    Parking Information:
    For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

    Colorado Traction Law:
    From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

    Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Great location within a short walk to the Breckenridge Quiksilver lift. Unit was as expected with the exception of some of the furniture being different than the pics, and there was a regular coffee-maker instead of a Keurig as pictured (we bought Keurig pods based on the pics!). Communication regarding check-in and any maintenance issues was very quick and helpful. We did have an issue with one of the showers but they responded quickly and gave us a partial credit to offset the inconvenience. Overall I highly recommend this unit as convenient and a good value for the amount we paid.

This place is amazing! The river is right outside and the balcony makes you feel like you’re in the trees. Bedrooms are spacious. Bathrooms are nice. Living room is comfortable.

Heat was either on or off full blast. Needed to turn breaker off to regulate it. Master bathroom was haunted. Lighting randomly turned on and off. Second day the water in the master bath tub didn't come out anymore. Overall cleanliness was good but systems need an update.

The Condo was in a great location! The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were a bit to firm for us but clean and welcoming nonetheless. The furniture in the living room could stand a good cleaning. The whole condo could use new carpet! It wasn't anything that kept us from having a good time. Super location, close walk to town and a hop to the hot tubs. Overall, we had a really nice weekend.

Colorado trip

Loved this condo! It was a five minute walk to downtown Breckenridge. The bedrooms were really big and the three bathrooms were great! My family loved it and we would definitely stay again. Five stars!

Beautiful Property Great Location.

Had a great time and loved the property. My only critique is that the bed in the master bedroom is hard as a rock. Otherwise we were all really comfortable and the hosts were responsive and accommodating.

Great place for a group

Overall we had a great time at the property and i think it was a decent place to ski in and out of as far as convenience goes. Condo could use some updating to make it more comfortable but overall great place for the price it was clean and had all the basics of a short term rental.

Incredilbe Ski Condo

The condo was perfect for our family (5 people) for our ski vacation. Cute, cozy with fireplace and beautiful view of trees outside the large windows and patio. Plenty of space and the loft was hit with the teenagers. In-home washer and dryer great and easy walk to Quicksilver chair. We will be back.

Treehouse retreat

Visited Breck mid-summer for some R&R. Property is situated on the 3rd floor and overlooks the creek / forest (feels like you’re in a treehouse) so relaxing but conveniently located walking distance to Main Street restaurants as well. All amenities were as described. Clean, comfortable with nice vaulted ceilings and would book again given the opportunity.

The condo was great. Loved the large bedrooms and my three boys each had their own bed. It was great to open the patio door and hear the river. The property manager was very responsive when we needed our parking passes for our cars and also the microwave broke and brought us a new one immediately. My only complaint was the pool and hot tub closes at 8! That’s too early! 10pm is reasonable. That is not the condo owner fault but the HOA folks. Would also like to see a later check out past 10am (like hotels). Other than that great time! We would rent this place again.

Great Unit

No elevators! There is a bridge from parking lot to second floor but it still necessitates bringing all lugguage up a flight of stairs. Configuration of the unit is great... like other reviewers state having the extra bathroom is a big plus. Great view of trees. Furniture dated and seems thrift shopped, but otherwise we had a great stay. We accidentally overstayed by one day and management was nice about it and allowed us to just pay for another night. We'd rent here again (and pack lighter!)

Great Location x 2

Wonderful location! From the main living area, you feel like you are in the middle of the forest with a bubbling, fast moving stream right out your patio door. As a bonus, this top floor unit provides extra windows facing the forest that really make it feel like you are immersed in the woods. Depart from the front door on foot and you can be on Main street in less than 10 minutes. While the furniture in the main living area was not the same as that pictured in the listing, what was in the unit was just as functional. Otherwise, everything was in order, with a well-stocked kitchen if you want to eat some meals in. The real test of a management company is not about their doing the 'normal' things as expected, but how they handle issues when they arise. We had a minor one we discovered late in the day and the following morning they had it fixed. We would certainly stay here again.

Loved the location. Some issues with the property

The location of this property was perfect. Very convenient for walking to the lifts and to town. The views are spectacular. We did have issues with the interior of the place. The furniture in the photos is not at all what is in the unit. The sectional and ottoman, bar stools and dining chairs as well as the single chair in the living area are not what you get. We had an issue with a very derogatory message left on a chalk board in the room with two beds when we arrived and had to clean some pans and glasses before we used them. We have let the Skyrun people know and they have assured us these issues will be addressed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but upon first entering the unit felt somewhat disappointed. Just know that the unit you rent does not look like the photos in the VRBO listing.
