Due to the mild high alpine climate, many properties are not equipped with air conditioning.
Getting Around: Getting Around: Upper Warriors Mark winter shuttle offered by HOA. Runs daily in winter (approximately Dec-March). Pickup at corner of Gold King Way and White Cloud. Takes guests at the Marriott (base of Peak 9) and the Ice Rink for transfer to other bases. The Ski Shuttle is subject to availability during the ski season and cannot be guaranteed by SkyRun. No refunds or compensation of any kind will be provided by SkyRun if the HOA-provided shuttle is not running, late, the guest has a bad experience or the shuttle is canceled. A huge draw for this property is the Ski-In ~ Out access for Advanced skiers/boarders. To give you an idea of where you will stay, this home is located in the Upper Warriors Mark neighborhood in Breckenridge. To Ski-Out you will go to the public access Burro Trail, exiting the trees onto the Lower Lehman run on Peak 9. To Ski-In you will take the Falcon Superchair to the top of Peak 10 and down. Depending on the snowpack, skiers should be able to ski all or most of the route. Boarders may need to walk a little. You will have access to the Upper Warriors mark shuttle as well.

Parking Information: For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.
Colorado Traction Law: From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.
Important Winter Advisory: Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Great views from the back deck. Quick access to the main strip. Easy access to trails. Would stay again. Also, the movie room is awesome.

Beautiful house with a great location. Unfortunately the heat in the living room was out making our stay pretty uncomfortable. The maintenance guy came out but could not fix the problem and said they would have to get a plumber out after we left. They brought space heaters and refunded 1 night since we had to leave early due to the heat issue.They advertise fireplaces but do not have any firewood available. After I complained about the heat and lack of firewood, they brought wood for 1 day and told us we had to by our own firewood if we wanted more.Also note that the ski in/ski out is dependent on Peak 10 being open. With the thin snow this year, we had to walk up from Peak 9 or take the shuttle.

As listed, we had an issue with the tempurature inside the house, with a simple text a maitenance man was there to fix it. Breckenrdge was gorgous!

We stayed at this property form 2.8.23 to 2.12.23.
Beautiful spacious home with lots of room for large groups.
Really nice property with fantastic views. Very well kept.
Make sure to bring your own firewood for the fireplaces!
SKI-OUT : A 5m road walk to the public access trail off of White Cloud Drive that allows you to ski onto to the Lower Lehman trail. Public access trail is all downhill to Lower Lehman.
SKI-IN : There were no directions available on how to SKI-IN and no one could tell us how to do this.
SKI-IN using the SKI-OUT route above is uphill walking on the public access trail from Lower Lehman back to White Cloud Drive. Possible but quite difficult. We were not able to use the SKI-IN feature.
